TL;DR: Be the strategic finance partner to the Marketing Org. You will own the financial architecture behind every marketing dollar. You’ll build the models, measurement systems, and operating rhythms that ensure every investment compounds into growth. This is an ownership seat with direct executive visibility, not a reporting function. Location preference (in order): London, UK New York City / Boston Stockholm San Francisco Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. What We’re Looking For Growth marketing strategist: You treat marketing spend as a portfolio of investments, not a cost center. You can decompose a blended CAC, trace attribution across channels, build cohort-level payback models, and tell a CMO exactly where the next marginal dollar should go and where to cut. You have an informed opinion on how brand spend, paid acquisition, and organic loops interact, and you back it with data. Technical and data-driven: Strong analytical skills, with expert Excel modeling skills as table stakes. Comfortable with data (SQL, HEX, BI tools, or equivalent). You use AI tools and agents to automate work and move faster. Preference for technical degrees or deep technical exposure. Service-first partner: You bring a proactive, "can-do" attitude to every interaction and own the operationally tedious work required for clean handoffs between teams. High-slope learner: You learn faster than anyone around you, take ownership immediately, and thrive in low-structure environments. You go from 0→1 and then 1→10. Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience. Strong candidates have a foundation in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting, combined with operational experience at a high-growth startup, AI company, or scaled technology company. You learn fast, take ownership, and operate well in environments where the playbook doesn't exist yet. Bachelor's degree required. What You’ll Do Drive marketing efficiency & planning: Own the financial operating plan for Marketing - budget allocation, campaign ROI analysis, and investment tradeoffs to fuel B2C growth while maintaining unit economics discipline. Build and own channel-level unit economics: Develop and own the CAC, LTV, and payback models that drive investment decisions at the channel and cohort level. Tie spend to acquisition, retention, and revenue so that marketing leadership and finance are operating from one shared source of truth. Pressure-test assumptions continuously — what's working, what's not, and where the next dollar should go. Connect marketing performance to company outcomes: Work across the organization to ensure marketing investment ties to measurable business results. Analyze market trends, competitive spend, and channel dynamics to inform forward-looking strategy and ensure capital is deployed where it compounds. Support experimentation, reporting, and forecasting: Partner with Marketing to size tests, set success metrics, and forecast impact on growth and unit economics. Create clear, repeatable reporting to track performance, targets, variance, and learnings that translate into action. Accelerate with AI: Use AI agents and automation to collapse the time between question and answer. You're expected to continuously push what's possible, replacing manual processes with scalable infrastructure that moves at Lovable's speed. About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.

They are the engine of innovation and the source of most of the jobs and tax receipts in the economy. Yet for anyone trying to find, track or understand them, the data is a mess – outdated, inconsistent, scattered across thousands of sources, and impossible to verify by hand at any meaningful scale. We've spent 15 years fixing this. We use custom-built data extraction tools and pipelines, proprietary AI, and a team of 60+ in-house analysts to identify, extract and verify data from thousands of sources – covering 20 million companies, 24 million people, 232,000 transactions, and 1,000+ new news articles a day. Our platform, API, and consultancy services are trusted by our clients to enable them to make better decisions, drive revenue, reduce risk, and save time. Founded in 2010, we work with over 500 UK organisations across venture capital, major financial institutions, corporates, leading universities, and the Government. We're not stopping here. We launched in Germany last year as our first step in international expansion, and are now scaling across Europe – Ireland next, then more. THE ROLE We've been supplying top-tier data and analysis on private companies to public sector organisations for years. And the opportunity ahead is substantial – public sector demand for high-quality private company intelligence is growing fast, and we're well positioned to capture it. We're looking for a senior salesperson with deep public sector expertise to own this market – building and executing the playbook for how Beauhurst wins large, strategic deals with central government, universities and local authorities. This is a senior role that combines strategy and execution. You'll be responding to major tenders, but you'll also be generating significant pipeline outside of them – through cold outreach, marketing-led campaigns, events, and your own network. You'll have a proven MEDDIC-led methodology and a fully developed tech stack to support you, and you'll be helping shape how we price our product, prioritise our territory and evolve our offering. Your day-to-day will include: * Owning public sector strategy: Shaping and executing the playbook for how Beauhurst wins large public sector deals * Tender response: Identifying, entering and winning major public sector tenders, particularly for data-related products * Pipeline generation outside tenders: Strategic outbound, marketing-led campaigns, events, and networking to build pipeline beyond what tenders deliver * Managing complex sales cycles: Running deals from a few months to a year+, closing £100k+ p/a contracts with senior decision-makers * Contributing to GTM strategy: Working closely with senior leadership on territory prioritisation, pricing and product direction ABOUT YOU * 8+ years selling into