As the Sr. Program Manager of ADBG, your primary mission is to design, launch, and scale the global operating framework that ensures Databricks and Accenture execute consistently, predictably, and with clear accountability across all joint initiatives. As a key extension of this mission, you will also define and manage a targeted partner innovation investment program that is fully integrated into the governance, ensuring that all investments are strategically aligned, operationally sound, and measurable for impact. What we look for: We look for an experienced program management leader who is also a strategic builder: someone who anchors on operational excellence but is energized by shaping new, high-impact investment mechanisms within that structure. You are comfortable leading through influence across Databricks and Accenture, and you are motivated by building a foundational, scalable operating engine for one of Databricks’ most important partnerships. * Strong PMO and portfolio management leadership skills, with a track record of establishing governance and operating models in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. * Highly effective at building and leading cross-functional virtual teams across GTM, Finance, Product, Legal, and Partner organizations. * Exceptional ability to design and orchestrate processes, drive consensus across organizations, and resolve impasses while keeping execution on track. * Skilled negotiator with experience structuring and closing binding partner agreements that align strategic goals, risk, and return. * Strategic, analytical mindset with a strong bias for action; able to move quickly while maintaining rigor, transparency, and auditability. * 15+ years of experience in program/portfolio management, partner operations, or strategic investments in hyper-growth or large-scale technology environments. * Demonstrated success standing up and leading PMO or portfolio functions for complex, global, multi-stakeholder initiatives. * Proven track record forming and leading cross-functional v-teams (GTM, Finance, Product, ISV/partner, Legal, Operations). * Experience negotiating and closing binding contracts with partners, including GSIs, RSIs, and ISVs. * Strong technical understanding of the Databricks product portfolio and modern cloud/data architectures. Description Position at Conair LLC Position Summary The Senior Manager, Commercial Finance & FP&A will lead the day-to-day financial management and FP&A operating cadence for Conair's Beauty & Home Care division. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this role owns forecasting, planning, close, management reporting, cost stewardship, corporate submissions, and risk-and-opportunity management, while serving as a practical finance partner to Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, and Corporate FP&A. This is a hands-on leadership role in a complex, fast-paced environment with data and systems constraints. The successful candidate will move comfortably between detailed financial execution and business interpretation — ensuring the numbers are right, identifying what matters, constructively challenging assumptions, and bringing forward options and recommendations rather than just analysis. The role directly manages and develops an Associate Manager and is expected to independently run the core FP&A engine, creating leverage for the Senior Director to focus on strategic and commercial leadership. Key Responsibilities Forecasting, Planning & Financial Cadence Own the end-to-end monthly and periodic forecast process — calendar, assumptions, cross-functional inputs, consolidation, review, submission, and follow-up. Lead annual operating plan development and support long-range planning, scenario modeling, target setting, and executive reviews. Manage weekly / periodic outlooks and maintain a disciplined risk-and-opportunity process. Improve forecast accuracy by identifying assumption gaps, timing risks, mix shifts, and execution dependencies. Ensure alignment between financial plans, commercial assumptions, demand, supply, and cost outlooks. Close, Reporting & Performance Management Lead month-end close analysis and management reporting for the division. Prepare clear variance explanations across sales, gross margin, gross-to-net, operating expenses, and other key P&L drivers. Own recurring executive and corporate reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, consistency, and a clear business narrative. Maintain the financial calendar and coordinate deliverables across Finance and cross-functional partners. Translate performance into material risks, opportunities, decisions, and recommended actions. Cost & Profitability Management Partner with functional leaders to plan, track, and manage divisional costs and productivity commitments. Support customer, category, channel, and item profitability analysis using available systems and manual models. Review the quality and consistency of financial models and profitability builds prepared by the Associate Manager. Identify margin, mix, spending, and productivity opportunities and escalate material gaps. Develop repeatable approaches that reduce manual effort while preserving analytical integrity. Business Partnership & Decision Support Serve as the first-line finance partner for routine and moderately complex business questions. Clarify the business decision behind analytical requests and ensure assumptions and alternatives are understood. Develop scenarios, quantify tradeoffs, and provide a point of view rather than only presenting data. Constructively challenge business assumptions while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships. Escalate major strategic, customer, pricing, portfolio, and investment decisions to the Senior Director with a concise recommendation. Team Leadership & Capability Building Coach and develop the Senior Analyst. Set priorities, delegate work, review quality, and ensure deadlines are met. Build the Associate Manager's technical skills, business acumen, financial storytelling, and independent judgment. Create clear work standards, templates, documentation, and recurring processes. Foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, constructive challenge, and solution-oriented leadership. Process & Systems Improvement Simplify and standardize recurring FP&A processes and reporting. Partner with relevant teams to improve data quality, reporting structures, and system usage. Identify opportunities to automate or streamline manual customer, category, and item P&L work. Maintain appropriate controls, reconciliations, and documentation around manual models. Prioritize improvements based on risk reduction, decision value, and capacity created. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA a plus. Approximately 8–12 years of progressive FP&A, commercial finance, or business-partnering experience. Consumer products, consumer durables, retail, beauty, appliances, or comparable CPG experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, annual planning, close, management reporting, and P&L analysis. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to translate complex information into clear insights, options, and recommendations. Track record of influencing cross-functional partners without relying on formal authority. Experience managing or developing finance talent. Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, planning tools, Power BI, or other reporting platforms preferred. Comfort operating in environments with imperfect data, evolving processes, and significant manual work. What Sets Successful Candidates Apart Owns outcomes and follows through without repeated direction. Returns with options and a recommended path — not only questions or raw analysis. Balances attention to detail with judgment about materiality. Challenges assumptions respectfully and directly. Anticipates risks and raises them early. Communicates succinctly with senior leaders. Protects the integrity of the financial process while remaining commercially pragmatic. Knows when to resolve independently and when to escalate. Develops others rather than becoming a bottleneck. What Success Looks Like First 90 Days Understands the business model, P&L, calendar, systems, manual models, key stakeholders, and existing pain points; assumes ownership of core recurring processes with structured support. 3–6 Months Runs forecast and close cadence with minimal escalation; establishes effective partnership with key functions; improves review quality and the Associate Manager's development; introduces priority process improvements. 6–12 Months Delivers reliable, recommendation-oriented FP&A leadership; reduces the Senior Director's direct involvement in recurring execution; improves forecast visibility, risk identification, reporting quality, and team capability.
