så virksomheden fastholder sit høje kvalitetsniveau og stærke position. Med dit fagligt stærke ståsted, store engagement og stærke
sociale kompetencer etablerer du tætte relationer til både kolleger, kunder og leverandører og sikrer fortsat høj kundetilfredshed
og gode leverandørsamarbejder.
Du er en samlende kraft, som sikrer, at Geoteam opretholder en kultur, hvor medarbejderne trives og motiveres af at bidrage – og
hvor samarbejde, ansvarlighed og høj faglighed er i centrum. Du er synlig i organisationen, hvor du går forrest med stort fokus på
at eksekvere planerne i hverdagen.
Du sikrer strukturer, værktøjer og rapportering og deltager på de tre årlige bestyrelsesmøder.
Du har din hverdag på Geoteams kontor i Ballerup, hvor også lager og værksted er placeret, og hvor halvdelen af virksomhedens
medarbejdere har deres hverdag. De øvrige arbejder med udgangspunkt fra hjemmekontor.
Din baggrund
Du har en relevant kommerciel og/eller teknisk uddannelse på masterniveau og solid erfaring fra kommercielle nøgleroller inden for
teknisk BtB-salg af løsninger, produkter eller services til landbruget og/eller landmåling eller salg af tekniske løsninger til
relaterede segmenter i Danmark.
Du har erfaring fra tilsvarende rolle, eller det kan være du har et forretningsmæssigt ansvar som salgsdirektør eller
afdelingsleder i en større teknisk virksomhed og er klar til at påtage dig et større forretnings- og ledelsesmæssigt ansvar.
Du er hands-on og trives i en rolle, hvor du er tæt på forretningen og kunderne og selv deltager i alle sammenhænge, og du
balancerer ubesværet udvikling, daglig drift og ledelse.
Som erfaring leder kan du sætte tydelig retning og drive projekter og opgaver sikkert i mål. Du skaber vækst og resultater i tæt
samarbejde med medarbejdere og leverandører og med fokus på både eksisterende og nye forretningsområder.
Som person er du positiv og handlingsorienteret, og du har stærke sociale kompetencer med en naturlig autoritet, der skaber
følgeskab, tillid og engagement på alle niveauer.
Du har stærke kommunikationsevner, taler og skriver dansk og engelsk på forhandlingsniveau og er digitalt orienteret og it-stærk.

Lead discovery workshops, translate business objectives into technical strategies, and develop tailored solution proposals. * Project Execution & Delivery – Oversee technical execution, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability. Monitor project health, identify risks, and ensure successful outcomes through proactive leadership. * Team Leadership & Talent Development – Work with resourcing teams to ensure the right talent is staffed on projects. What we are looking for in this person * 15+ years of technical leadership experience, ideally within consulting, SaaS, or large-scale digital transformation projects. * Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, and modern development practices. * A strong track record of guiding technical decisions on complex, high-impact projects. * Experience leading pre-sales, discovery, and solution design discussions. * Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * A consultative mindset, able to align business needs with technical strategies. * Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to influence at all levels. * Hands-on experience with AI, databases, distributed systems, and modern software engineering best practices. * Experience leading and mentoring senior software development teams * A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and professional excellence.
