You will lead studies on the end-to-end experience, device setup, and the long-term ergonomics and wearability of our products What skills and experience we think you have Experience in user research: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a user researcher in a commercial product setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of research projects and methodologies. A plus is if you’ve worked in related fields, e.g., health-related products/services or medical products Proficiency in research methods & tools: A deep understanding of user research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches. You should have extensive experience in conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys, and know when to apply each method. You are comfortable managing research tools such as Maze, and Prolific or UserInterviews for participant recruitment. Experience leveraging analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Google Analytics) to triangulate behavioral data with qualitative insights is highly valued. Curiosity about AI in research is a plus Collaboration skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams Strategic thinking: A desire to go beyond answering simple questions to uncover deeper user needs and business opportunities. We are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in test strategy, automation, and end-to-end validation across web and mobile platforms. This role combines hands-on testing with strategic quality enablement in a distributed, cross-team environment. Role Overview You will be responsible for planning and executing Product, Integration, E2E, and Regression testing across web and mobile applications (Android & iOS). The role includes automation design, CI/CD integration, cross-team QA coordination, and mentoring.
