As our Hacker Community Manager, you'll be the day-to-day heartbeat of Intigriti's hacker community. You'll be present where our
hackers hang out, responsive when they need help, and build excitement for our online events, rewards, and projects that keep our
community of 150,000+ ethical hackers engaged.
Reporting to our Head of Hackers, you’ll be the first point of contact for our community across socials: keeping conversations
moving in Discord and other social media platforms, and making sure recognition and rewards land on time. You'll also be our ears
on the ground, spotting recurring themes and feeding real signal back to the team.
This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract. We offer hybrid working, with two days from our London office.

YOUR MISSION We are looking for a Head of Service Delivery to oversee Intigriti’s technology-driven services and the development of new offerings in line with customer needs and company strategy. You will own the end-to-end delivery of our services, from scoping and setup through to execution, technical support and review. Leading a team of Delivery Managers/Solutions Engineers, you will drive operational excellence and reduce manual effort through tooling, automation, and platform integration. The role requires close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success, to win business and accelerate time to value, and with Triage and Community Teams, to coordinate delivery of key components. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of our services portfolio. Working closely with our Product Team, you will mature our products, develop new service concepts, and build the technical and operational foundations required to productise them at scale. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Oversee delivery of continuous programs (including Managed Vulnerability Disclosure Programs (VDP) and Bug Bounty), focused offerings such as Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) and AI Safety and Security Testing, plus new services. * Manage Intigriti’s Solution Engineers and Pen Test Delivery Managers, driving innovation, and fostering professional and personal growth. * Collaborate with the Product Team to define and prioritise the roadmap for our product lines, providing guidance on the implementation of new features. * Develop and refine playbooks for various client-facing processes to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across the team. * Manage and coordinate delivery tasks for the preparation and execution of continuous and focused offerings, including scoping, setup and technical customer support. * Develop new offerings and other initiatives tailored to client needs and emerging technologies. Formalise and mature these initiatives for consistent delivery across multiple customers. * Lead Proof of Value initiatives and serve as the primary technical contact for high-profile prospects, ensuring their technical needs are understood and addressed to maximize the chance for prospect conversion. * Contribute to the development of the public-facing technical resources, while also supporting internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Success Managers to enhance their technical understanding of the platform and the bug bounty industry. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of work experience. * Experience supporting the technology evaluation stage of the sales process with cybersecurity personas, advising the sales team on product sales, and being a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers. * Understanding the differences between product selling and solution selling, and architecting designs to meet the strategic and technical needs of clients. * Natural drive to build, improve and scale new products. * Technical cyber security literacy and curiousity, willing and able to become an expert in the functional applications offered by the Intigriti platform and its integration capabilities. * Ability to consult and provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists and enable internal teams in developing technical fluency. * Ability to work with complex business and technical requirements, translating them into solution designs and creating customized, high-impact product demos. * Effective communicator with technical and domain skills to be consultative and credible in your approach. YOUR MISSION As a Security Engineer, you play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard Intigriti’s information assets across corporate IT and the Intigriti platform. You are a passionate individual who enjoys building defences against today's cyber threats, targeting infrastructure, data, and employees. You should be able to analyze the current threat environment and Intigriti’s security posture, then design and implement controls in line with our risk appetite. This position requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles. You will be expected to deploy, manage and maintain preventive and detective controls leveraging security tools, including EDR, SIEM, phishing simulation, and compliance solutions, among others. In addition, you will own and continuously improve Intigriti’s threat detection capabilities. This includes running day-to-day Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities, expanding log coverage, and building high-quality detections in our SIEM. You will use frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE D3FEND to assess threat scenarios, prioritize detection engineering work, and strengthen both preventative and detective controls. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Infrastructure Security * Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security across Intigriti infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data. * Collaborate with the IT System Administrator to manage and enhance the overall network and system security. Incident Response, Threat Detection & SOC Operations * Develop, maintain, and run incident response plans to address security incidents promptly and effectively. * Run day-to-day SOC operations, including monitoring, triage, investigation, and response to security alerts. * Assess the company threat landscape using MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE D3FEND to identify detection and mitigation opportunities. * Connect and maintain log sources into our SIEM to ensure relevant coverage across corporate IT and the Intigriti platform. * Write, tune, and continuously improve SIEM detection rules to reduce risk and improve signal quality. * Document detection logic, response playbooks, and lessons learned from incidents to continuously improve processes. Security Awareness and Training * Promote a culture of security awareness among all employees through training programs and communication initiatives. * Conduct regular security training for staff to enhance their understanding of security risks and best practices. Governance & Compliance * Report on Intigriti’s security posture, internally and externally as required. * Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging threats to inform the development of effective security measures. * Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's security strategy, policies, and procedures. * Support the maintenance of our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Level 2 certifications. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus. * Strong understanding of network and system security. Cloud or application security expertise is favoured. * Experience designing, building and implementing security controls. Programming skills are required. * Experience in threat and vulnerability management are desirable. * Experience operating or supporting a SOC function (monitoring, triage, incident handling). * Experience with SIEM concepts and detection engineering (log onboarding, parsing/normalization, correlation rules, alert tuning). Equivalent experience is acceptable if direct SIEM experience is limited. * Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK (nice to have) and MITRE D3FEND (nice to have). * Strong communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to influence and drive security initiatives at both the tactical and strategic levels. * Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
