Nu söker vi en senior Business Requirement Analyst som vill vara en central länk mellan verksamhet och IT. Du har en teknisk utbildning i grunden och flera års erfarenhet av att samla in, analysera och visualisera krav för IT-system.
Du arbetar nära produktägare, domänexperter och utvecklingsteam för att skapa tydlighet, samsyn och krav som möter både affärsbehov och tekniska förutsättningar.
Du kommer att jobba i ett team som fokuserar på att bygga nya centrala lösningar som provisionssystem, prissättningssystem, fordonsregister, arkivsystem med mera. Teamet tar ett helhetsansvar genom hela utvecklingscykeln, från krav, design och implementation till förvaltning. Kort sagt är du med på ett hörn av många av Ifs högst prioriterade initiativ just nu, vilket innebär att rollen innefattar många kontaktytor.
Du får en nyckelroll där du har möjlighet att forma och påverka arbetssätt genom hela kedjan, från krav till utvecklad produkt. Inom några månader förväntas du ha etablerat ett starkt samarbete med verksamheten, arbeta självständigt med att utveckla värdeskapande funktionalitet och aktivt bidra med krav som möter tekniska lösningsförslag.

Om teamet
I rollen arbetar du främst tillsammans med Centralized Business Capabilities, ett team med cirka 15 medarbetare som nyutvecklar och förvaltar centrala lösningar inom If.
Du tillhör organisatoriskt Requirements Engineering & Quality Assurance, där du blir en del av ett kompetensområde med kollegor inom kravinsamling, UI/UX och quality engineering.

Du är självgående, strukturerad, noggrann och proaktiv, med ett agilt mindset. Du är trygg i samarbetet med olika intressenter inom både verksamhet och IT och har lätt för att skapa struktur i komplexa sammanhang.
Du är också nyfiken på hur AI, automation och nya tekniska möjligheter kan förändra både lösningar och arbetssätt, och vill bidra till att vi arbetar smartare, mer datadrivet och mer effektivt.
Har teknisk IT-utbildning och flera års erfarenhet av kravinsamling och visualisering av krav för IT-system, exempelvis genom processer, tekniska krav, acceptanskriterier och mock-ups.
Har erfarenhet av att skapa och bryta ner behov till Epics, Features och User Stories.
Har god analytisk förmåga och kan hantera komplex data, tekniska strukturer och integrationer.
Kan facilitera workshops och samla in behov från både verksamhet och IT.
Har starkt kundfokus och ser värdet av förenkling, långsiktig förvaltning och hållbara lösningar.
Du har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
Certifiering inom kravhantering, exempelvis IREB, BABOK eller liknande.
Erfarenhet av designskisser eller prototyper i Figma eller liknande verktyg.
Erfarenhet av finans- eller försäkringsbranschen.
Van att arbeta i Microsoft Azure DevOps.

The programme spans multiple business units and involves deep integration between PLM and ERP systems. The scope of your role: As a Senior Applied AI Analyst, you will work across business departments and product engineering teams to discover, analyse and validate high-value opportunities for process automation. This role combines business and process analysis with hands-on AI prototyping and a solid understanding of software engineering. You will work directly with process owners and operational teams to understand how work is performed today, identify bottlenecks and repetitive activities, assess the potential value of improvements, and turn the most promising opportunities into testable AI-enabled solutions. You will actively search for opportunities rather than wait for predefined requirements. Once an idea is validated, you will work with Product Engineers and the AI Platform team to shape the production approach and transfer ownership to the relevant product team.
