About Acast
Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast
creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion
quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen - across any podcast app or listening platform.
About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Managing Director to lead Acast's Nordic business across Sweden and Norway. This is a senior P&L
leadership role with full responsibility for commercial performance, team leadership, strategic partnerships, and the long-term
growth of Acast's position in the region.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI As the Director of Rider Operations, you will report directly to our Chief Business Officer and play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance of all rider-facing efforts at Voi. In this role, you will be part of the Business Leadership Team, overseeing the Rider Operations organisation and acting as the voice of the customer across the company. You will drive alignment, prioritisation and performance across rider-focused initiatives, with direct impact on customer experience, growth and commercial outcomes globally and locally. This will include: * Driving global rider growth, retention and overall performance through ownership of the rider strategy, budget, forecasting, goal-setting and governance across the Rider organisation, including Commercial Optimisation, Customer Experience, Rider Experience and Growth, and overall rider KPI performance. * Orchestrating and aligning rider-focused investments across functions, setting clear priorities that drive sustainable and cost-efficient growth across markets. * Shaping the frameworks, metrics and ways of working that enable data-informed decision making and continuous improvement across user base development, rider compliance and customer experience. * Acting as the voice of the customer in cross-functional prioritisation and decision making (e.g. product, data, engineering), influencing roadmaps and strategic direction across the organisation. * Guiding, coaching and supporting your managers and teams, building a strong, high-performing and inclusive organisation aligned around clear goals and direction. * Partnering with the executive team and senior stakeholders to shape company-wide strategy and support the next phase of growth for Voi. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We are looking for a commercial and analytical leader with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and take ownership of delivering impact in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has: * A Bachelor degree within business, economics, engineering or similar. * 10+ years of experience within business management, operations, strategy or similar. * Experience from driving large-scale, cross-functional improvement projects and delivering results against ambitious plans. * Experience of managing multidisciplinary and distributed teams, with experience managing managers considered a merit. * Ability to take a hands-on approach when needed and demonstrate strong ownership and initiative. * Strong track record of focusing on the end customer experience, connecting insights from the street to strategic priorities and investments. * Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality. Don’t meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply - even if you don’t check every box. WHY VOI? Working at Voi is more than just a job; Our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this you’ll have the opportunity to: * Join Europe’s #1 micromobility company and one of the fastest growing scaleups. * Get “skin in the game” through our employee options program and have end-to-end responsibility for user base development, rider compliance and customer experience across all markets. * Support managers leading high-performing teams, and collaborate with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues working towards a common goal. * Join the micromobility revolution and be a part of creating sustainable cities made for living, free from noise and pollution.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Senior Bid Specialist at Voi, you will be at the heart of our most strategic tenders – turning complex requirements into compelling, high-quality responses that show why Voi is the number one micromobility operator and the obvious partner for cities. Working closely with our Director of Tenders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will own end-to-end tender processes for prioritised cities, from early opportunity shaping through to final submission and feedback review. You will: * Lead the development of persuasive, well-structured responses for RFIs, RFPs, demos and presentations, tailored to each city’s needs. * Own the tender phase for selected markets, including market research and working with local partners to shape the right proposition and prioritisation. * Manage the full bid lifecycle, including milestones, kick-offs, reviews, clarifications and submission timelines, ensuring we deliver on time and to the highest quality. * Collaborate with stakeholders across Markets, Policy, Finance, HR, R&D, Legal, Growth & Commercial to gather inputs, align on win themes and secure approvals. * Draft, review, proofread and refine content so that agreed win themes, localisation and a clear, consistent tone of voice are visible throughout. * Champion tender best practices, ensuring our writing style, structure and evidence are compliant with local requirements while remaining engaging and easy to understand. * Work with our tender designer to bring responses to life visually and help build a strong, recognisable Voi narrative. * Develop and maintain content in our tender content library, driving reusability and continuous improvement. * Track and communicate tender status and reporting to key stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged. * Analyse tender feedback and internal performance to identify improvements in process, content, tools and competitor insight over time. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a collaborative and self-driven bid professional who enjoys working across teams, managing multiple priorities and transforming technical input into clear, compelling narratives. You are structured, curious and comfortable taking ownership from start to finish, while staying calm under deadlines and open to feedback. You bring: * 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end bid or tender management, ideally for public sector or complex B2G/B2B opportunities. * Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to translate technical or policy content into clear, persuasive language. * Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing timelines in a structured, transparent way. * Good understanding of tender best practices (e.g. win themes, compliance, evaluation criteria) and familiarity with tender tools or content libraries. * Strong research and analytical skills to understand local markets, city requirements and competitor positioning. * Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken); Norwegian or Dutch languages preferred. * A proactive, improvement-focused mindset – you continuously look for ways to refine processes, content and outcomes. Don’t meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t check every box. WHY VOI? Working at Voi is more than just a job; our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this you’ll have the opportunity to: * Join Europe’s #1 micromobility operator and one of the fastest-growing scale-ups. * Get “skin in the game” through our employee options programme. * Enjoy unlimited free Voi rides and a dog-friendly office. * Work together with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues towards a common goal. * Join the micromobility revolution and be a part of creating sustainable cities made for living, free from noise and pollution.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Senior Proposal Specialist at Voi, you are the pen behind our most important tenders. You turn complex city requirements, technical specifications and policy commitments into clear, persuasive and beautifully crafted proposals that make the case for Voi as Europe's #1 micromobility operator. This is a hands-on writing role. Sitting within the Proposal & Content function of the Tender Enablement team, you spend the majority of your time doing the work: drafting, editing, refining and finalising tender responses to the highest standard. You are not managing a team or setting strategy; you are the specialist who makes our submissions shine, working closely with our Tender Governance team, local markets and subject-matter contributors to get the content right. You will: * Write and edit persuasive, high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, demos and presentations, tailored to each city's priorities, evaluation criteria and local context. * Develop the content structure for each tender: deciding how to present our narrative for different markets, languages and requirements, based on the win themes agreed with the team. * Work closely with local teams and partners to produce fit-for-purpose drafts that reflect local nuance, including writing or adapting content in non-English markets. * Apply Voi's tone of voice and writing standards consistently throughout every submission, clear, confident and human. * Review, proofread and refine contributions from subject-matter experts across Markets, Policy, Finance, R&D, Legal and Commercial, translating technical input into crisp, compelling language. * Finalise and quality-check all documentation for each tender stage, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with submission requirements. * Contribute to and maintain our tender content library: keeping our bank of reusable answers, evidence and narratives up to date and improving with every submission. * Collaborate with our tender designer to ensure content and visuals work together to tell a strong, consistent Voi story. * Apply learnings from tender feedback and scoring outcomes to improve the quality and persuasiveness of future responses. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a skilled writer who thrives on making complex things simple, and on finding the right words to make a city say yes. You love the craft: the structure of an argument, the rhythm of a sentence, the difference between good and excellent. You are curious, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently, producing polished, high-quality content across multiple live submissions at once. This role does not involve managing people or owning commercial strategy. You are a specialist who is exceptional at what you do, and what you do is write. Experience & knowledge: * Minimum 2-4 years in bid or tender writing, proposal development or content production, ideally in a public sector or B2G context. * Excellent written English and German; additional Norwegian, Dutch or French writing capability is a strong asset given our key markets. * Familiarity with tender content libraries or knowledge management tools. * Exposure to public procurement processes, evaluation criteria and compliance requirements. * Micromobility or urban mobility background a merit. Key competencies: * Written communication: writes clearly and persuasively, adapts style and tone for different markets and audiences. * Content planning: structures responses logically and knows how to sequence arguments for maximum impact. * Attention to detail: produces consistently accurate, polished work and catches errors before they reach the evaluator. * Collaboration: draws out the right information from subject-matter experts and turns varied inputs into coherent submissions. * Growth mindset: actively learns from feedback, scoring outcomes and competitor analysis to improve every future response. Don't meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and bring strong writing skills and relevant experience, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't check every box. WHY VOI? Working at Voi is more than just a job; our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be part of a team building something meaningful for cities and society. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to: * Join Europe's #1 micromobility operator and one of the fastest-growing scale-ups. * Get "skin in the game" through our employee options programme. * Enjoy unlimited free Voi rides and a dog-friendly office. * Work with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues towards a common goal. * Be part of the micromobility revolution, helping create sustainable cities free from noise and pollution.
