ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE Legora is adding 100+ people a month and heading toward 2,000. At that pace the informal, tribal version of how a company runs breaks down fast: new joiners reconstruct how decisions get made through Slack threads, and teams quietly point in different directions. The fix is an explicit, durable operating model — and someone who owns it permanently. This is that role. This is a founding role: you will build the function from scratch, then scale it as Legora grows. As Senior Operations Manager, you will own the machine that turns company strategy into coordinated execution: the planning cycle, the metric tree, the operating cadence, and the decision-rights framework. You will be Legora's cross-functional integrator — the person who owns the seams between teams, ensures direction set at the top reaches execution on the ground, and keeps alignment from decaying between quarterly beats. You report to the VP of Operations, work with the C-suite and functional leads, and will build a small BizOps team as the function matures. This is a founding operator role: the operating model is being stood up now, and you will inherit it, own it, and scale it. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own Legora's operating model: how direction is set, how it cascades to every team, how decisions get made, and how alignment is built and held. * Run the company's operating rhythm: quarterly planning cycle, OKR process, weekly metrics heartbeat, and company calendar. * Build and maintain the metric tree — from company North Star down to team-level inputs — and make it the single shared scoreboard the whole org reads off. * Define and hold the decision-rights framework: who owns what, what escalates, and how fast it moves. * Serve as the cross-functional integrator for initiatives that fall between team mandates; own the handoffs and the hard conversations that no single team will pick up. * Partner with functional leads — EPD, GTM, Finance, People, Legal — to translate company bets into team goals and roadmaps. * Produce the structured communication that keeps direction clear: quarterly all-hands framing, leadership committee materials, and the standing forums that repeat the why. * Over time, build and lead a small Business Operations team to own this function at scale. WHAT YOU BRING * 8+ years of experience, with a track record that combines analytical rigor with hands-on operating work. The classic arc is consulting or banking into strategy, then into an operator seat — but we welcome other paths that build the same muscles. * Experience running company-wide planning processes: OKRs, quarterly reviews, metric trees, or equivalent at a company of 300+ people. * Strong operating judgment — you move fluidly between designing the system and running it, between a leadership committee deck and an in-the-weeds implementation conversation. * Executive presence and backbone: you build trust quickly and drive outcomes through influence, not authority, in rooms with founders and VPs. * A clear, direct communication style. You write proposals before meetings, state the recommendation up front, and do not bury the lead. * Comfort building in ambiguity: this is a founding role and a new function. The job is to create the structure, not maintain it. STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO * Have built an operating model, planning cadence, or decision-rights framework from scratch at a scaling company. * Bring experience with M&A integration or organisational design — both are live workstreams at Legora. * Have worked in a Chief of Staff or VP Ops capacity, either as the role or as a close partner to it. * Come from a hyper-growth environment where the org doubled more than once during their tenure. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and customers across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, equity, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: You are building the operating system for a company rewriting how the legal industry works. * In-person environment: Stockholm or New York offices designed for ambitious builders. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Spend real time out in the operation: build relationships across logistics business units, understand how planning decisions are actually made, and bring that context back to the team. Be the trusted face of the team to the business - manage expectations, communicate progress and trade-offs honestly, and build demand and adoption for what forecasting can do. Translate operational challenges into a prioritised, well-shaped backlog the team can act on with confidence. Coach and support the team - create focus, remove obstacles, shield them from noise, and help colleagues develop their product thinking and stakeholder skills. Define what "good" looks like: connect forecasting work to decision quality, trust, and measurable business outcomes. Partner closely with the Tech Lead and Senior Data Scientists to balance ambition with what's realistically deliverable. Solid experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally for data, analytics, or other decision-support products. A proven coach and team builder - you lead through influence and clarity, and you bring the best out of skilled people without relying on authority. Strong stakeholder and relationship skills, and the energy and confidence to spend much of your time out in the business rather than behind a desk. The ability to translate fluently between business needs and technical reality, in both directions. Comfort with how data science and forecasting actually work - you don't need to build models, but you