Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare
works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop
treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of
willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and
care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies
of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across
France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the
intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales
enablement, and business segment leadership.
You'll be joining the Sales Effectiveness team, whose mission is to make our sales organization run at its best across France,
Belgium, Spain, and Canada. This team is a key lever on one of the company's most watched metrics: our customer acquisition cost.

What will you do with us?
You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and
managing change across the organization. You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design
smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll
out what works.
You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls
for. Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.

ABOUT US Harmattan AI is a next-generation defense prime building autonomous and scalable defense systems. Following the close of a $200M Series B, valuing the company at $1.4 billion, we are expanding our teams and capabilities to deliver mission-critical systems to allied forces. Our work is guided by clear values: building technologies with real-world impact, pursuing excellence in everything we do, setting ambitious goals, and taking on the hardest technical challenges. We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected. ABOUT THE ROLE As Revenue & Contract Associate, you will build the RevOps foundations from scratch, combining a traditional RevOps focus — cleaning up and structuring CRM data to support reliable pipeline and forecast reporting — with a Sales Administration function adapted to a defense contracting context. Once a deal is signed, you become the internal point of contact between Sales, Finance, and Operations for everything related to contract execution, with direct exposure to commercial leadership and strategic government accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES CRM Data & Reporting * Clean up and structure deals in the CRM (HubSpot): data hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting support. Post-Signature Contract Tracking * Set up a formal post-signature tracking process for all existing government/defense accounts, including a per-account tracking sheet covering contractual milestones, deliverable status, and invoicing status. * Establish a regular review cadence with Finance and Operations, and an alert mechanism for at-risk items. Dispute & Anomaly Management * Manage contractual anomalies and disputes — contract/invoice discrepancies, non-conforming deliverables, delays — through detection, qualification, and coordinated resolution with the right internal functions. Tooling & Sales Ops Support * Build ad hoc tools to bridge gaps between existing systems (CRM, ERP), with support from Corporate Tooling for integration. * Support Sales Ops transformation projects across process, tooling, and cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product, and Operations. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * 0-2 years of experience in RevOps/SalesOps, project management, or sales administration/contract management. * Comfortable reading and understanding contractual documents, including milestones, deliverables, and invoicing clauses. * Resourceful on the technical side: able to build ad hoc tools (advanced Excel/Sheets, Airtable, no-code) to close a gap, and to work with Corporate Tooling to integrate them properly with the CRM/ERP. * Background in junior consulting roles, Sales Ops/RevOps teams at tech scale-ups, or sales administration/contract management functions in industry (defense, aerospace, or other regulated sectors) preferred. We look forward to hearing how you can help shape the future of autonomous defense systems at Harmattan AI.
At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our mission is to revolutionize shopping, empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money. Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko. From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and environmental impact. Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US. It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us! 🔥 OUR BUSINESS OPERATIONS TEAM At Joko, the Business Operations team is the powerhouse behind internal innovation. We tackle the company's most strategic and complex challenges and we don't just solve them, we turn them into long-term, scalable growth engines. Whether it's launching entirely new business lines, rethinking revenue infrastructure, or embedding AI into our operations, we lead high-impact initiatives that push Joko forward faster, smarter, and stronger. Our mission: Help Joko operate at its absolute best, every single day. ✨ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL Joko is entering its most ambitious chapter yet. We just launched in the US, we're opening two new countries next year, we're spinning up new business lines, and we're rolling out Joko AI, an assistant that will fundamentally change how our users compare products and make purchase decisions. Every one of these moves runs through our B2B engine and raises the bar on how it operates. That's where you come in. Our B2B team is scaling fast: bigger merchants, more markets, more complexity. To keep them sharp, we need a Revenue Operations Manager who can turn the B2B engine into a precision machine: a clean CRM architecture, sharp analytics, streamlined processes, and the operational leverage to take the team to the next level. This is a founding RevOps role. You inherit the first implementation of HubSpot and a fast-moving B2B team, you work hand in hand with a wide network of stakeholders (Ops, Data, Tech), and you get to define what the function becomes. Few roles give you this much white space this early. 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO Reporting to François Panico, you will own the Revenue Operations scope at Joko and be the strategic operational partner of our B2B team (Sales, Account Management). This is a 0-to-1 mandate: you will design the systems, data, and processes that let our B2B team operate at peak speed and quality across France, the US, and every market we open next. * Build a world-class CRM architecture: You will take ownership of HubSpot and turn the first implementation into a scalable, multi-country CRM. You will design the data model, pipeline structure, and automations that match how the B2B team actually sells and renews, and make HubSpot the single source of truth for everything B2B: clean, reliable, and trusted. * Own analytics and scoring across the B2B funnel: You will build the analytics layer (in collaboration with the Data team) that gives the B2B team and leadership real-time visibility on pipeline, conversion, retention, and account health. You will design and operate client scoring models (lead scoring, account prioritization, churn risk, expansion potential) and turn raw activity data into actionable insights that surface the right opportunities and flag the right risks. * Streamline and scale B2B processes: You will audit the B2B funnel end to end (prospection, qualification, closing, onboarding, account management, renewal, expansion) and make every step simple, fast, and efficient. You will define clear handoffs, SLAs, and ownership across Sales and Account Managers, embed automation and AI wherever they create leverage, and remove what slows the team down. * Be the strategic partner of the B2B team: You will work hand in hand with the BU owners to identify bottlenecks, prioritize initiatives, and unlock the next level of performance. You will turn ambiguous questions (conversion drops, account prioritization, sales-cycle bottlenecks) into structured, data-backed analyses and clear recommendations, and lay the groundwork to scale RevOps as a function over the next 12 to 24 months. 👀 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience: You have 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Strategy & Operations, with hands-on exposure to a fast-growing B2B environment. * CRM expertise: You have architected (not just used) a CRM at scale (HubSpot or Salesforce). You know how to design data models, build automations, and turn a CRM into a strategic asset. * Analytical firepower: You have advanced SQL and a strong command of a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar). * Tech & AI-first thinker: You reach for scalable, tech-enabled solutions before manual fixes, and get excited building automation, tooling, and data flows. You see AI as a core lever and are always exploring new ways to make work faster and smarter. * Problem solver: You love tackling complex, ambiguous problems with structured thinking, creativity, and a bias for action. * Operational mindset: You are relentlessly curious and detail-obsessed. You enjoy getting your hands dirty, equally comfortable in a strategic conversation with leadership and three hours deep in a HubSpot issue. * Autonomy: You can own and drive complex cross-functional projects from A to Z with minimal guidance. * Communication: You explain complex ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal formats. * Languages: You are fluent in English (spoken and written). * Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better. 💎 OUR PERKS (Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) At Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential. Our work environment reflects this through: * Flexible remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget. * Work from anywhere : Want to spend a month in Italy while working? You can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year. On top of that, we offer plenty of perks: * 💸 Top-market compensation * 📈 Equity for everyone with the chance to own a piece of what you build * 🤖 Half-day each week dedicated to leveling up with AI by exploring new tools, iterating hard, and sharpening your skills * 🌴 Yearly offsite in amazing locations and budget for team-building events & monthly in-person gatherings * 💪 Contribution to your ClassPass subscription * 🍼 8-week leave paid 100% for the second parent * …and much more, check the full list here! 🤝 OUR HIRING PROCESS 1. Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team. 2. Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams). 3. Step 2 – Role-specific assessments * For non-engineering roles: A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design). * For engineering roles: A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool). 4. Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder. 5. References: Up to 3 calls with former colleagues or managers. ☕ You may also be invited for coffee with team members to get a feel for our culture.
