Our mission is to make privacy and user ownership the default online. To do so, we build simple, flexible APIs and tools for
developers that make it easy to build new products on crypto rails.
Privy owns the abstractions and infrastructure layer above wallets, integrating across chains, third-party providers, and Stripe
products like Treasury and Link. We get to solve hard technical problems while leveraging Stripe's distribution to reach customers
like Ramp, Klarna, Deel, Kraken, Hyperliquid, and Fomo — powering experiences for both mainstream users and crypto natives.

security to their designs from the start.
In practice, we use boring technology like Node, React, and AWS so we can focus our engineering energy entirely on pushing the
boundaries of Privy's core product, e.g. through hardware enclaves, multi-region low latency APIs, and blockchain abstractions
that are accessible to mainstream developers.
We're looking for an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team and be the primary technical owner for building out
new capabilities with Privy's most important customers. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with a deep
understanding of customer and business objectives to architect, develop, and deploy software features that address customers’
needs and evolve the capabilities of Privy’s core products. Customer obsession is a core part of Privy’s culture. You’ll work
closely with fellow engineers, product, and business teams to ensure Privy's customers achieve their desired outcomes and are
delighted by our products.

the big picture)
We're building the data stack for Physical AI. The Rerun SDK viewer is loved by some of the best robotics and spatial AI teams in the world, and Rerun Hub is live in private preview managing petabytes of data. Demand is strong, and we need someone whose focus is making customers successful, fast. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll sit with customers from first demo through production, figure out what they actually need, and get something working in front of them. What drives you is unblocking customers and watching them go all-in on the product. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Run demos and onboard customers onsite and remotely, building engineer-to-engineer trust alongside our founders * Take a messy customer problem and stand up a working proof of concept * Be the most expert user of Rerun, and feed relay customers struggles back into the roadmap * Coordinate with the team to make every POC and customer onboarding better than the last WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * A technical foundation in either Robotics, ML, data engineering, or databases. You are credible with engineers, comfortable in real codebases. * Working Python: you can read, iterate on, and extend existing code and get a POC over the line. * Genuine interest in robotics, spatial AI, or computer vision; hands-on exposure is a real plus * High agency, and genuinely driven by solving customer problems. Technical and real beats charismatic salesperson. * Comfortable with 30% travel HOW WE WORK AT RERUN * We're a remote company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. * We meet up in person for a week roughly once a quarter * The team you'll join has members in European and US timezones * We've put together an uncommonly talented tech team, value agency and helpfulness highly, and expect everyone to take broad responsibility for what they build * We offer competitive cash and equity compensation, six weeks paid vacation, and whatever hardware and software you need to do your job
The Role: We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the bridge between F2's platform and the real-world complexity of our most important enterprise clients. You'll embed with strategic Private Credit customers, get deep on their data, workflows, and infrastructure, and build custom solutions that makes F2 indispensable to how they operate. This is a hands-on engineering role: you write production code, you ship it and you see your work create value in days, not quarters. You'll spend the majority of your time in the field with customers, then bring what you learn back to our core engineering and product teams to make the platform better for everyone. It's the ideal role for an engineer who wants to combine deep technical work with direct customer impact, and who's excited to learn a modern AI stack end-to-end. What you'll do: * Embed with strategic accounts. Sit with our top enterprise clients to deeply understand their domain, data sources, security requirements, and analyst workflows and then translate those into concrete technical solutions. * Build custom integrations and solutions. Write production code on top of F2's platform: connectors to customer data rooms and document management systems, ingestion pipelines, workflow automations, and domain-specific features tailored to each client's needs. * Own the technical relationship. Act as the trusted technical partner for the customer's team throughout the engagement; from initial deployment and configuration through production rollout and optimization. * Prototype, validate, ship. Move fast: build a prototype, put it in front of the customer, iterate on real feedback, and get it into production through our CI/CD pipelines while meeting our engineering standards. * Generalize back into the platform. Return from engagements and work with core engineering and product to turn one-off customer solutions into reusable abstractions and platform capabilities that scale across our entire customer base. * Be the voice of the customer. Bring hard-won field insights back to the roadmap, championing the features and integrations that solve real enterprise problems. * Work alongside core engineering. Participate in shared code review, architecture discussions, you're a full member of the engineering org, not a siloed services team. What you bring: * Hands-on full-stack or backend engineering. 3+ years shipping production software, ideally with Python and/or TypeScript. You're comfortable owning a feature end-to-end across an unfamiliar codebase. * Customer-facing instincts. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you enjoy being in the room with customers translating ambiguous requirements into working software. * Pragmatic and fast. You prototype, validate, and ship in days and weeks, not months. You'd rather get something real in front of a customer than perfect a diagram. * Comfort with cloud and infra fundamentals. Working familiarity with AWS, containers, CI/CD, and Postgres/SQL. Experience with Temporal, Redis, and LLM tooling is a strong plus. * Integration mindset. Experience building connectors, APIs, or ETL/data pipelines against messy real-world data sources and enterprise systems. * Security awareness. You understand why enterprise clients care about tenant isolation, least-privilege access, and data handling, and you build with those constraints in mind. * Builder's curiosity. You enjoy learning a new domain (private markets / finance) and a full AI application stack, and you thrive in a 0→1 environment where you own outcomes.
