About Swedish Nutra Swedish Nutra is a Malmö-based family company and one of the Nordics’ leading manufacturers of premium liquid vitamins and nutritional supplements. We offer private label/white label production and are the makers of the Swedish Collagen and Swedish Nutra brands, sold in over 37 countries worldwide. We’re a fast-growing business with global distribution, a warm and international team, and an enterprising environment where people get real room to develop and grow. About the role We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take over the day-to-day leadership of Swedish Nutra. This is a pivotal role designed to free our founder-CEO to focus on growth, while you build and lead the operational engine that will scale our business. You will be the number-one on-site point of contact for the entire team, working full-time from our Malmö headquarters. What you'll own As COO, you will be responsible for the full company P&L and all approximately 30 staff, leading through the management layer. Your mandate will grow in defined phases, ultimately encompassing all day-to-day responsibilities currently held by the CEO. This includes: Day-to-day leadership of the company: Full P&L ownership and leadership of all staff through the management team. The management team: Building and leading the Production Manager, Head of Sales, and Marketing Manager (searches currently in motion), and completing the team with key-account and e-commerce hires. Final say on management-level appointments remains with the owners. Production: Setting targets and holding the Production Manager accountable for output, quality, supply, and cost. The technical spine: Ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance across all export markets, maintaining GMP/HACCP certification, overseeing the product development pipeline, and managing inventory and supply end-to-end through a monthly S&OP rhythm. The commercial engine: Guiding the Head of Sales and Marketing Manager to execute the retail and DTC agenda set with the CEO, including expanding from exclusive-distributor coverage to include direct retail relationships. DTC and marketplace channels: Overseeing Amazon EU/UK through an accountable Amazon specialist, and the US Amazon/Shopify/DTC business, with investment pace agreed with the CEO. Systems and process: Transforming ad-hoc, founder-held execution into documented, repeatable processes and stage-appropriate tooling, and extracting institutional knowledge into the organization through SOPs. The people function during ramp-up: Managing performance, development, and hiring below management level, with in-house recruitment support, until a dedicated HR lead is justified. The automation agenda: Supporting automation across the business, ensuring new processes across every department are designed to be automation-ready. The operating rhythm: Establishing KPIs, budgets, forecasting, cash-flow discipline, running weekly management meetings, and providing monthly reporting to the owners. What we're looking for We are seeking a proven general manager with real operational depth and a scale-up temperament. While few candidates will be equally strong across all areas, we prioritize in this order: proven general management, depth across quality, regulatory, product development, and supply, and hands-on commercial-growth experience. Running a factory is not required, as production has its own dedicated leader. Non-negotiable requirements: Experience: 10+ years of experience, with genuine general management, including owning a full P&L (company, subsidiary, or business unit) and leading a team of managers. You are a leader of leaders, not a strong functional specialist stepping up for the first time. Operational Expertise: Real operating experience in a regulated product category (GMP, HACCP, pharma, food, nutraceutical/supplement, or comparable), spanning quality and regulatory, product development, and inventory/supply. You must be able to own these functions, carry quality and regulatory risk, and act as a credible sparring partner to the Production Manager. Scale-up Temperament: Comfortable building structure from thin processes in a founder-led company with approximately 200M SEK revenue. Commercial Literacy: Understands brand, channel economics, and trade terms well enough to direct a retail expansion. Motivation: Motivated by operational ownership; you want to run the day-to-day of a profitable company end-to-end and build the machine, not occupy a caretaker or chief-of-staff seat. Location: Full-time on-site in Malmö. This is not a hybrid or remote role. Candidates must be based in the Öresund region. Language: Fluent English is a requirement for this role (our working language; the team is international). Swedish is not required. Strong preferences: FMCG background: consumer health, VMS/supplements, personal care, or functional food. Experience in liquid, food, or beverage manufacturing environments. Direct experience with European drug and health retail (dm, Rossmann, Holland & Barrett, Boots) and their buying processes. Existing relationships with target retail banners. AI-forward: has used AI and automation to build a leaner operation, or is visibly motivated to, and able to bring a team along with it. Practical details Apply by clicking the link and submitting your resume, including your cover letter in the same document (one file for CV and cover letter). Start date: as soon as possible. Workplace: Swedish Nutra AB, Lodgatan 19, 211 24 Malmö.