large public sector organisations – ideally central government and universities – in a SaaS or consultancy-led capacity * Consistent track record closing £100k+ p/a deals in complex, consultative sales environments * Proven history of entering and winning tenders, particularly for data-related products * Proven history of generating pipeline outside of tenders through outbound, events and networking * Clear evidence of being a self-starter – you've owned or launched a public sector vertical or initiative, whether at a corporate or a high-growth startup The traits that matter most: * Intelligent – We sell a complex product to lots of types of organisations; you learn fast and are keen to understand how our products can solve many different challenges for them * Strategic and entrepreneurial – You see the bigger picture, build the plan, and execute against it. You choose the pain of hard work now over the pain of failure later. * Deep public sector knowledge – You understand how government bodies operate across the local-to-central spectrum and you're credible with senior decision-makers in this world * Coachable and resilient – You actively seek out feedback, bounce back fast from setbacks, and you're a lifelong learner of sales OUR OFFER We're offering a competitive starting salary including periodic bonus targets & uncapped commission. We also invest a lot in keeping our people happy and healthy. So as well as that, you'll also get: 💰 A stake in the company: This is huge - everything you do will create value in the company that you will partly own 🩺 Healthcare: Our health cash plan will cover all of your day-to-day health and wellness needs 💝 Free therapy: Sessions with any of our hand-picked counsellors, all on us 🎓 Professional development: You drive your own development - if you want to do some training, bring it to us and we’ll foot the bill 🎉 Events: Company-wide parties and away days, drinks every Friday, regular team socials - what can we say, we enjoy each other’s company 🚅 Subsidised travel: Season ticket loans, free railcards, and a cycle to work scheme 🍪 Clubs: Whether you enjoy reading, padel, bouldering or biscuits there will be a subsidised club for you If you want to read more about our benefits, our company culture, or our hybrid working policy, just check out these pages. Who we are Sapien is rethinking how finance teams operate in the age of AI. We're building toward an autonomous CFO—systems that run company financials end-to-end. Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value. Sapien has caught multi-million-dollar errors, saved thousands of jobs, and returned significant dollars to customers' bottom lines. We partner with traditional businesses—manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises—to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We're HQ'd by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE Community is a first-class function at Sapien—not a marketing channel, not a nice-to-have. It's how we build trust with finance leaders, find the people we want to work with, and reinforce the culture that makes this company run. You'll work closely with the CEO as a hybrid community builder, talent scout, and chief of staff. We're looking for someone who understands the tech and finance ecosystem—likely from a few years in VC, startup ops, or a similar seat where you were constantly building relationships, evaluating people, and connecting dots. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own events end-to-end. Plan and execute weekly dinners, monthly hiring events in NYC, and CFO dinners in NYC plus two additional cities each month. Manage the full Sapien event calendar on Luma—reading groups, team events, and external programming. * Run recruiting outbound and pipeline. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and warmer channels. Set up coffee chats, support screening, and move candidates through the funnel in Ashby. * Build the candidate experience. Make sure every prospective hire feels the Sapien community before day one—personal outreach, event invites, LinkedIn shoutouts for new teammates. Capture photos at events and across the team. * Track what's working. Own KPIs across community and recruiting: event-to-interview conversion, touchpoints to hire, channel performance. Use data to improve the process, not just report it. * Set the internal rhythm. Organize in-office programming—AI reading groups, poker nights, team dinners—and make sure those moments are captured and shared. * Support the CEO on cross-functional projects. Pick up high-leverage work across ops, eng, and GTM as it comes up—whatever the team needs most. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 2–5 years in venture capital, startup operations, talent/recruiting, or a community-facing role in tech. * Natural relationship builder. People remember meeting you. You follow up and connect dots between people and opportunities without being asked. * Event planning chops. You've run dinners, panels, meetups, or recruiting events—and you know the difference between a forgettable happy hour and an evening people talk about afterward. You can also handle the unglamorous side: booking flights, coordinating travel, managing calendars. * Strong written communication. You can draft a LinkedIn post, a candidate outreach message, an event recap, and an eng blog brief all in the same afternoon. * Data-driven. You track what matters and use your numbers to decide where to invest time. * Fluent in tech and/or finance. You understand how startups work, how hiring works, and how finance teams think. You can hold a real conversation with a CFO and with a seed-stage founder. * Flexibility across tools. You'll live in Ashby, Luma, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator daily. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * AI-native. You're energized by applying AI to transform how businesses run. * Ambiguity-shaping. You turn nebulous problems into a first pass and drive to resolution. * Extreme ownership. You identify what's next—and do it. If you say it, it gets done. * Speed & hustle. You bias to action and move with urgency without sacrificing quality.

