ClearScore is looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager, with 3 years + experience in an
equivalent role, to support the day-to-day operations of our London office.
Working as part of a fast-paced and collaborative Admin Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the office operates smoothly,
efficiently and to a consistently high standard for employees, visitors and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role that combines
operational delivery with longer-term improvements to the workplace experience.
You will be responsible for managing a wide range of operational priorities across facilities, health & safety, workplace
experience, office coordination and supplier management, often balancing reactive issues with proactive planning in a busy hybrid
working environment.
We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, solutions-focused and confident managing competing
priorities independently. Strong operational judgement, attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
This is a facilities-heavy role, so previous experience in this area is essential.
The role is fully office-based and requires onsite attendance Monday-Friday.

YOUR MISSION As our Hacker Community Manager, you'll be the day-to-day heartbeat of Intigriti's hacker community. You'll be present where our hackers hang out, responsive when they need help, and build excitement for our online events, rewards, and projects that keep our community of 150,000+ ethical hackers engaged. Reporting to our Head of Hackers, you’ll be the first point of contact for our community across socials: keeping conversations moving in Discord and other social media platforms, and making sure recognition and rewards land on time. You'll also be our ears on the ground, spotting recurring themes and feeding real signal back to the team. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract. We offer hybrid working, with two days from our London office. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Community presence (Discord & socials) * Maintain an active, recognisable daily presence in our Discord, across socials and community inbox (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). * Monitor channels, answer questions, welcome newcomers, and keep conversations moving. * Track sentiment and recurring themes, and report signals back to the team. Online events * Plan and support online community events: AMAs, live hacking sessions, workshops, office hours, hackathons, hacker round tables, and CTF competitions. * Handle logistics, promotion, hosting/moderation, and post-event follow-up. Community projects * Run recurring initiatives like our community survey: design, distribution, chasing responses, and summarising findings into something actionable. * Boldy explore new ways to engage our community. Rewards programmes * Oversee monthly and quarterly community rewards: tracking, selection, fulfilment, and announcements. * Keep the criteria transparent and the cadence reliable. What success looks like in your first 6 months * An active, trusted presence in Discord with measurably faster first-response times. * A regular event running on a predictable schedule. * Rewards going out on time, every cycle. * One community project (e.g. the survey) shipped end to end. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Strong written communication and a natural community instinct. * You are organised and self-directed, comfortable owning recurring programmes without hand-holding. * You are comfortable and confident on Discord and social platforms. * Familiarity with bug bounty or the wider security community (e.g. CTFs), with curiosity and willingness to learn more. Our customer journey generates a huge amount of data – from the interactions we have with them (calls, emails, complaints etc.), to the actions we take to get them into the EV of their dreams. This data is currently collected and cleaned in our data platform (managed by our Data Team).
