Du arbetar på uppdrag av sjukhuscheferna och ingår i lasarettens ledningsgrupper. Organisatoriskt tillhör du Koncernstab kommunikation tillsammans med kommunikatörer i de andra sjukvårdsförvaltningarna och har kommunikationschefen för Skånes universitetssjukhus som din chef. Din placeringsort är Trelleborg, men du förväntas även regelbundet vara i Landskrona. Tjänsten är ett vikariat för studier. 1 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi välkomnar nu dig som lockas av att arbeta verksamhetsnära och utveckla vårdverksamheten med kommunikation som verktyg och därmed bidra till våra mål. Du stöttar organisationen i förändringsprocesser samt vid genomförandet av olika projekt och aktiviteter. Du ansvarar för att driva och utveckla kommunikationen som en del av ledningen, och ger kommunikationsstöd till lasarettets chefer på alla nivåer. Du arbetar såväl strategiskt med planering och uppföljning som operativt med genomförande av kommunikationsinsatser. Dessa kan rikta sig både internt i organisationen och externt till patienter och allmänhet. Exempel på arbetsområden är att vara rådgivare och bollplank till chefer, pressarbete, leda workshops och utbildningar och viss produktion av redaktionellt innehåll. Vid kriser ingår du i lasarettens krisledningar och arbetar med kriskommunikationen lokalt. Här finns flera specialistmottagningar och vårdavdelningar inom bland annat neurologi, kardiologi, lungmedicin, ortopedi och logopedi. Totalt arbetar cirka 600 medarbetare här. Lasarettet har även ett nära samarbete med akutmottagningen, som tillhör förvaltningen Nära vård och hälsa. Lasarettet i Landskrona förser Skånes invånare med både akut och planerad hälso- och sjukvård. På lasarettet finns flera specialistmottagningar och vårdavdelningar inom bland annat obesitas, gynekologi, kirurgi, urologi, neurologi och kardiologi. De flesta operationer som genomförs på sjukhuset är för godartade besvär, till exempel gallsten och bråck, men även operationer för cancer görs. På sjukhuset arbetar cirka 350 medarbetare.
