Strava is the app for active people. With over 200 million athletes in more than 185 countries, it’s more than tracking
workouts—it’s where people make progress together, from new habits to new personal bests. No matter your sport or how you track
it, Strava’s got you covered. Find your crew, crush your goals, and make every effort count. Start your journey with Strava today.
Our mission is simple: to motivate people to live their best active lives. We believe in the power of movement to connect and
drive people forward.
The Explore, Live, and Map teams build the surfaces that help athletes discover, navigate, and share their active world in real
time — from route planning and turn-by-turn navigation to live activity sharing and place discovery. These are high-stakes,
technically rich product areas that sit at the heart of what makes Strava essential to an athlete's day.
As Manager, Product Design, you'll lead design across all three of these verticals — setting design direction, driving craft
quality, developing your team of 4 designers, and partnering closely with PM and Engineering leaders across each vertical. You'll
be Strava's senior design voice for these areas in London and a foundational hire for what Strava's European design hub becomes —
reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Design.
We follow a flexible hybrid model that translates to more than half of your time on-site in our London office, three days per
week.

Read more about the combined company by visiting our blog. About Udemy Udemy is an AI-powered skills acceleration platform transforming how companies and individuals across the world build the capabilities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving workplace. By combining on-demand, multi-language content with real-time innovation, Udemy delivers personalized experiences that empower organizations to scale workforce development and help individuals build the technical, business, and soft skills most relevant to their careers. Today, thousands of companies, including Samsung SDS America, On24, Tata Consultancy Services, The World Bank, and Volkswagen, rely on Udemy Business for its enterprise solutions to build agile, future-ready teams. Udemy is headquartered in San Francisco, with hubs across the United States, Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. Udemy recently combined with Coursera to create one of the world’s most comprehensive skills development platforms. ABOUT THIS ROLE As a key member of Udemy's Enterprise design leadership team, you will lead product design across our Enterprise business — spanning both the Coursera and Udemy platforms. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Design, you'll set design vision and direction for how organizations equip their people with in-demand skills, building and coaching a team of product designers along the way. This is a people-leadership role first: you'll spend most of your time growing designers, shaping team culture, and connecting design work to business outcomes. But you're also expected to be a credible practitioner — able to jump into Figma yourself, prototype with AI tools, and set a concrete design bar when a project needs it, especially for early-stage vision work. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead and coach a team of product designers across our Enterprise business, covering the full arc from acquisition and onboarding through admin tooling, learning programs, analytics, billing/retention, and partner-driven growth. * Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners in product and engineering, acting as a strategic partner who helps shape roadmap and priorities — not just executes against them. * Use business context and user insight to spot opportunities for design-led innovation and connect work across multiple teams. * Coach and develop your team: create opportunities for designers to lead initiatives, give direct and honest feedback, and manage performance with clarity and care. * Shape team culture: build a collaborative, motivated team with a clear sense of purpose tied to our mission. * Plan for the team's growth: recruit, organize, and deploy talent to match business needs, and identify future leaders within the team. * Elevate craft quality by bringing in strong examples from peer teams and the industry, and by giving direct, actionable critique. * Stay hands-on where it counts: personally prototype and visualize concepts — using modern design and AI tools — especially in early vision-setting work, so the team has a concrete bar to build toward. * Translate design initiatives into quantifiable business value, and contribute to your team's success metrics. * Balance business value, quality, and effort across multiple workstreams, keeping a bias toward action while tracking key metrics. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 8+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years leading and managing design teams. * Experience designing enterprise or B2B products at scale — admin/back-office tooling, business dashboards, or platforms serving large organizations. * A track record of using AI tools as part of your own design and prototyping process, and of helping your team do the same. * Strong craft fundamentals: you can still open Figma and produce high-quality, detailed design work yourself when a project calls for it. * Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional problems into a clear design vision and roadmap. * Experience partnering with research to build a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs. * A portfolio that shows both your own design craft and your impact as a design leader — team outcomes, business results, and org-building. ABOUT YOUR SKILLS * Leadership — You lead with humility and clarity, building an environment where designers feel supported, heard, and proud of their work, while modeling strong craft yourself when it matters. * Collaboration — You partner effectively with cross-functional peers, proactively communicating progress, trade-offs, and risk, and represent your team with integrity. * Growth Mindset — You value continuous improvement for yourself, your team, and your processes, and create space for feedback, experimentation, and celebrating progress. * Execution — You translate high-level objectives into a clear roadmap, prioritize effectively, manage complexity, and remove blockers so your team can execute with confidence. * Business Acumen — You connect design investment to business and user value, and use data to demonstrate design's impact on the metrics that matter to your team's area. LOCATION Dublin, Ireland. Udemy offers flexible work arrangements — this is a hybrid role. You'll lead designers based in Dublin and India, and collaborate closely with colleagues based in North America. Posting Date: 17 July 2026 We anticipate the application window will be open until 31 August 2026. Based on business needs, this opportunity may remain posted beyond or closed before the anticipated application window. #LI-ST5 WHY WORK HERE? You’ll grow here. Learning is part of the job. You’ll get full access to Udemy courses, a monthly UDay to invest in yourself, and a budget to spend on whatever helps you improve. Many people are diving into AI lately, but what you focus on is up to you. AI is real here. We use it in the way we learn and the way we work. You’ll have the space and tools to experiment, apply, and get better at using AI in practical ways. You’ll own your work. We trust people to lead, make decisions, and follow through. You don’t need to wait for permission or layers of approval to have an impact. You’ll build with others. We collaborate openly and shape ideas together. Everyone has a voice, and good thinking is welcomed from any direction. You’ll see your impact. What you build helps people grow their skills, change their careers, or find a path forward.
