At mediasmart we are looking for a software engineer to join our team, whose main function will be to develop for the main products we offer to users: the API and the web frontend. Summary & Duties As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in our product technology team, you will play a key role in developing our web platform, serving large agencies and direct customers. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to DevOps and deployment. * Deliver new features in short development cycles. * Polish a web-based platform (frontend and backend) with users all over the world. * Proactively improve and propose projects to make our product more effective and easy to use. * Interact with other teams to build new features or solve technical issues. * Individuals with stronger backend and cloud abilities will find this position customizable to their skills. Requirements * At least 4-5 years of experience as a full-stack developer * Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ES6 * Wide experience with Node.js and REST APIs * Experience with MongoDB database * Familiarity with cache databases, its data structures and operation commands * GNU/Linux administration * Exposure to cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure… * Proficiency in Spanish (native level), both oral and written, as this is the language used for interaction with the team.  * Fluent in English, both oral and written, as this is the language used for interaction with most of the stakeholders and the business language for all our tools and documentation. Desirable requirements * Experience working in a distributed team * AWS: In particular EC2, S3, Route53, Elastic Transcoder, load balancing, and CloudFront * Experience working with relational databases: in particular GCP BigQuery Skills * Analytical, curious, goal-oriented * Strong orientation to detail, with an ability to collect and organize data, understand the results, and communicate them effectively * Having a good eye for design * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral * Ability to motivate others to work as a team to meet the business case and customer goal * Strong influencing and negotiating skills * Being proactive * Ability to take personal initiative and prioritize workload whilst being a team player within a collaborative environment

We guide employees through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions. Alongside we help HR teams to take care of their employees’ mental health on a daily basis. Where we are currently: Since our creation in December 2019, more than 400 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 300,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world! You will work directly with the Tech and Product team, and your main mission will be to design, build and maintain the moka.care product code base. Daily you will: Write clean and efficient code in a full-stack fashion, covering the entire stack from frontend to backend to infrastructure, while following the Shape Up methodology: 6-week Shape, 2-week Cooldown, and Friday afternoons dedicated to tech topics.
