Are you hands-on when needed for test, lab and automation, but more importantly see the bigger picture and know how to get an entire team involved and united around quality? Do you want to do that in an environment where AI isn't just a talking point, but how you actually work? We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our Device Management Test team in Lund. Who is your future team? You'll join the Device Management Test team within R&D QA, working in our Developer Experience team, a highly skilled, AI-first group at the forefront of how Axis builds with AI for the future. Axis partners build on our cloud platform, everything from device management and video streaming to analytics. Your team's job is to make that easy: intuitive APIs, robust SDKs, and tools that let partners ship fast, securely, and without friction. The result? Customers get flexibility, partners get speed to market, and everything stays compatible. Day to day, you'll work in an agile, cross-functional team that owns its software end to end, from development and testing through delivery and monitoring. You'll also have the support of test engineers across surrounding teams to maintain consistent test strategies and a unified methodology. This is a team where AI is embedded in everything we do, from how we approach strategy, ways of working and automation to how we think about quality at scale. If you have a genuine curiosity for AI and want to explore how it can transform quality assurance, you'll feel right at home here. What you'll do here as QA Engineer Yes, you'll troubleshoot bugs, set up labs, and build automation together with your team. But the bigger part of this role is stepping back and making sure quality is everyone's responsibility, not just yours. You set up the structures and processes that make it easy for the whole team to contribute. And you'll explore how AI can make our testing smarter, not just faster. Your work directly impacts the quality of the platform that Axis's partner ecosystem depends on - when you raise the bar, the entire developer experience improves. Testing and development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks together with the team Perform user-centered testing based on use cases, with a focus on usability, security, and the customer perspective Test early in the development cycle alongside developers, including troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis Build and maintain, with the help of the team, the monitoring, analysis, and tooling needed for our production systems, and act on findings to improve quality Strategic quality and team enablement: Drive the test strategy, scope, approach, and priorities, leveraging AI where it adds the most value Ensure an end-to-end perspective, so that integrations and cross-team flows are thoroughly covered Identify where test automation and manual testing - including AI-powered approaches - creates the greatest value, and drive its adoption Set up shared test processes, guidelines, and standards that enable the whole team to contribute to quality - and proactively identify risks, gaps, and metrics to keep stakeholders informed Who are you? You love testing and making sure customers get a top-tier experience with our solutions, but you also see how all the pieces fit together and take initiative to make the team better as a whole. You communicate with clarity, whether you're pairing with a developer on a tricky bug or aligning with stakeholders on quality priorities. You have the drive to push things forward, the structure to keep things organized, and the collaborative spirit to bring everyone along. You bring the experience and confidence to influence technical decisions, guide less experienced colleagues, and take ownership without needing to be told. Crucially, you have a genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform how we approach testing, quality, and automation. You're curious, eager to learn, and excited about working in a team that puts AI first in everything it does. We'd love to hear that you have: A degree in engineering (M.Sc. or B.Sc.), information systems, or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in software testing A strong end-to-end mindset, the ability to understand how individual components integrate into a complete, working solution Solid technical understanding of test architecture and automation frameworks Broad knowledge of test types (i.e. unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing) Professional proficiency in Swedish and English Bonus points for: Experience coordinating or leading test efforts across multiple teams Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning applied to testing or quality assurance Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, SDKs, or web services Professional experience in testing applications, web services, or APIs Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and how test automation integrates into them Comfort with a DevOps mindset and shared responsibility for production systems Knowledge in programming - from your education, professional experience, or personal projects Ready to Act? We are looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing Systems who will lead and develop the systems our sales and marketing colleagues rely on every day, all over the world. This is a senior role, part of the global Information Systems management team, reporting to our CIO. Do you want to work for a company where the demands are high, the atmosphere is warm, and the opportunities are enormous? Who is your future team? Information Systems is Axis's largest cross-functional department, intensely woven into every part of the company. Managers at Axis are one of the team, with a strong focus on coaching colleagues and helping people get the best out of their own abilities. The level of knowledge here is high, and we are happy to share what we know. At the same time we are unpretentious, and we hope you will teach us something in return. Axis is a global company with a presence in 180 countries and our own staff in 52 of them. Your primary collaboration surfaces will be here in