The Fulfillment Center operations team is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused performance across all
warehouse activities. We drive excellence in inbound, outbound, inventory, and process control to deliver customer satisfaction
while enabling sustainable scalability.
As Operations Manager, you will lead one of the core shifts within the fulfillment center, managing a team of Area Managers and
associates. You will own shift-level performance across safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You will ensure operational

ROLE OVERVIEW In this role you will work closely with Area Managers to lead teams of associates, ensure smooth workflow execution, and help optimize daily operations. You will be in close touch with associates, monitor their performance, assign tasks and oversee daily operations within your department. We minimize operational risks and enable continuous performance through preventive and corrective maintenance. Role Overview As Technician, you will own the maintenance and reliability of warehouse equipment and infrastructure. You will perform preventive maintenance, resolve breakdowns, and ensure compliance with safety standards. By securing equipment uptime and functionality, you will directly support the smooth operation of fulfillment center processes. What we expect from you ● Owns maintenance and repair of technical equipment (automation, conveyors, racks, infrastructure). ● Performs preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. ● Ensures compliance with health and safety standards in all facility activities. ● Provides input to facility inspections, reporting, and technical documentation. ● Supports continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen facility reliability.
