To keep our momentum and deliver consistently high value to our partners, we need incredible people to help us on our journey – we need you 🫵 JOIN US AS A AS REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER TO HELP BUILD THE OPERATING ENGINE BEHIND OUR GROWTH You will work across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Solutions, Customer Success, and Ops to make sure the revenue engine is well run, well instrumented, and built for the next stage of growth. We are specifically looking for someone who is deeply AI-native in how they operate. This is not a traditional RevOps role focused purely on process management and reporting. We want someone who instinctively uses AI, automation and modern tooling to increase leverage, reduce manual work and accelerate decision-making across the GTM organisation. We strongly favour candidates who can demonstrate unusually high leverage through AI and automation. AS REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER, YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Own the GTM operating engine * Own HubSpot as the source of truth for GTM operations. * Improve workflows, data structure, automation, and reporting across the revenue org. * Make our systems simpler, smarter, and easier to trust. Strengthen pipeline and reporting infrastructure * Build the foundations behind reliable pipeline visibility and forecast inputs. * Improve how stage movement, conversion, and slippage are surfaced. * Help leadership inspect performance with more confidence and less manual effort. Drive process excellence * Own core GTM workflow design across lead-to-deal and deal-to-delivery handoffs. * Create clear, scalable processes that make the right behaviour easy. * Improve consistency across teams as we grow. Help scale automation * Support the rollout of high-impact automation across the GTM motion. * Turn strategic direction into practical execution through tooling, workflows, and AI-enabled systems. * Help Goodstack operate with greater leverage as we scale. Improve commercial workflow coordination * Own the operational workflow behind deal desk and other revenue-critical coordination points. * Help ensure deals move through the business cleanly, consistently, and with the right information in the right place. AFTER 6 MONTHS, SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE: * Cleaner, more reliable GTM systems. * Stronger trust in pipeline and reporting. * Smoother forecasting inputs and inspection rhythms. * More scalable automation across key workflows. * Clearer ownership and less friction in revenue-critical processes. * A revenue engine that feels more mature, more efficient, and easier to scale. THIS ROLE IS A PERFECT MATCH FOR YOU IF YOU ARE/HAVE: * A systems and process builder with strong operational instincts and enough commercial judgement to understand what matters and why. * Strong CRM and workflow design experience. * Comfortable with automation, reporting logic, and GTM tooling. * The ability to translate messy business problems into scalable processes. * Confidence working cross-functionally across commercial, finance, and operational teams. * A practical, high-agency mindset and excitement about using AI and automation to create leverage. * Obsession with data quality to be able to translate pipeline into inputs for FP&A. * Experience with sales forecasting, tracking, and reporting. * Have a track record of using AI and automation tooling to materially improve operational efficiency, reporting, forecasting, lead routing, sales enablement, or decision-making. * Comfortable operating in modern AI-native workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Clay, Zapier, n8n, low-code tooling, etc. (tool choice matters less than mindset and adaptability). BONUS IF YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OR LOVE OF: * Building AI-assisted outbound or prospecting workflows. * Partnering closely with Finance or FP&A. * Improving deal desk or complex commercial workflows. * Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or operationally complex businesses. HOW WE THINK ABOUT AI IN THIS ROLE: * You use AI tools daily as part of your workflow, not as an occasional assistant. * You proactively automate repetitive operational tasks and workflows. * You are excited by building lightweight internal tools, automations and workflows without needing heavy engineering support. * You stay current with emerging AI tooling and are constantly experimenting with better ways of working. * You think in terms of leverage, speed and systems - not headcount. * You help raise the AI capability of the broader GTM organisation. 🇬🇧 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT UPON JOINING OUR TEAM 💰 Salary reviews and share options becoming an integral part of our growth and share in the company's success 💝 Goodstack’s Workplace Giving ⚕️ Vitality Plus - Private health insurance 🌞 £250 Brighten your day annual budget 🤓 £1000 Learning & development annual budget 📚 Goodstack library 🌯 Tasty Tuesday!