Lund, but the purpose of the role reaches much further - the systems you are responsible for support our sales and marketing colleagues in every region we operate in. We who will become your colleagues are glad and confident - we have already made a fantastic journey together, and with your help we will write the next chapter in it. Your teams cover a broad and connected landscape: the technical web team behind axis.com, our marketing automation systems, our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, our support systems, our translation and localization agenda, and the many other systems that help our marketing organization work efficiently across languages, markets, and time zones. What you'll do here as Director of Sales and Marketing Systems You will manage the systems that make our global sales and marketing engine run - and, just as importantly, take part in helping us decide where that engine is headed next. These systems sit like levers in the company's business processes. Get them right and the whole of sales and marketing moves faster, smarter, and closer to the customer. That is the heart of your job: to make sure they keep doing exactly that, today and as the landscape keeps changing. Lead and develop the teams responsible for Axis' sales and marketing systems Drive the direction of systems including CRM, marketing automation, web, support systems, and localization Turn business needs into practical technical solutions and architectural initiatives Contribute to moving the department towards ownership of whole information flows - where systems talk to each other, share data freely, and keep our colleagues and customers at the center Collaborate closely with global sales and marketing organizations Support technology planning, prioritization, and investment decisions Take good care of your staff and make the most of limited resources Who are we looking for? We think you are forward-looking and proactive by nature, used to collaborating in a global and multicultural environment, and genuinely at home in the combination of activities that sit across sales and marketing. You understand the business - what sales and marketing are trying to achieve, and how they actually work day to day - and you are equally comfortable on the technical side, driving change and positioning an organization technically for what comes next. You adapt as conditions shift and keep leading with both compassion and result orientation. It matters that you communicate well and have a real ability to understand and solve problems from many different perspectives. The technological landscape moves fast, and standing still is not an option. We are looking for someone who knows the tricks of the trade but who is also good at reading where things are heading - staying a step ahead rather than catching up. We'd love to hear that you have: Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a technology or systems environment A strong understanding of the sales and marketing systems landscape (such as CRM, marketing automation, web platforms, and localization) The ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions - comfortable with both strategic discussions and technical depth Experience collaborating across functions and regions in a global organization A coaching leadership style with a genuine commitment to developing people Bonus points if you also bring: Experience driving technology roadmaps and managing system portfolios across multiple business functions Experience leading change in an organization moving towards integrated information flows Ready to Act? We are looking for a Director of Data Driven Impact who will build a brand-new department dedicated to scaling up and making the most of where new technology could be taking us - and to help steer complex, cross-functional projects that touch many parts of the company at once. Managers at Axis are one of the team, with a lot of focus on coaching colleagues and helping people get the best out of their own abilities. The level of knowledge here is high, and we are happy to share what we know. At the same time, we are unpretentious, and we hope you will teach us something in return. Axis is a global company with a presence in 180 countries and our own staff in 52 of them. Much of the work happens here in Lund, but its reach is company-wide and global - the initiatives you shape will cross departments, regions, and systems. We who will become your colleagues are glad and confident. You will shape a team with three distinctly different competences. First, project management - to give shape, pace, and direction to initiatives that span the whole company. Second, a senior developer team with deep knowledge of Axis and of our cross-functional systems and information flows; their job is to increase speed across departments and silos while keeping a clear-eyed understanding of the consequences of every change. And third, a group of data stewards who maintain and manage the information structures we need to make the most of automation and AI going forward. What you'll do here as Director of Data Driven Impact You will build and head a new department whose job is to help Axis get the most out of fast-moving technology, AI very much included, and to take on the complex initiatives that no single department owns on its own. These are the projects where many departments must pull together, where the environment is tangled with big dependencies, and where someone needs to hold the whole picture in view while change is happening across the company at speed. Axis is growing so fast that this can sometimes feel like changing the engine on a rocket that is still climbing - at full speed, with no plans to slow down. That is exactly the kind of challenge this role is built for. Build and head a new department with three competence areas: project management, a senior developer team, and data stewards Own complex, cross-functional initiatives where complexity is high and the dependencies between things are higher still Help Axis make the most of new technology, AI very much included Contribute to moving the department towards ownership of whole information