About 0TO9 0TO9 is a fintech venture builder and strategic investor designed to redefine how financial giants are built. Founded in Stockholm in 2025 by serial entrepreneur Oliver Hildebrandt, we act as the "bank for entrepreneurship", providing the vital capital, compliance frameworks, and technical infrastructure that allow founders to move at hyper-speed. With a dual presence in Stockholm and Berlin and a rapidly expanding Nordic portfolio, we don't just invest in fintech, we build the foundation for its future. The Role We are looking for a Head of Group Accounting who excels at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic growth. At 0TO9, we move at the speed of venture building, and we need a leader who can maintain a flawless financial engine while architecting the systems of tomorrow. Leading an internal team of three Financial Accountants, you will hold ultimate accountability for the Group’s financial integrity, from the precision of daily entries to the complexity of global consolidations. What you will do Drive and oversee the end-to-end accounting cycle, ensuring world-class quality in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings for the entire Group. Direct the Group consolidation process and statutory reporting, ensuring full alignment with international standards and internal KPIs. Build and scale a high-performing finance function by leading, mentoring, and empowering the internal accounting team. Act as the ultimate guardian of financial accuracy. You will design, implement, and own robust reconciliation frameworks that guarantee "audit-ready" data at all times. Take full project ownership of the ERP system implementation, leveraging automation to enhance scalability and data-driven decision-making across the Group. Proactively manage all statutory reporting, tax strategies, and VAT compliance, ensuring the Group remains ahead of regulatory requirements. Act as a key advisor in supplier negotiations and lead cross-functional ad-hoc projects that support the company's long-term commercial objectives. Lead the digital transformation of our financial reporting by leveraging AI to modernize legacy accounting methodologies and drive continuous process optimization. Who you are To succeed in this role, you need to be prestige-less. No task is too high or too low, one minute you are looking at the big picture, the next you are helping with coding and bookkeeping. 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced scaleup or a fintech environment. You have a solid background in group accounting, preferably with hands-on knowledge of NetSuite. You know how to build and lead a team, and you enjoy helping others grow. You have a track record of automating manual tasks. If you already use AI to make your work more efficient, that’s a huge plus. You are incredibly accurate, organized, and thrive when things are moving fast. You understand that in a scaleup, being "hands-on" is the only way to get things done. What we offer A key role in the leading fintech venture builder. A dynamic, international and fast-paced environment where your work makes a real impact. The chance to build your own team and shape our accounting function from the ground up. A beautiful office in the heart of Stockholm (nominated as Sweden’s Most Beautiful Office 2025).
