We are a new generation consultancy based across UK and EU and founded on the premises of the engineering excellence and
empowering people to make an impact.
We work with all modern tech stacks and typically run agile scrum on all our projects.
Are you passionate about data and its transformational powers? Do you like being able to make a huge difference in a limited
period of time? We might be just the right place for you.
engagement
We will always see you as a human being and will do our very best to support your needs and wellbeing – well-designed co-working
and collaboration spaces, remote working patterns that work for you, parenting leave, sabbaticals and ability to work on personal
projects.
We believe that a geled team is worth its weight in gold – we will do everything we can to avoid breaking well-performing teams.
Whilst continuity across every project is not always possible, we thoughtfully assemble high-performing, blended teams with the
appropriate levels of experience and expertise to deliver the best outcomes for our clients — and teams you’ll enjoy working with.
We are committed to prioritising the wellbeing of our employees. To fulfill this promise, we provide a comprehensive employee
wellbeing program that includes mental health support, flexible working arrangements, wellness activities, and a positive work
culture.
We recognise that the world of tech delivery has moved on significantly in the last 15 years and know a thing or two about how to
bring projects over the line without experiencing lots of despair and burn-out. In fact, we like to believe that our projects are
the opposite of that – they are run smoothly and most of the time are fun to work on.

ABOUT US STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionizing the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop and manufacture high performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments. We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems—not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today. YOUR MISSION Serve as the critical interface between internal development and external partners, ensuring seamless project execution through proactive stakeholder management. You will be the orchestrator of mission success, navigating complex operational landscapes to deliver high-performance autonomous systems into the hands of those who need them. You will take full ownership of the customer experience by leading the end-to-end lifecycle of system demonstrations—from strategic preparation and field execution to comprehensive post-event analysis. This is a high-stakes role requiring a unique blend of technical rigor and strategic communication to maintain our technological edge in contested environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Stakeholder Management & Communication * Strategic Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for international defense stakeholders, navigating complex technical, regulatory, and procurement-related discussions with precision across multi-national projects. * Alignment: Ensure internal engineering teams and external stakeholders are perfectly synchronized on project goals, delivery timelines, and technical requirements. * Reporting: Prepare concise, high-level documentation and updates for executive leadership and external partners to maintain transparency and momentum. Demonstration & Event Management * End-to-End Execution: Own the lifecycle of system demonstrations, from logistical planning and site preparation to on-site field execution and live systems operation. * Field Operations: Lead "boots on the ground" activities, ensuring that STARK technology performs flawlessly in demanding, real-world conditions. * User Engagement: Manage the interface with end-users during demonstrations, providing professional polish while gathering critical technical insights. Project Execution & Timeline Control * Mission Tracking: Drive the execution of the Virtus program using Jira and Confluence, ensuring every milestone is met and potential blockers are cleared proactively. * Operational Readiness: Manage the transition of systems from the warehouse to the field, ensuring all hardware and software components are mission-ready. * Resource Coordination: Allocate internal resources effectively to meet delivery deadlines without compromising on technical quality or safety. Quality Assurance & Feedback Loop * Continuous Improvement: Capture critical user feedback from the field and translate it into actionable engineering requirements to drive rapid product iteration. * Compliance: Ensure all delivery and demonstration activities adhere to the rigorous quality, safety, and security standards of the defence industry. Introduce structure into demonstration planning and start owning the coordination of field operations. Ensure that every stakeholder has a transparent view of the delivery roadmap. Month 3-6: Drive Field Execution Lead the end-to-end execution of high-visibility system demonstrations. Transition from shadow to primary operator, managing on-site logistics, technical validation, and user feedback cycles. Become the primary interface that turns customer needs into engineering direction. Month 6–12: Scale & Optimize Strengthen the delivery framework to support increasing customer demand. Refine the 'demo-to-delivery' operating system to ensure mass-scalable deployment. Influence the long-term Virtus product strategy by providing high-fidelity field data and strategic market insights.
