This position offers the opportunity to build custom, high-code solutions that enhance user experiences and system integration across enterprise environments. Major responsibilities include helping design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow. In this role, you will serve as the agile backbone for a cloud engineering team focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) delivery, facilitating the full Scrum framework and keeping sprint execution on track across a fast-moving, technically oriented team. This is a dedicated Scrum Master position — you will own the agile process. You will work directly alongside a Product Owner and technical lead, interface periodically with federal stakeholders, and serve as the team's go-to resource for sprint status, task tracking, and ceremony cadence.
