Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time
interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those
passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments.
We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious
and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1
billion people listen, learn and work better together.
Mentimeter's largest customers - the global consulting firms, financial institutions, and enterprise organisations that use
Mentimeter across dozens of regions and thousands of employees - have outgrown the way we manage them today. They need a strategic
counterpart who can think at the account level, not the regional level.
This is the first Global Account Director role at Mentimeter, and it's a genuine opportunity to build something from scratch. You
will define how we coordinate and grow our most complex global accounts - not by managing teams, but by creating the architecture,
the relationships, and the strategy that makes regional execution coherent and impactful.
The role
You will own a portfolio of five to eight of Mentimeter's most strategically important global customers. Your job is to ensure
that what happens in Stockholm, Toronto, Sydney, and Berlin adds up to something greater than the sum of its parts and that our
customers feel it.
You will work alongside (not above) regional Strategic Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. Your influence is earned
through credibility, preparation, and business understanding - not hierarchy.
Your initial accounts will be drawn from the management consulting sector - the professional services firms and advisory
organisations that rely on Mentimeter to engage, align, and communicate across their global practices. Financial services and
pharma follow as the portfolio grows.
If you have existing relationships, deep familiarity, or a strong track record in any of these verticals, that matters.

What makes you the right person
The non-negotiable is this: you have experience coordinating global enterprise accounts or programs across regions without owning
those regions directly. You understand how the pieces fit together - the regional teams, the executive sponsors, the buying
dynamics - and you know how to make all of them point in the same direction.
