As a cardiologist, you will play a key role in the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with cardiovascular conditions. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Relentlessly prospect, qualify, and aggressively close new business within top-tier Health Systems, IDNs, large Private Practices including Primary Care and EMS. Execute a "land and expand" strategy to unseat "old-guard" ECG competitors by articulating the ROI and clinical superiority of AI-driven diagnostics Expand the ECG market: The electrocardiogram (ECG) market is rapidly shifting from traditional in-clinic diagnostics to on-demand, anywhere monitoring can happen, an ECG device can now be available. Manage all steps of the complex enterprise sales process—from cold-call and lead generation to ROI analysis, clinical validation, and final contract execution Identify and develop high-value customer targets for the Kardia 12L, Kardia 6L, KardiaStation, and KardiaPro to ensure consistent over-attainment of annual revenue goals Build and maintain high-level relationships with Hospital CXOs and Department Heads to drive enterprise-wide adoption and establish yourself as a trusted advisor Master current cardiac clinical pathways and workflows to align AliveCor’s frontend applications and backend platforms with specific patient populations to drive clinical outcomes Lead aggressive implementation efforts for new clients, coordinating physicians, administrators, and IT personnel to ensure rapid onboarding and customer satisfaction Drive growth across the HCP enterprise by identifying opportunities for deeper feature adoption and encouraging expansion within the existing customer base Actively participate in conventions and forums to increase product awareness and facilitate the execution of sales opportunities with AliveCor partners Synthesize customer feedback for product and engineering teams to continually improve devices and platforms while developing strong advocates for the brand Qualifications & Skills: Verifiable track record of being in the Top 5% of your sales org (President’s Club or equivalent) with 7+ years of B2B healthcare sales success 5+ years of Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) or high-level Medical Device experience with the ability to speak the language of Cardiologists and EPs fluently Deep understanding of Reimbursement models (ICD 10/11, RPM, CCM) and the ability to build a compelling financial case for a CFO High sense of urgency, resilience, and a "no-excuses" mentality toward hitting activity metrics and revenue goals Mastery of SalesForce CRM, ZoomInfo, and modern sales tech stacks, alongside consultative, solution-based selling (Challenger, Sandler, or similar) Bachelor’s degree required; clinical background (RN, Tech, etc.) is a significant advantage The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $130,000. This range represents the good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage AliveCor reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of hire. The final compensation offer will be determined based on several factors, including geographic market rates, the candidate’s years of relevant experience, and specialized industry-specific expertise. In accordance with California law, this range is specific to the role’s responsibilities and does not include potential bonuses, equity, or benefits, which may also form part of the total compensation package.
