I ditt ansvar ligger att skapa goda relationer till elever, föräldrar och kollegor. Du är en vuxen förebild för alla elever på skolan. Din kompetens Vi söker dig som har lärarutbildning och lärarlegitimation för årskurs 4-6. Du har tidigare erfarenhet som lärare i svensk grundskola och har god språklig förmåga i svenska språket i både tal och skrift. Role Purpose The Lead Operator is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the operator team and the overall quality of scanning operations and member experience. Reporting to the Clinic Lead, the Lead Operator acts as the primary interface between HQ operational functions and the clinic floor, translating standards and priorities into consistent, high-quality delivery. You will directly manage the operator team and work in close partnership with the Clinic Lead to keep the clinic running at its best every day. What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months Lead and coach the operator team through structured 1:1s, clear standards, and consistent embedding of Neko values. Act as the operational escalation point on the floor, triaging issues calmly and decisively. Own daily operator workflow, room readiness, and shift scheduling so the clinic runs efficiently at all times. Monitor operator KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Support operator recruitment and lead on-floor training and competency checks. Ensure safety compliance and clinic floor standards, escalating equipment or environmental issues as needed. Partner with Operations, People, Training, Facilities, Tech, and Governance on scheduling, performance, and audit readiness. Subject description Electric Power Engineering covers studies of sustainable systems for production and transpor-tation of electrical energy, and the interaction between power grid, electricity production, and electricity consumption. Project description The project aims to develop models that describe how HVDC installations affect, and are af-fected by, power quality in electrical networks up to 150 kHz. Measurements will be used to further develop existing models and to distinguish between primary and secondary emissions as well as nonlinear interactions. The results will provide the basis for a generalized model of emission and immunity related to HVDC installations.The study will also investigate network resonances, interactions between multiple HVDC in-stallations, and the effects on transformers and other grid-connected equipment. The project is carried out in collaboration between Luleå University of Technology (LTU) and Hitachi Energy. Duties A PhD position involves both theoretical and practical work. As a doctoral student, you will be trained in scientific research through the publication of journal articles and presentations at national and international conferences. The project assistant will contribute to three ongoing research projects within the Division of Marine Technology. These projects are conducted in close collaboration with industrial partners specialising in the development of umbilical cables, mooring systems, and installation solutions for floating renewable energy devices. Two of the projects focus on the structural integrity of highly dynamic power cables. A central challenge is to design cables that can withstand complex mechanical loading while ensuring reliable power transmission over extended service lifetimes, without the need for maintenance or replacement. The third project centres on the development of an advanced lifetime engineering simulation framework, integrating lifecycle assessment (LCA), lifecycle cost (LCC), and lifecycle performance (LCP). As the LCP module is currently under development, the project assistant will play a key role in its completion. This work will include the modelling of fatigue behaviour of mooring systems for floating offshore wind applications, as well as extending the framework to incorporate power cable performance. The framework will also be extended to include power cables. Input to the LCP module will be provided by partners in an EU-funded project. The module will be developed in MATLAB and integrated with the existing LCA and LCC components. Prepare and submit at least one conference paper and one journal article. This PhD project will investigate: How embodiment and physical configuration affect the cybersecurity posture of AI-driven systems; The role of self-awareness in security, i.e., how robots can assess their own vulnerabilities based on their embodiment and operational state; How dynamic reconfiguration can enhance resilience, e.g., redistributing sensor reliance, modifying behaviour or adjusting control strategies in response to attacks. Rather than relying solely on traditional security mechanisms, this research aims to explore how AI systems can proactively evaluate their own weak points and autonomously adapt to mitigate security risks.
