Analyst, you'll help maintain, improve, and support the systems that power the employee experience across our global organization.
Working alongside experienced HR Systems professionals, you'll contribute to system enhancements, reporting, process automation,
data quality initiatives, and user support, while developing your expertise in HR Technology within a collaborative, international
environment.

This role sits at the heart of that ecosystem, owning the configuration, improvement, and reliability of our Workday HCM setup as we scale. If you're someone who finds genuine satisfaction in making complex systems work simply and well — and who wants their work to have a real impact on how people experience their day-to-day at a global fintech — this is the role for you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU'LL DO * Configure and continuously improve Workday's Core HCM module, ensuring our processes are scalable, consistent, and easy to navigate * Partner with People Operations, Payroll, and business stakeholders to translate real needs into thoughtful system design — improving workflows, automation, and data quality * Strengthen document generation, validation logic, and reporting structures to reduce manual work and prevent downstream errors * Build and maintain reliable reports and dashboards that support accurate, informed decision-making across the business * Provide clear, empathetic guidance to SumUppers using Workday, helping them feel confident and supported * Contribute to documentation, change management, and sustainable configuration standards that keep our setup clean as we grow ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF… * Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM Core, with a solid understanding of Staffing, Worker Data, Organisations, Business Processes, and Reporting — experience with additional modules such as Time Tracking or Compensation is a plus; equivalent experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ADP Workforce is also considered. * Comfort working with structured datasets to validate configuration changes and ensure reliable, accurate outputs * Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, with a sharp eye for data accuracy and detail * Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and translate business requirements into scalable, well-structured system solutions * A mindset oriented towards simplification, standardisation, and continuous improvement * Advanced English — this is a must, as you'll collaborate closely with global teams and stakeholders across SumUp ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN SUMUP * 🌎 Opportunity to work with a truly global, multicultural team from our dynamic São Paulo hub in the heart of the city.
