ABOUT KYRA Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. THE OPPORTUNITY You will build Kyra's growth engine from scratch. We run two businesses that feed each other: a profitable managed-service agency that has won enterprise brands for years, and a subscription platform backed by proprietary creator and trend data. Nobody owns growth across both sides yet, or makes them compound into each other. That is your job. You own the full funnel, run constant experiments, and find the fastest, cheapest ways to win and keep brands. But this is not a traditional growth marketing role, and we are not looking for a traditional marketer. Marketing channels can be learned. What cannot be taught is the instinct to deconstruct a problem, automate the mechanical parts, and build the tools that make one person move like a team. If you have built a tool, a plugin, a workflow, or an automation that replaced something you used to do by hand — even if you had never written code before — you are who we are looking for. Whatever you did before matters less than how fast you learn and what you build. Greenfield role with a real budget and a number you own end to end. If you want a clean slate, a live product, and total ownership, read on. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the Number. Active brands is yours: subscribed brands running at least one live campaign in a rolling 30 days. Real usage and real revenue, not vanity signups. For the first 90 days the proxy is qualified leads while you build the pipeline. By year one, active brands is what you answer for. Build Before You Scale. Before you spend a pound on ads, you build the measurement layer: tracking, dashboards, baselines. None of it exists yet. You instrument the funnel so you know exactly where it leaks, then you fix the leaks before you pour more in. You do not fool yourself with the numbers. Invent the Channels. There is no channel plan to inherit and no fixed list to run. Paid, organic, lifecycle, AI search, partnerships, things that do not have a name yet — you develop new channels and new ideas, spin up a test in any of them in a day, read the data honestly, and kill what does not work. The mix a year from now should contain things nobody at Kyra has thought of today. Build the Loop. This is the centre of the role. The agency feeds the platform with warm, high-intent brands. The platform deepens those relationships and frees the agency to win more. Each brand makes the next one cheaper. Build the referral mechanics, the agency-to-platform motion and the data flywheel so growth compounds instead of restarting every quarter. Build Your Own Tools. This is what separates the role from every other growth job. When you see a repetitive process — ad creative generation, lead scoring, reporting, competitive monitoring — you do not file a ticket with engineering. You sit down with Claude Code or Cursor and build it yourself. A skill that writes ad copy against your brand voice rules. An agent workflow that generates 100 creative variants from a spreadsheet. A pipeline that pulls the data you need into a dashboard every morning. The tools you build are force multipliers. They are how one person moves like a team. Feed Insight Back into Product. You sit closest to the funnel and the data, so you see what would actually move growth. Surface it. Find the levers inside the product itself: ways to make sharing and referral native, ways to pull more creators in and keep them active, the bits we should change to grow faster. Growth here is as much a product input as a channels job. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We would rather hire someone who can learn marketing in months than someone who arrives with a fixed playbook and applies it regardless of fit. The list below reflects that. REQUIRED * Builder instinct. You have built at least one internal tool, automation, or workflow that replaced a manual process. We will ask you to walk through how you deconstructed the problem, what you built, and what it saved. This matters more than your channel list. * Deep AI proficiency — beyond chat. Not "I use ChatGPT for copy." You build stored, reusable workflows: custom skills, agents, chained tools. You encode your expertise into systems that compound over time. You ship things with Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent, and you know how to orchestrate LLM APIs into pipelines. You treat AI as infrastructure, not an assistant. * A track record of moving a number, with the evidence to prove it. Acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue — you have moved a metric yourself, hands on the levers rather than managing from a distance. * Fast, honest experimentation. Clean hypotheses and clean A/B tests, with a real grasp of sample size and significance. You scale winners and kill losers without sentiment — including your own ideas. * Adaptability. Tools and ways of working change constantly here. You learn new domains and new tools in days, and you would rather work out the right approach than reapply the last one. * Spreadsheet modelling. CAC, payback, funnel maths, cohorts. * London-based or able to travel in regularly. We want you in and around the team. NICE-TO-HAVES * Coding — Python or JavaScript to wire systems together and automate the boring parts. * SQL, to pull and analyse warehouse data yourself. * Paid channel depth (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) — budget management, CPL and CPA. * B2B, influencer/creator, or two-sided marketplace experience. * SEO and AI search optimisation depth. TRAITS THAT MATTER You deconstruct your own workflow before you try to optimise it. Creative. Self-starting. Comfortable with ambiguity. Product-minded as well as channel-minded. You build the system, not only run it. You form strong hypotheses and kill the weak ones without sentiment. You do not need rigid processes or hand-holding. Tools and ways of working change constantly here, and you thrive on that. A blank page excites you. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Month 3: Measurement layer built from nothing — dashboards, funnels, baselines. Qualified leads pipeline is built and baselined. At least two acquisition experiments are live with clean tracking. You have built at least one tool or automation that made you measurably faster. CAC is baselined and you can already name the biggest leaks. Year One: Active brands are growing at the agreed run-rate. CAC payback is under 12 months on at least one proven, repeatable channel. Net revenue retention is above target, proving the loops work. You have a ranked view of which channels to scale and which to cut. A growing library of tools and workflows you built that compound your output. WHY THIS ROLE You get ultimate freedom to build, proprietary creator and trend data nobody else has, a two-sided business with real activation levers, and the founders behind you. You build the engine and drive it from day one. BENEFITS 🌎 Location: London-based, hybrid. 3 days per week in-office, 4 days during your first two weeks so you get the most out of onboarding and if Europe based then remote but occasional travel to London as part of the role. 🌴 Annual Time Off: 25 days PTO + bank holidays, 4 company-wide days off (Kyra Days), 3 wellness days, and paid sick leave each year. 📚 Growth: Annual Learning & Development budget to invest in your skills. 💰 Rewards: Annual bonus scheme to recognise great work. 🩺 Healthcare coverage for US-based team members. AI is core to how we operate. Use it to elevate your work. But everything in your application should reflect your own judgement and experience. 💟 Support If you have a condition or require an adjustment to our interview process - please let us know so we can make adjustments to support you. Please note that when you submit an application or resume, your data will be processed in line with our privacy policy.
