Din kompetens Vi söker dig som har lärarutbildning och lärarlegitimation för årskurs 4-6. Du har tidigare erfarenhet som lärare i svensk grundskola och har god språklig förmåga i svenska språket i både tal och skrift. Vi söker dels dig som vill arbeta som undervisande lärarvikarie på våra grundskolor i Valdemarsviks kommun i årskurs F-9. Vi söker också dig som är intresserad att jobba som resursperson och/eller elevassistent under skoltid eller att vikariera inom barnomsorgen på våra fritidshem och förskolor. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som vikarie rycker du in när ordinarie personal är borta kortare perioder. Det kan även ibland bli aktuellt med lite längre vikariat. Du finner glädje i att möta barn och ungdomar utifrån alla deras olikheter, personligheter samt förmågor och vill hjälpa dem att utvecklas. Som lärarvikarie förbereder och håller du lektioner efter ordinarie lärares planering och bidrar till en trygg och meningsfull dag för eleverna. Du behöver ha viljan och förmågan att arbeta tillsammans med andra vuxna i team, kunna sätta dig in i olika skolors rutiner och hantera situationer som kan uppstå i klassrummet. Du är med och gör skillnad och bidrar till att varje elev lyckas nå sina mål. I rollen som vikarie på våra förskolor kommer du arbeta med barn i åldrar 1-5 år. Tillsammans med övrig personal ger du barnen en trygg, rolig och lärorik tillvaro på förskolan. Som timvikarie har du stor nytta av förmågan att ta initiativ. Det finns alltid saker att göra på en förskola, barn som behöver en hjälpande hand, ett heja-rop, du läser en saga eller bygger en koja med någon. Dagarna blandas med omsorg (till exempel stöd vid på- och avklädning, hjälpa till vid måltiderna) och pedagogisk verksamhet (till exempel lek, utforskande och lärande tillsammans med barnen). En stor del av verksamheten bedrivs utomhus. På våra fritidshem arbetar du tillsammans med ordinarie personal med elever i åldrarna 6-12 år. På fritidshemmen har du hand om eleverna före och efter ordinarie skoltid samt är behjälplig under lektionstid. Fokus ligger vanligtvis på att träna socialt samspel genom lek, idrott och kreativa aktiviteter. På fritidshemmen är du en resurs till ordinarie lärare samt medverkar i fritidsverksamhet både inom- och utomhus. Förmågan att ta initiativ, kommunicera och lösa problem är särskilt användbara egenskaper när du jobbar som timvikarie här. Fabriken är en öppen fritidsverksamhet (fritidsklubb) för elever i årskurs 4 -6. Fabriken är även en fritidsgård för elever upp till och med 19 år. Verksamheten har öppet eftermiddagar efter skolans slut och allt som oftast är det öppet dagtid under lovdagar och studiedagar. På Fabriken kan ungdomar till exempel hänga med kompisar, spela spel, spela pingis eller sitta och plugga. De kan också vara med i projektgrupper där man kanske bakar eller pysslar. KVALIFIKATIONER Vikarie inom skola och barnomsorg passar dig som vill vara med och forma framtidens människor. Du är pedagogiskt lagd och tycker om att lära ut. Du ser dig själv som en naturlig drivande kraft i att skapa bra förutsättningar för barn och ungdomars lärande. Du tycker om att samarbeta och är van att bemöta barn, vårdnadshavare och kollegor på ett professionellt sätt. En del av rollen handlar om att hantera relationer mellan barn/ungdomar och personal. The Speech and Language Pathology unit of the Health and Rehabilitation department has the major task of being responsible for a four-year undergraduate Speech and Language Pathology programme. The unit also gives courses on the graduate level and engages in research in the subject of Speech and Language Pathology. The unit consists of about fifteen lecturers and researchers and six doctoral students. All of these are engaged in instruction in the Speech and Language Pathology programme and may serve as supervisors for projects on the graduate and doctoral level. Subject area Speech and Language Pathology Subject area description Speech and Language Pathology is defined as the study of language, voice, and speech disorders, as well as swallowing disorders, and their treatment. Speech and Language Pathology as a subject area describes and explains various forms of communication difficulties resulting from language, voice, and speech disorders, how they should be evaluated and treated, as well as their effects on an individual's personality, health and quality of life. Teaching and research included in this position are to focus on developmental speech and language disorders, and thereby supplement and reinforce existing resources at the Speech and Language Pathology unit. Duties Work-related duties primarily involve responsibility for teaching on the undergraduate and graduate levels in the area of developmental speech and language disorders. This can be in the form of the degree programme for Speech and Language Pathology, as well as in freestanding courses. In addition, duties include serving as a supervisor on the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels in the subject area. The position also includes serving as course coordinator, engaging in course planning, performing administrative tasks and keeping up with developments in the field. The position also involves conducting research in the subject area of the position, as well as seeking research funding from outside sources. Management/leadership responsibilities may be included. About us At the Division of Physical Resource Theory, we study how societies can transition towards sustainability. Building on physics and systems analysis, our interdisciplinary research connects technical and social sciences to address challenges such as climate change, energy transitions and sustainable land use. The position(s) will be based in the Energy Technology and Policy group which develops methods to evaluate the realism of energy and climate futures. About the research project The Energy Technology and Policy group (http://www.entap.net/) is recruiting up to 2 postdoctoral researchers on technology foresight for policy-driven low-carbon technologies. The postdoctoral position will focus on developing data-driven approaches for probabilistic modelling of new technologies, both established technologies like solar and wind as well as emerging technologies like hydrogen. The positions will be linked to a number of national projects and embedded in the ENTAP group, with a strong international network and tradition of interdisciplinary collaboration through shared work spaces and a joint seminars. Who we are looking for The following requirements are mandatory: To qualify as a postdoc, you must have a doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree in energy studies, environmental science, complex systems studies, economics, public policy, political science, or a related field. Experience in energy transitions research Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in quantitative modelling, data analysis, and scientific computing (e.g., in R, Python) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English You are expected to be somewhat accustomed to teaching, and to demonstrate good potential within research and education. The following experience will strengthen your application: Experience in developing technology foresight models Experience in policy analysis Experience in publishing in high impact journals is preferred What you will do Develop and apply probabilistic foresight models for policy-driven technologies and explore the meaning of uncertainty in such projections. Analyse the extent to which policy interventions can accelerate technological change. The position generally also includes teaching on Chalmers' undergraduate level or performing other duties corresponding to up to 20 percent of working hours Contract terms The position is a temporary full-time employment for two years with the possibility of a one-year extension.