TL;DR Lovable is growing at terminal velocity. We need a Corporate Counsel who is as comfortable negotiating a term sheet as they are reviewing a stock option plan or cleaning up cap table mechanics the week before a fundraise closes. This role sits at the heart of Lovable’s legal function - owning equity, corporate transactions, and governance, while acting as the connective tissue between our Commercial and Product counsel teams. If you thrive in the space where company-building meets legal infrastructure, this is your role. Why Lovable Change the world, literally: 2026 is the year AI works. Lovable is building the most powerful AI software-creation platform. Work with exceptional people: We’re assembling one of the world’s strongest teams. You’ll work alongside founders, board members, and investors on the transactions that define the company’s trajectory. Legal as a growth lever: At Lovable, legal is not “back office.” You will be a direct driver of our ability to raise capital, close strategic transactions, and maintain the governance hygiene that keeps institutional investors confident. Top-of-market comp: Cash + equity. We pay above market for impact, not pedigree. Global stage: We are a top AI brand. You’ll navigate the structural and regulatory complexities of a dual-listed, multi-jurisdiction technology company growing across the US, EU, and beyond. What we're looking for Relevant Experience: 4–8 years of legal experience, with a meaningful blend of law firm (ideally corporate/securities at a top-tier firm) and in-house tenure at a high-growth technology company (Series B–D preferred). You have seen at least one full fundraise cycle and have hands-on experience with equity documentation. Equity & Cap Table Fluency: You can draft and negotiate term sheets, stockholder agreements, and voting agreements in your sleep. You understand dilution mechanics, liquidation preferences, anti-dilution provisions, and pro-rata rights—not just conceptually, but operationally. You’ve managed a cap table and know what “getting it wrong” costs. Corporate Transactions Ownership: You are comfortable owning the legal workstream on venture financings, strategic investments, and early-stage M&A or acqui-hire transactions. You don’t need a partner looking over your shoulder to get a deal to close. Governance Architect: You understand what good corporate hygiene looks like—board consents, 409A valuations, option pool management, state filings, and subsidiary structuring. You know that governance done poorly becomes a fundraising liability. Gap-Filler Mentality: You thrive in the white space. When a deal or a situation doesn’t fit neatly into Commercial or Product’s lane—employment equity, a strategic partnership with a VC-backed company, a cross-border corporate restructuring—you pick it up and run. Automation First: You have a “developer mindset.” If you’ve drafted the same consent or SAFE agreement three times, you build a template, a playbook, or a self-service workflow. You likely use AI agents and LLMs daily to accelerate your own output. Pragmatic Risk Tolerance: Lovable moves fast. You are comfortable giving a clear, defensible recommendation with 70% of the information—and you know when to escalate vs. when to just decide. Bias for Action: You’d rather close the loop on a signature block over Slack than wait a week for a formal process. What you'll do Own the Equity Stack: Manage all equity-related legal work end-to-end—option grants, RSU plans, secondary transactions, employee liquidity programs, and 409A coordination. You are the single point of accountability when a new hire asks “how does my equity work?” and when a lead investor asks about our fully diluted cap table. Lead Corporate Transactions: Drive the legal workstream on venture financings (priced rounds, SAFEs, convertible notes), strategic investments, and any M&A activity. Coordinate with external counsel where needed but own the process, timeline, and output. Build & Maintain Corporate Infrastructure: Keep our corporate house in order across all entities—board and stockholder consents, annual filings, subsidiary governance, and cross-border structural hygiene. Make sure we are always investor-ready, not just at close. Be the Connective Tissue: Work alongside our Commercial and Product counsel to handle matters that fall between their mandates—co-branded partnership structures, equity-linked commercial arrangements, employee IP assignments, and any situation that requires a generalist’s judgment. Automate the Routine: Use Lovable and AI tooling to build self-service infrastructure for standard corporate tasks—option grant workflows, consent templates, entity management trackers—so that the legal team scales without headcount growing linearly. Scale Prep: Build the governance documentation and compliance hygiene now that makes our next fundraise, a dual-listing, or an acquisition clean and fast. Think: data room-ready at all times. The challenge This isn’t a role for someone who wants to specialize narrowly or hand off anything that looks unfamiliar. You’ll be the person that founders, the CFO, and the board rely on when the stakes are high and the clock is ticking—whether that’s a term sheet that just landed, an employee equity dispute, or a structural question that doesn’t have a precedent inside the company. You will also help shape how Lovable’s legal function grows as we scale. Ready to be the legal backbone of the most exciting AI company in the world?