📍London (Hybrid) | 6-month Fixed-Term Contract 💰 Competitive, dependent on experience The Opportunity You will be the day-to-day owner of one of Kyra's largest and most complex global enterprise accounts: a fast-moving, multi-category consumer brand with 12+ sub-brands, 35+ active stakeholders, and campaigns running simultaneously across multiple regions. Your job is to keep delivery tight, keep the client happy, and be a safe pair of hands on a flagship account. This is not about growing or expanding the account. The commercial relationship is locked in. The job is world-class servicing at enterprise scale. What you'll do: * Own the global account relationship across 12+ sub-brands and multiple regions. Stay organised across a volume of comms, briefs, and stakeholders that is genuinely unusual. * Orchestrate cross-functional teams: creative, paid media, creator partnerships, and product. You are the connective tissue. If something drifts, you see it early and fix it. * If something drifts (performance, scope, relationship, or timeline) you see it early and fix it. No surprises. Steady, organised ownership. 🎯 Lead the Relationship Own client relationships across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programmes. Multi-thread across their teams. Build trust at every level. Have direct conversations when performance needs to improve. 📈 Turn Insight into Strategy Translate campaign data into clear, executive-level recommendations using AI to move from raw numbers to narrative faster. Present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and explain what it means. 🔍 Own Delivery End-to-End Lead client onboarding for new briefs: build decks, verify SOW accuracy, coordinate internal teams, demo the platform. Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across our full product suite, including Always-On creator partnerships, Pulse campaigns, Makers (CGC), Amplify+ (paid boosting), Seeding+, and License+. With 6+ briefs running simultaneously, operational precision is everything. Keep work on-brand, on-time, and within margin. 📊 Protect & Grow Revenue Lead post-campaign analysis: run internal post-mortems, build PCA decks, present performance narratives. Own exec-ready reporting (QBRs/EBRs). Reporting should inform decisions, not just recap them. 🛡️ Keep the System Tight Keep tracking clean. Watch capacity. Fix what's inefficient. Make sure client feedback doesn't get lost. Feed client insights back into product development. Feed Insight Back into Product Surface client needs, pain points, and feature requests back into the product team. You are the closest person to how the client actually uses the platform. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has: * 4–6+ years in influencer or creator marketing * Campaign execution experience. You have actually run creative marketing activations, not just managed client relationships from a distance. * Enterprise account servicing at scale. Multi-stakeholder, high-volume, complex. You have managed accounts with this many moving parts before. * Exceptional organisation. The volume of comms, briefs, regions, and stakeholders on this account is unusually high. Getting lost is easy. You don't get lost. * Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. You take ownership of learning, build internal relationships proactively, and don't wait to be told what to do. * Strong hands-on campaign experience, with real fluency in TikTok. * AI fluency, applied. Our platform is AI-powered and you'll be expected to get up to speed fast and use it daily for client summaries, performance narratives, and campaign analysis. We're looking for people already comfortable using AI tools in their workflow, so the learning curve is the platform, not the concept. * Comfortable working across project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Slack) and reporting dashboards. * CPG or multi-category consumer brand experience is a plus. You should be commercially sharp, operationally reliable, and able to speak confidently about the accounts you've managed. Traits That Matter Proactive. Organised. Adaptable. Self-starting. Comfortable with ambiguity. You don't wait for problems to land. You see them coming and act. You don't need rigid processes or hand-holding. Tools, product, and ways of working evolve constantly here, and you thrive on that. You're willing to say "I don't know" and go find out. You take feedback well. You build trust fast. What Success Looks Like What Success Looks Like By Month 1: You have full context on all active sub-brands, briefs, and stakeholders. You've built a strong working relationship with the Campaign Director and the internal pod. The client knows your name and trusts you to run things. By Month 3: Delivery is running smoothly across all regions. You own reporting and client comms without oversight. Post-campaign analysis is sharp and drives clear recommendations. Internal teams come to you, not around you. By Month 6: The account is in better shape than when you arrived. Stakeholder satisfaction is high. Nothing has been dropped. Leadership trusts your judgement completely. Benefits 🏢 Hybrid working. 3 days per week in-office, 4 days during your first 2 weeks of onboarding. 🌴 Annual Time Off: 25 days PTO (pro-rated) + bank holidays (pro-rated), 4 company-wide days off (Kyra Days), 3 wellness days, and paid sick leave each year 📚 Growth: Annual Learning & Development budget to invest in your skills. 💰 Rewards: Annual bonus scheme to recognise great workAI is core to how we operate.
