About the research project   Several projects are currently recruiting: - SSF project (funded by the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research) on enabling collaboration between teams of humans and autonomous systems. The goal is to design principles for effective coordination in future work environments where humans and machines interact more closely. The project may involve performing empirical studies with humans, developing run-time models that software-intensive systems can use to reason about coordination, designing methods to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats, and running experiments for evaluation. Two postdoc positions will be funded by this project. - VR project (funded by the Swedish Research Council Vetenskapsrådet) on making self-adaptive systems aware of end users’ expectations. The goal is to design a language to describe expectations using formal modelling methods, develop methods to understand the needs of human users and to explain a system’s actions, and evaluate the contributions using simulations and physical robots. - WASP project on Human-in-the-Loop Autonomous Systems (funded by WASP). Institutionens forsknings- och utbildningsmiljö, SERL Sweden ‒ Software Engineering Research and Education Lab Sweden, har sedan dess expanderat och är nu positionerad som världsledande när det gäller forskning inom mjukvaruutveckling. Institutionen ansvarar för utbildningar i programvaruteknik från kandidatnivå upp till forskarnivå.   Arbetsbeskrivning Som doktorand i denna tjänst förväntas du undersöka hur AI-agenter stödjer och omformar processen för kravinsamling och kravutveckling (AI4RE), samt hur kontinuerlig anpassning vid körning av AI-intensiva system utmanar konventionella metoder inom requirements engineering (RE4AI). Arbetet undersöker hur agentbaserade pipelines, det vill säga agenter som stödjer kravinsamling, detektion av drift vid körning och specifikation, introducerar nya adversariella attackytor som konventionella RE-metoder inte är utrustade för att hantera. Detta kräver nya angreppssätt för kravproveniens, modellering av intressenters förtroende och kontinuerlig validering.   Projektet fördjupar sig i säkerheten och robustheten hos kontinuerlig kravutveckling, med fokus på hotvektorer såsom dataförgiftning av evidensströmmar vid körning, adversariell manipulation av intressenter över flera kravinsamlingscykler samt promptinjektionsattacker riktade mot LLM-baserade RE-agenter. Forskningen planeras även att undersöka hur grundläggande begrepp såsom kravfullständighet, spårbarhet, verifierbarhet och mänsklig översyn bör omdefinieras i närvaro av probabilistiska utdata, icke-deterministiskt agentbeteende och kontinuerliga databeroenden, samt hur dessa faktorer påverkar tillförlitligheten och regelefterlevnaden hos utvecklade kravartefakter.   Forskningen kommer att genomföras i samarbete med olika industripartner. De huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifterna omfattar: Undersöka hur agentbaserade RE-pipelines introducerar adversariella sårbarheter på data-, intressent- och agentnivå. Utveckla en hotmodell för kontinuerlig requirements engineering, inklusive attackvektorer och deras effekter genom hela kravutvecklingspipelinen. Utforma en arkitektur för adversariellt robust kontinuerlig RE, inklusive proveniensspårning, mekanismer för intressentförtroende, försvar mot promptinjektion och verifieringsgrindar med mänsklig medverkan. Analysera regelefterlevnadsimplikationer av kontinuerligt föränderliga krav inom framväxande regelverk såsom EU AI-förordning, med fokus på högrisk-AI-system inom hälso- och sjukvård, kritisk infrastruktur och lågkodsplattformar.   För denna tjänst söker vi en kandidat med bakgrund inom programvaruteknik, kravhantering, artificiell intelligens och cybersäkerhet.   Regler och förmåner för doktorander i Sverige gäller för denna tjänst. We are seeking a highly skilled Rotating Equipment Field and Quality Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of rotating machinery such as pumps, compressors, and motors. The role requires strong technical expertise, field experience, and a commitment to ensuring equipment is delivered and maintained to the highest standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Field Engineering:  Oversee installation, alignment, and commissioning of rotating equipment at project sites.  Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and performance assessments.  Supervise contractors and vendors during mechanical equipment installation and start-up.  Provide technical support to field teams and interface with engineering and maintenance departments.  Ensure compliance with design/requirements Quality Engineering:  Perform inspections and quality control checks on rotating equipment and associated systems.  Review and approve Quality Control (QC) documentation such as ITPs, FAT/SAT reports, NCRs, and final dossiers.  Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes (API, ISO, ASME), and project specifications.  Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