flows - finding new ways to integrate systems, building a flexible environment where data can be shared freely, and putting that foundation to work through everything from automation to machine-learning-based prediction models Collaborate across departments, regions, and silos - bringing people with you rather than steering around them Support technology planning, prioritization, and investment decisions Take good care of your staff and make the most of limited resources Who are we looking for? We think you are forward-looking and proactive, genuinely comfortable in complexity, and motivated rather than daunted by big dependencies and many moving parts. You are used to collaborating in a global, multicultural environment, and you are good at bringing people with you across departments and silos. You read where technology is heading, and you are not afraid to act on it. You adapt as conditions shift and keep guiding with both compassion and result orientation. It matters that you communicate well and have a real ability to understand and solve problems from many different perspectives. You bring documented management experience and the ability to balance demands from many different stakeholders at once, holding short-term delivery and long-term development in focus at the same time. You will also need to define success as the company succeeding - even when that happens without you winning every discussion. We'd love to hear that you have: Documented management experience, including managing and developing teams The ability to balance demands from many stakeholders, holding short-term delivery and long-term development in focus at the same time Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global organization A strong understanding of how technology, data, and information flows create business value A coaching leadership style - you take good care of your staff and make the most of limited resources Bonus points if you also bring: Experience building a new team or department from the ground up Familiarity with AI, automation, or data-informed approaches in an enterprise context Ready to Act? Are you a software engineer who enjoys building the platforms that turn AI potential into real-world insights? Do you thrive in a highly collaborative, team-based environment and have a passion for Python and cloud-native automation? Our COT (Custom Object Training) team is looking for two new engineers to help us build the future of smart analytics at Axis. Who is your future team? We are the team behind COT, a cutting-edge service that allows our customers to train cameras to recognize exactly what they need. Our mission is to transform complex AI training into a seamless, self-service experience. We are currently a smaller core team. Now, we are looking for two more stars to join us. Our tech stack is modern and cloud-native: we use Python for our core logic and orchestration, React for our user interface, and modern cloud data services for our data and metadata storage. We believe a positive and highly collaborative culture is the key to our success. To give you a feel for how we operate, here are the principles we live by: We build together. Collaboration is our default mode, not an afterthought. We own our work, from the first line of code to the value it creates for the customer. We are driven by curiosity and encourage asking "why?" and "what if?". We see mistakes as learning opportunities and a natural part of innovation. We support each other to grow, succeed, and have fun while doing it. We value open communication and respectful debate to find the best solutions. We celebrate our achievements, big and small. By following these principles, we create a safe and dynamic environment where we can all learn and build great things. How we work Our focus is on engineering a high-quality, smart software platform. We work in an agile way where all team members collaborate on the design, architecture, and implementation. While we work closely with AI experts, these are pure software development roles; you will be building the "engine" and the "face" of the product, ensuring the system is robust and the data is accessible. Quality is paramount. We develop in a Linux environment for services that empower our customers worldwide. We value a Platform Mindset-building high-quality, consistent APIs and tools that are scalable and easy to automate. What you'll do as a Software Engineer We are looking for two different profiles to complement our team. Depending on your interest and background, your responsibilities will include: Profile A: The Pipeline & Automation Engineer (MLOps focus) Design and develop the automated Self-Service training pipelines using Python. Orchestrate data flows between cloud storage and processing services to ensure high-performance training loops. Build the "Quality Gates" that automatically validate model accuracy and performance. Profile B: The Data Storyteller (Fullstack focus) Build and customize the user interface in React, making complex AI data easy to understand. Design intuitive dashboards that visualize accuracy, precision, and recall for our users. Bridge the gap between raw metadata and a "smart" user experience. Common for both: Participate as a dedicated and collaborative member in the team's everyday work. Communicate with stakeholders (Product Managers, Architects, Specialists) to ensure we deliver true customer value. Who are we looking for? We are looking for committed developers who want to work in a friendly, cross-functional team. Whether you are an experienced professional or a talented recent graduate with a passion for cloud-native engineering, we believe you can contribute to our journey. We'd love to hear that you have: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with, or a strong foundation in, Python. A strong interest in cloud-native data storage and NoSQL databases. Experience with or a strong curiosity for React and data visualization. A true team-player mindset-you are communicative, curious, and driven to find the best solutions together. Familiarity with or an eagerness to learn about MLOps, test automation, and CI/CD.
