ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Lead Recruiter to run our hardest searches across Taskrabbit, from senior engineers to executives. You’ll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition as a senior individual contributor, own your roles end-to-end, and help shape how we hire as a company.You’re a full-cycle recruiter who’s spent most of your career hiring technical talent. You make decisions with data, use AI to do more with less, and can run any search across function or level without much hand-holding. Marketplace or consumer tech experience is a plus. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON: * Run end-to-end searches across every function and level, including our hardest engineering, product, and executive roles. * Partner with senior leaders to build hiring plans, calibrate roles, and shape offers. * Use AI to automate sourcing, outreach, screening, and scheduling so we move faster without losing quality. * Track funnel and source data in Greenhouse and use it to coach hiring managers and inform leadership decisions. * Build diverse pipelines of senior technical talent, with a strong focus on passive candidates in the Bay Area. * Work alongside our Senior Recruiter and the rest of Talent to sharpen our playbooks, interviews, and candidate experience. * Represent Taskrabbit in every candidate conversation. YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE: * 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 5+ focused on technical hiring (engineering, ML/AI, data, product). * Comfortable running searches solo across any function or level, IC through executive. * Hands-on with AI tools for sourcing, outreach, screening, or scheduling, with results to show for it (Bonus if you can share automated workflows) * Fluent in recruiting data. Builds dashboards, defines KPIs, and uses numbers to influence decisions. * Expert in Greenhouse or similar ATS (reporting, scorecards, workflows) and fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter. * Knows the San Francisco tech market. Marketplace or consumer tech background is a plus. * Strong executive presence. Can push back on senior leaders when the data calls for it. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
