Your New Role We are now looking for a Senior Test Manager for an extensive SaaS transformation project with our client. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the test strategy, test planning and execution in a business-critical program that impacts central financial processes. The project involves a major modernization where existing billing solutions will be replaced by a new SaaS-based solution. The program is divided into several subprojects that will be carried out step by step over time. As a Senior Test Manager, you will work in a complex technical environment with SaaS components, integration layers, batch flows, event streams, APIs and connections to both internal and external systems. You are comfortable managing research tools such as Maze, and Prolific or UserInterviews for participant recruitment. Experience leveraging analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Google Analytics) to triangulate behavioral data with qualitative insights is highly valued.
