Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare
works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop
treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of
willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and
care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies
of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across
France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Finance & Strategy exists to enable better decisions, faster, at every level of the company, in a regulated, diverse and ever
changing business.
We succeed when ambitious goals become credible plans, when strategic bets are grounded in financial reality, and when the entire
company (not just Finance!) speaks the language of performance.
We set the right ambition, we monitor whether we're getting there, and we raise our hand when something needs to change.
We are not record-keepers. We are builders, partners, and challengers. We are looking for people who want to build, support
decision making processes and challenge the status quo.
The core responsibilities of the Finance & Strategy community are:
investor relations and financing

We are looking for a forward-thinking, experienced finance professional to own the financial controlling of Alan's international
entities.
You will be part of our Financial Controlling team: the feedback engine of our finance system. Your job is to own the numbers. You
are not just reporting figures - you are the person who truly understands what they mean and drives action from them.
A key part of this role will be to define and structure the working model with local accountants in each international entity -
monitoring and challenging their output, and ensuring full consistency between local accounting and our central production scope.
You will work in full autonomy, in close collaboration with our Financial Data, Finance Strategy, and operational teams, serving
as the bridge between financial figures and the business.
The goal is to build the financial controlling function for international entities. That means defining what dashboards you need &
writing the specs to drive automation. You will play a central role in setting up Alan's financial infrastructure in existing and
new markets as we expand.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how financial controlling works at a fast-scaling company by:

AI at Qonto: AI is deeply embedded in how we work (here) - Every Qontoer gets unlimited access to the best AI tools. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join us as Internal Control Apprentice (Corporate) to help ensure Qonto's accounting and corporate processes meet the highest control standards as we scale across Europe. You'll run real, autonomous controls each month, analyzing processes, writing sharp recommendations, working with different teams under the guidance of Jeremy Kuoch, our Lead Internal Control. Jeremy and his team of 3 internal controllers focus on maintaining the operational mastery and efficiency of Qonto's Corporate department, ensuring accurate reporting, and strengthening compliance with laws and internal policies. ➡️ What you'll do Run 2-3 autonomous controls per month on accounting processes: You'll own each control end-to-end, from analysis to final report, covering Qonto's corporate scope across all markets. Conduct second-line control on accounting processes: You'll assess whether processes work as intended and identify precisely where they fall short. Write clear, actionable control reports: You'll translate your findings into structured recommendations that stakeholders can actually act on. Follow up on remediation plans until they're closed: When a gap is identified, you own the follow-up — no fix is complete until it's fully deployed. Use AI to work faster and document smarter: You'll leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting across your monthly control cycle. ➡️ What we're looking for You're studying Accounting at Master's level (DSCG, Master CCA, or equivalent): Solid accounting knowledge is the foundation for everything you'll do here. You communicate complex findings clearly: You can articulate what you found and build constructive relationships with the teams you work with. You're rigorous and can handle multiple controls at once: Attention to detail and workload management are non-negotiable in a monthly cycle. You're a problem-solver, not just a reporter: You analyze processes to find practical improvements, not just document what exists. You're fluent in both English and French: You'll work with stakeholders across Qonto's international markets. ➡️ What we can offer you Real controls from day one, not observation: You own 2-3 controls per month with direct impact on how Qonto operates across markets. Work during Qonto's most ambitious regulatory moment: We're becoming a fully licensed bank — your work directly shapes compliance at scale. Expert mentorship from someone who built this function: Jeremy comes from both sides — financial audit and internal control at Bpifrance and Forvis Mazars — and will give you the framework to grow fast. Flexible start date: We can work with a September, October, or November start depending on your school calendar. ➡️ Your future manager You'll be working with Jeremy Kuoch , Lead Internal Control at Qonto. Jeremy brought 8+ years of experience in internal control and financial audit when he joined — including senior roles at Bpifrance and Forvis Mazars — and built the Corporate Internal Control team from scratch. He manages by giving you real work with real stakes, while making sure you have the structure and feedback loop to develop fast.
