Gemkom Engineering and Machinery Filial is a newly established branch of the Turkish company Gemkom. It is a leading engineering and manufacturing company that operates in a number of areas and in various ways within the steel industry. We are participating in a project where STEGRA (H2 Green Steel) establishes a steel mill in Norra Svartbyn in Boden where steel will be produced through an almost fossil-free process using hydrogen gas. Our mission is, among other things, to install machines used in steel production and includes work in mechanics, electronics and plumbing. We now want to employ a HSE Manager (Health, Safety and Environment Manager). The work tasks may include but are not limited to: Job Description Responsible for preparing HSE plan according to the main contract procedures. Responsible for organizing the HSE team in Boden site. Responsible for the organization in the site between main company, subcontractors and the Employee Final approval for the HSE precautions taken in the site. Responsible for selecting HSE staff for Boden Team if needed. Responsible for leading the monthly and weekly HSE meetings. Desirable qualifications (not mandatory) Having a degree in HSE Engineering. Experience as HSE engineer. Experience of similar EU based industrial project. Having IOSH and NEBOSH certificates. Good command of written and verbal English. Good skills of communication and organization with the team. Knowledge of organizing the HSE plan for the project. No handicap of living at Boden or Lulea. SCOPE OF THE ROLE At Soho House, the Health Club Manager leads the successful launch and day-to-day operation of our Health Club, creating an exceptional member experience across fitness, recovery and spa. This is a pre-opening leadership role, responsible for delivering every aspect of the Health Club before opening day and establishing the standards that will define the operation long-term. Working closely with the General manager, Global Director of Health Clubs and the wider project team, you will oversee recruitment, procurement, operational readiness, training, supplier management and the successful opening of the Health Club. Following launch, you will lead the daily operation of the Health Club, including the gym, recovery technologies, spa treatments, wellness programming and changing facilities. YOUR MISSION To manage incoming materials and support Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant activities for the QC release of product and incoming materials. Support QC Materials Team in other activities where requested. JOB DESCRIPTION MAJOR ACTIVITIES * Perform inspection of incoming materials, following SOPs and GMP practices to ensure seamless supply of material to support aseptic manufacture of ATMP product. * Monitor the material inspection programme ensuring materials are suitable for the manufacture of gene therapy products to the required standards. * Physical inspection of raw materials. Ensure the warehouse storage environment is acceptable for the materials being inspected (Can be multiple warehouse locations). * Coordinate incoming material testing where required. * Maintain all incoming material documentation meets GMP requirements. * Ensure adequate control of the material status for release or Reject. * Comply with MeiraGTx procedures including Health and safety and GMP. * To ensure all equipment used is calibrated/maintained and in line with SOP’s. * Identify and report procedural problems and deviations. * Perform and support environmental monitoring activities for the sampling room, in line with GMP requirements, ensuring results are recorded and reported. * Perform sampling of incoming raw materials, following SOPs and GMP practices to ensure seamless supply of material to support aseptic manufacture of ATMP product. * Participate in the planning of duties to ensure the facility is acceptable and customers receive products on time and in full. * Any other duties/projects within the skills and ability of the post holder. * Responsible for ensuring that own work complies with GMP, Data Integrity and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and is undertaken in accordance with applicable procedures. * Responsible for ensuring that own training is undertaken in a timely and GMP compliant manner before the task is undertaken. * Responsible for ensuring that any GMP documentation assigned to me e.g. (but not limited to) Issues, CAPAs, Change Controls, BMRs & audit/inspection actions is closed timely and in a RFT state. You will develop new tests in development projects as well as analyze and troubleshoot in maintenance projects. We mainly use LabView for programming.