understand uncertainty, iteration, and why these products behave differently from standard software. Strong prioritisation and communication skills. Meritorious experience Background in logistics, supply chain, or operational planning. Experience owning analytics, ML, or forecasting products. Familiarity with Databricks and Azure environments. A track record of growing the product and delivery maturity of a technical team. Agile or lean delivery experience. Language requirement Fluent English in speech and writing. Because so much of this role is spent face to face with the Nordic business, proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language is strongly meritorious. Why this role matters Forecasting sits at the core of how PostNord plans and runs its network. The difference between a model and a measurable impact is adoption - and adoption is your job. You'll be the reason the business understands, trusts, and acts on what the team builds, and the reason a strong team keeps getting stronger. Your profile You're an experienced product person who leads through people. You get your energy from being out in the business, listening hard, and turning what you hear into clear direction. You're a coach at heart - you create focus and momentum, and you help others grow rather than doing everything yourself. You hold a firm line on priorities while keeping the team motivated and protected from distraction. You're pragmatic, trusted, and equally at home in an operational planning meeting and a technical refinement session. Most of all, you want to help build something stronger: a high-performing forecasting team whose work the whole organisation relies on. We offer A central, high-visibility role connecting your team to the heart of the business A cutting-edge analytics environment built on Databricks and Azure A central role in accelerating PostNord's AI- and data-driven journey Apply Welcome to submit your application! We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as we review applications on an ongoing basis. Please note that due to the summer holiday period, the earliest feedback will be provided in mid-August. PostNord offers communications and logistics solutions to, from and within the Nordic region. With our expertise and a unique distribution network, we are developing the basis for tomorrow’s communication, e-commerce, distribution and logistics.

Turn ship physics into software people actually use At Cetasol we build the monitoring and analytics platform that commercial fleets use to cut fuel consumption, understand how their vessels really perform, and stay on the right side of CII and EU MRV reporting. A growing part of that platform is predictive maintenance: catching when an engine, generator, thruster, or the vessel as a whole starts behaving differently than it should, before it becomes a failure. Getting there takes two things that rarely live in the same person: an understanding of the physics behind how these assets actually behave, and the engineering skill to ship that understanding as a working product. We're looking for that person. What you'll do Build physical and data-driven models of vessel assets — engines, generators, thrusters, and the ship as a whole — that capture what "normal" operation looks like Detect when an asset deviates from its expected behaviour, and trace that deviation back to the sensors and signals driving it Work with noisy, real-world sensor data from vessels: clean it, validate it, and decide what it can and cannot support Take your own models from notebook to production on AWS, and build the React interfaces where the results actually land in front of customers Own features end to end, with our UX designer, full stack developers and data scientist alongside you Help us decide where a first-principles model beats a statistical one, and where it doesn't What we're looking for The balance here is genuinely 50/50. You should be comfortable deriving a model and deploying it. On the modelling side: Strong applied mathematics, physics or engineering foundation — fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, control theory, numerical methods, or similar Experience with anomaly detection or condition monitoring on physical systems — knowing how to separate a genuine fault signature from normal operating variation Solid Python and the usual scientific stack; experience with time series and sensor data The judgement to know when a model is good enough and when it's fooling you On the engineering side: Practical experience building and running services on AWS Comfortable in React and modern frontend work — you don't need to be a specialist, but you should be able to build the view your model deserves Familiarity with the ordinary craft of software: version control, testing, code review, CI And: You explain technical work clearly to people who aren't specialists You're happy to sit somewhere between disciplines rather than in the middle of one We're open on years of experience. If you can do the work, the title follows. Nice to have Predictive maintenance or condition-based monitoring · maritime, automotive, aerospace or energy domain experience · digital twins or physics-informed machine learning · edge computing or embedded data collection Why Cetasol Shipping accounts for roughly 3% of global CO₂ emissions, and a meaningful share of that is avoidable through better operational decisions. The work here is technically interesting and the impact is measurable in tonnes of fuel. You'd be joining a small engineering team where your work is visible and your scope is wide. We're based in Gothenburg and work hybrid — we value time in the same room, without counting days.
