Finance Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Treasury  Analyst, Cash Management & Operations, to continue scaling our global treasury program. In this role, you will help optimize our global cash management operations. This individual will be responsible for managing daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, bank account management and  fintech solutions, while also playing a key role optimizing the treasury technology solutions. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Treasury Cash Management & Operations. A day in the life (Responsibilities) * Support global treasury operations, including cash positioning and payments, bank account management, intercompany, and banking administration * Partner with various departments to create and manage a direct cash flow forecast by gathering information on cash flows, pending transactions, and upcoming financial needs * Collaborate with the broader treasury on the  implementation and utilization of treasury management system and other technology tools to automate and streamline processes * Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into cash positions, liquidity, and treasury metrics * Develop and maintain policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards (SOX Controls) * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Finance and Tax, to align Treasury activities with broader financial objectives What you'll need to thrive (Requirements) * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field * 5+ years of experience in treasury management * Knowledge of global banking and payments, cash forecasting, and financial modeling * Experience with treasury management systems and related applications * Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality and ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business and banking partners * Strong partnership and management skills and the ability to collaboratively work with multiple stakeholders across the organization What will help you stand out (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves) * MBA or CTP * Global treasury experience with multinational companies * Prior experience implementing or optimizing treasury management systems and related applications * Understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks  * Experience working in or supporting fintech and business operations in a high-growth environment * SaaS or Fintech experience AI at Toast At Toast, one of our company values is that we're hungry to build and learn. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits. We are looking for a high-impact Finance Operations/COE Manager to sit at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Go-To-Market (GTM) to serve as the architect of scale for our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Revenue Accounting workstreams. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE * Lead the finance workstream for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring every new SKU or pricing model is supported by our billing engine and accounting policies. * Own the project lifecycle from initial discovery and business case development through to post-launch stabilization. * Partner with GTM and Sales Ops to optimize the deal lifecycle, streamlining processes from initial CRM quotes to final revenue recognition. * Bridge the gap between finance and technical teams by documenting detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Ensure all system changes comply with ASC 606 standards and internal controls in close collaboration with Revenue Accounting. * Develop and deliver comprehensive change management and training programs to ensure finance and sales teams are confident in new processes. ABOUT YOU * 6+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, Consulting, or Finance Program Management within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment. * Deep domain knowledge of Quote-to-Cash cycles, GTM strategies, and Revenue Accounting (ASC 606). * Technical proficiency with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM/Billing tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora Billing, or Zuora RevPro. * Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and hitting deadlines with diverse stakeholders. * Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $164,000 - $186,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
