Arbetsuppgifter – Administrativ Receptionist
Som receptionist på Fitness World är du vårt ansikte utåt och en central del i våra medlemmars upplevelse. Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, glad, positiv och ansvarsfull.
Försäljning av träningskort, kosttillskott och träningskläder
Att svara i telefon och mail samt ta emot bokningar
Att registrera nya medlemmar och hjälpa dem på plats
Administrativa uppgifter och enklare beställningar
Att hålla ordning, se till att receptionen är välkomnande
Påfyllning och frontning av kyl och butik
Städuppgifter som bidrar till en trivsam och ren miljö
Att skapa en varm och professionell atmosfär för både nya och befintliga medlemmar
Har erfarenhet av service och gärna försäljning
Är social, noggrann, ansvarstagande och positiv
Trivs i en miljö där det händer mycket
Gillar ordning och reda
Har ett intresse för träning och hälsa (meriterande men inget krav)

Description Position at Glidewell Dental Essential Functions: Provides administrative support such as verifying and/or scheduling shipping dates, scanning cases, and serving as liaison to other departments. Timely communicates with dental offices to advise Customers of changes to shipping dates and/or to verify case information via phone or email utilizing established scripts or templates. Updates case boxes, applicable work order/case tracking system (i.e., DL+), and applicable customer management system to reflect changes in shipping dates. Creates modeless case pan; coordinates with digital team for model printing. Monitors production flow and understands effects of production issues on shipping dates; schedules new shipping dates as necessary. Monitors rush case flow to ensure cases with impending ship dates are completed on time; coordinates with Management and Call Center staff to ensure completion of rush cases. Informs next work shift team of important production updates, including necessary management team. Ensures cases contains RX photos; prints RX photos and locates case in order to combine materials if needed. Utilizes GO Location Scan to keep track of cases location and status on production floor. Prints/reprints prescriptions from work order/case tracking system as necessary. Timely scans cases to update location tracking as cases move are moved to different locations. Assigns cases to Dental Technicians through DL Touch. Monitors Outlook email inbox. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year of call center experience. Description Position at Glidewell Dental Essential Functions (Technical Advisor) – 80% : Digital Treatment Planning Plans entry level complexity cases (tooth borne, minimal x-ray scatter, no anatomy concerns, , primarily single-tooth and up-to 3 units in one quarter. Verifies prescription product and information, e.g. implant, system, size, Surgical Kit etc. Evaluates cases thoroughly; advises doctors on which product is most beneficial to their needs. Utilizes CBCT/CT data, IOS data, digital treatment planning software (RealGUIDE). Evaluates alignment of scans for planning feasibility before implant placement. Delivers PDF report of surgical plan to doctor for review and advises on procedures with guidance from team members. Customer Service Resolves inquiries pertaining to guided surgery. Provides digital treatment planning information. Ensures customer retention and satisfaction. Provides online consultation for treatment planning as needed. Case/Pan management Triages cases into the production flow in a prompt manner. Creates folders in the shared drive. Maintains notes in GCX (Glidewell Customer Experience). Tracks all cases to ensure schedule is adhered to. Administrative Maintains security and integrity of digital Rx, MyAccount portal, share drive, and digital treatment planning (DTP) customer folders following the DTP standard operating procedures (SOP). Liaison between the Customer Service department, customers, and internal departments and divisions Generates and maintain reports as needed. Essential Duties (Production) – 20%: Processes digital orders once electronic files are received; processes digital orders from IOS, My Account, or other programs from customers. Reviews and converts modeless scans from intraoral scanners (IOS). Repairs CAD files that cannot be imported due to improper scans or generate errors upon importing. Scans impression and/or models as needed. Cleans and post-print-processes of surgical guides as needed. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience: Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience. Minimum three (3) years of dental experience. RDA, DA, or CDT preferred. Implant experience, required. Dental CAD/CAM experience, preferred RealGUIDE, CoDiagnostics and/or 3 Shape Implant Studio (or equivalent) experience, preferred.