At the Vitrolife Group, we work every day to unlock the full potential of science and technology to reduce the barriers towards building a family. Together we help our customers and their patients to fulfill the dream of having a baby. Shape the Decisions Behind Our Product Model — Not Just the Diagrams Are you energized by architecting for empowered product teams rather than for a control room? We're looking for an Enterprise Architect to guide Vitrolife Group through our shift from project-driven delivery to a domain-based product operating model — in a MedTech setting where regulation, AI governance, and platform engineering all have to work together from day one. Your Mission You'll architect for team autonomy and clear domain boundaries, govern through decision records instead of review-board theatre, and treat regulatory constraints (SaMD, IEC 62304, MDR/IVDR) as inputs to design rather than a documentation exercise at the end. You'll also help define how AI is governed across the enterprise, and how AI is used responsibly within the architecture practice itself. What You'll Do * Architect for empowered, autonomous product teams aligned to business domains, not a central control point * Own canonical domain and data models across the organization, including alignment to standards like FHIR R5 where relevant * Write and review architecture decision records (ADR/LDDR) as the primary governance mechanism * Define enforceable, auditable guardrails for agentic AI systems, aligned to the EU AI Act * Bring SaMD classification, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and MDR/IVDR cybersecurity requirements into architecture decisions from the start * Champion Team Topologies, platform engineering, and governance-as-code across delivery pipelines What You Bring * Proven experience as an enterprise, solution, or lead architect in a product-operating-model or platform-engineering context * Strong grounding in domain-driven design, capability mapping, and canonical data modeling * Comfort with Azure landing zone architecture, Terraform, and modern CI/CD (OIDC, GitHub Enterprise Cloud) * A track record of governing through decision records and paved paths rather than central approval gates * The instinct to separate governing AI from using AI — and to keep accountability for outcomes either way * An enabler mindset: you see internal teams as customers of the platform, not requesters in a queue Bonus Points For (Highly Desired for This Role) * Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or another regulated industry (MDR/IVDR, ISO 13485, IEC 62366, IEC 81001-5-1) * Familiarity with FHIR and healthcare data interoperability standards * Experience embedding SBOM, SLSA, or STRIDE-based threat modeling into delivery pipelines * Exposure to .NET / C# backend architecture and vertical slice design * Experience with fine-grained authorization models (e.g. OpenFGA) alongside Entra ID Vitrolife Group is a global provider of medical devices and genetic services. TL;DR: You'll be the analytical engine behind Lovable's fastest-moving finance decisions. Working directly with the team that built our financial infrastructure from scratch, you'll model vendor economics, build scenario analyses, reconcile messy data into clean insights, and give our leadership the numbers they need to move fast and move right. This is not a back-office role. You'll be in the room where the decisions happen. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. What we’re looking for In one sentence: Build the models, pull the data, and surface the insights that drive Lovable's most consequential financial decisions. Own the analytical heavy lifting: Build and maintain financial models across vendor economics, unit cost attribution, scenario planning, and investment tradeoffs. You'll be the person who turns ambiguous data into something our team can act on. Drive vendor and cost intelligence: We spend a significant portion of our operating expenses annually across LLM providers, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS tools. You'll model the commercial economics, track spend against commitments, and flag opportunities before they become problems. Support strategic finance across the business: From headcount planning to revenue modeling to partnership economics, you'll provide analytical leverage wherever the highest-priority question is. One week it's an LLM cost attribution model. The next it's a pricing scenario for a new revenue stream. Context-switching is the job. Reconcile the chaos: Lovable moves fast and the data doesn't always keep up. You'll dig into billing data, accounting records, and operational metrics to find the truth in the noise. Investigative rigor is non-negotiable. Build for an AI-native function: We don't do things the old way. You'll use AI tools aggressively to accelerate your own work and help us design the finance function of the future. About you 1-3 years of experience: In investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or operational finance at a high-growth company. You’ve built strong analytical foundations and you’re ready to apply them to building something real. Exceptional modeler: You can build a financial model from a blank sheet and a messy data set. Excel and Google Sheets are second nature. SQL or BI tools (Hex, Looker, etc.) are a strong plus. Comfortable in chaos: You don't freeze when the data is incomplete, the timeline is tight, and the question keeps changing. You've worked in environments where "figure it out" is the brief. AI-native mindset: You use AI tools daily, not as a novelty but as core workflow. You're the person who finds a way to automate the tedious part before anyone asks you to. Hungry, not entitled: You understand that in-house finance is not high finance. You're not the product here — the product is. You bring the rigor from your training but you're energized by getting your hands dirty, not by the prestige of where you sit. Bonus points for: experience with SaaS or usage-based business models, exposure to cloud/LLM cost structures, or having built something yourself (side project, startup, Lovable app — anything that shows builder instinct). About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.
Turn ship physics into software people actually use At Cetasol we build the monitoring and analytics platform that commercial fleets use to cut fuel consumption, understand how their vessels really perform, and stay on the right side of CII and EU MRV reporting. A growing part of that platform is predictive maintenance: catching when an engine, generator, thruster, or the vessel as a whole starts behaving differently than it should, before it becomes a failure. Getting there takes two things that rarely live in the same person: an understanding of the physics behind how these assets actually behave, and the engineering skill to ship that understanding as a working product. We're looking for that person. What you'll do Build physical and data-driven models of vessel assets — engines, generators, thrusters, and the ship as a whole — that capture what "normal" operation looks like Detect when an asset deviates from its expected behaviour, and trace that deviation back to the sensors and signals driving it Work with noisy, real-world sensor data from vessels: clean it, validate it, and decide what it can and cannot support Take your own models from notebook to production on AWS, and build the React interfaces where the results actually land in front of customers Own features end to end, with our UX designer, full stack developers and data scientist alongside you Help us decide where a first-principles model beats a statistical one, and where it doesn't What we're looking for The balance here is genuinely 50/50. You should be comfortable deriving a model and deploying it. On the modelling side: Strong applied mathematics, physics or engineering foundation — fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, control theory, numerical methods, or similar Experience with anomaly detection or condition monitoring on physical systems — knowing how to separate a genuine fault signature from normal operating variation Solid Python and the usual scientific stack; experience with time series and sensor data The judgement to know when a model is good enough and when it's fooling you On the engineering side: Practical experience building and running services on AWS Comfortable in React and modern frontend work — you don't need to be a specialist, but you should be able to build the view your model deserves Familiarity with the ordinary craft of software: version control, testing, code review, CI And: You explain technical work clearly to people who aren't specialists You're happy to sit somewhere between disciplines rather than in the middle of one We're open on years of experience. If you can do the work, the title follows. Nice to have Predictive maintenance or condition-based monitoring · maritime, automotive, aerospace or energy domain experience · digital twins or physics-informed machine learning · edge computing or embedded data collection Why Cetasol Shipping accounts for roughly 3% of global CO₂ emissions, and a meaningful share of that is avoidable through better operational decisions. The work here is technically interesting and the impact is measurable in tonnes of fuel. You'd be joining a small engineering team where your work is visible and your scope is wide. We're based in Gothenburg and work hybrid — we value time in the same room, without counting days.
