Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will drive operational excellence by owning the day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflow in Coupa and serving as our SaaS renewal lead. Responsibilities. Procure-to-Pay Operations * Manage the daily Coupa Requisition-to-PO workflow — validate coding, ensure proper documentation, and confirm compliance with the global approval matrix on every transaction. * Monitor open POs monthly, reconcile uninvoiced balances, and submit PO change requests when service periods or values need updating. * Support requestors throughout the contract request form (CRF) process in Coupa, from commodity classification to final approval routing. * Maintain Yext's standard Net 45 payment terms in all vendor agreements and flag deviations during the contracting stage. SaaS Renewal Tracking * Serve as the primary Tropic data entry administrator — keep the SaaS portfolio current, accurate, and fully documented. * Track upcoming SaaS renewals and push 90-day alerts to the Senior Procurement Specialist and Senior Procurement Manager to make sure no renewal catches the team off guard. * Use Tropic to support price benchmarking for software renewals and new purchases, flagging market intelligence to the team during the negotiation process. * For all software purchases, confirm that Tropic has been used for price benchmarking per Yext's purchasing policy. Internal Stakeholder Support * Act as first-line support for internal procurement inquiries — triage tickets, answer process questions, and escalate contract or legal matters to the appropriate team member. * Guide internal requestors through the full purchasing lifecycle: sourcing, vendor selection, CRF submission, contract review, PO creation, and invoice matching. Reporting & Data Analysis * Build and maintain Coupa and Tableau dashboards that give the team real-time visibility into open requisitions, PO aging, and Contract cycle time. * Report on SaaS renewal pipeline status in Tropic monthly, including contracts expiring in the next 90/180 days, estimated renewal value, and negotiation stage. * Prepare procurement data extracts for internal teams as required. Minimum requirements. * 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology company. * Demonstrated proficiency in Coupa from day one. Candidates must have practical experience handling Requisitions, Purchase Orders (POs), CRF workflows, Supplier Management, Reporting, and foundational Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools. * Demonstrated familiarity with SaaS management platforms (Tropic, Spendflo, Vendr, Zylo) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like Coupa and Ironclad. * Strong data hygiene instincts — you notice when records are off and fix them without being asked. * Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; able to explain procurement processes to non-procurement stakeholders without jargon. * Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving team. * Collaborative style with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely on technical and operational issues * Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines * Excellent written and formal presentation skills Systems Used * Coupa * Netsuite * Tableau * Tropic * Navan #LI-RK1 #LI-RM1 Yext is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a results-driven, engaging culture where every employee has the opportunity to contribute to the success of the Company, perform at the highest possible level, and grow their skills and capabilities.
