Om Customer First På Customer First utvecklar vi en AI-driven kontaktcenter- och ärendeplattform för större företag. Vår plattform körs i privata Kubernetes-kluster och bygger bland annat på MariaDB Galera, MaxScale, ArgoCD, CI/CD-pipelines och en hög grad av automation. Du kommer att arbeta med system där tillgänglighet, säkerhet och stabilitet är viktiga delar av vardagen. Vi är ett team på drygt 30 personer och arbetar 100 procent från vårt kontor i Stockholm. Vi tror på nära samarbete, snabba beslutsvägar och att man utvecklas snabbast genom att arbeta tillsammans. Om rollen Vi söker dig som har arbetat praktiskt med Kubernetes och vill ta nästa steg inom DevOps och plattformsutveckling. Du behöver inte vara expert på alla delar av vår tekniska miljö från början. Det viktigaste är att du har en bra teknisk grund, kan arbeta självständigt och vill utvecklas mot ett större ansvar för drift, automation och arkitektur. Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med utvecklare och andra tekniskt ansvariga med våra Kubernetes-miljöer, CI/CD-flöden, databaser, övervakning och interna automationsverktyg. Exempel på vad du kommer att arbeta med Drift och vidareutveckling av våra Kubernetes-miljöer Förbättring av CI/CD- och deploymentflöden Automation av återkommande och manuella arbetsuppgifter Övervakning, felsökning och incidenthantering Backup, redundans och hög tillgänglighet Skript och interna verktyg, främst i Python Förbättringar inom säkerhet, stabilitet och prestanda Dokumentation av tekniska lösningar och arbetssätt Vi tror att du har Praktisk erfarenhet av Kubernetes, Docker och Linux Arbetat med drift eller deployment av system i produktion Grundläggande förståelse för CI/CD och GitOps Förmåga att felsöka tekniska problem på ett strukturerat sätt Erfarenhet av att skriva skript eller mindre verktyg, gärna i Python Förståelse för automation och varför manuella moment bör minimeras Grundläggande kunskap om nätverk, databaser och hög tillgänglighet Ett intresse för systemdesign och långsiktig plattformsutveckling Vi förväntar oss inte att du redan kan hela vår teknikstack. Meriterande Det är ett plus om du har arbetat med något av följande: ArgoCD eller GitHub Actions Helm eller Kustomize Terraform, Pulumi eller annan Infrastructure as Code Prometheus, Grafana eller centraliserad loggning MariaDB, Galera eller andra databaslösningar med hög tillgänglighet Node.js, TypeScript eller SQL Privata Kubernetes-miljöer eller egen driftinfrastruktur Vem vi tror att du är Du är nyfiken, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad. Du vågar undersöka problem på egen hand, men förstår också när det är dags att ta hjälp eller diskutera en lösning med teamet. Du tycker om att automatisera, förbättra och skapa struktur. Du behöver inte ha alla svar från början, men du har viljan och förmågan att sätta dig in i komplexa tekniska miljöer. We are now looking for an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building, maintaining, and evolving our cloud platform and delivery capabilities. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and enjoys driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working. You will work closely with development teams, product owners, security stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions in Azure. Key responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain software services and cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery Automate infrastructure, operational processes, and deployment workflows Manage and support containerized environments and cloud infrastructure Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the application lifecycle Act as a trusted technical advisor and help guide the team through complex challenges Translate technical concepts into clear and understandable business language for stakeholders, product owners, and other teams Participation in an on-call rotation may become part of the role in the future. While this is not currently decided, candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of taking part in an on-call support arrangement at a later stage. Required Skills & Experience We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also capable of creating clarity, building trust, and helping teams grow. Someone that takes ownership of their work while maintaining a broad perspective on the overall platform and team objectives. Furthermore, you have professional proficiency in English, proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing software services and cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure as well as hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices, including automation, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure management in Azure environments. Technical skills: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Experience deploying, building, and managing software services in Azure environments Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices Experience with Docker and containerized applications Strong focus on automation and infrastructure management Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible Understanding of the Java application lifecycle and related deployment processes Interest in, and practical use of, AI-powered tools to improve productivity, automation, and engineering workflows If you have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field it will be advantageous. Candidates without a formal degree are equally welcome to apply if they can demonstrate substantial and relevant professional experience. Fluent Swedish is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage as well as experience with one or more of the following technologies: Go, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Keyloak, Grafana, Prometheus and Splunk.
