This role is SINGAPORE-BASED, Our Principal Product Managers are analytical, data-driven product leaders who independently drive
large, complex initiatives end-to-end. In this role, you will lead the Trip Planner team, shaping a multi-quarter to multi-year
vision for how travelers plan and manage their whole trip with Agoda.
As our Trip Planner Principal Product Manager, you will lead a group of Product Managers and partner closely with senior leaders
across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business functions to define strategy and align stakeholders around a clear roadmap
for the trip canvas and cross-product travel experiences.
You will have dedicated engineering capacity that you are accountable for directing and prioritizing, and are expected to be
hands-on with your teams, with strong technical understanding of Agoda’s systems. You will champion a culture that balances
traveler experience with KPI optimization and quality, driving cross-team initiatives that meaningfully improve our Trip Planner
product.
