The role of the Specialty Regional Manager is to lead the operations of each line of business to drive specialty revenue growth
(Pediatric, Oral Surgery, Periodontic, Orthodontic, Endodontic), manage costs associated with the lines of business while
developing and mentoring team members, and providing an ideal guest experience. The Specialty Regional Manager will provide the
leadership and guidance to cultivate relationships with referring general providers and have a clear understanding of the
company’s vision and larger picture for the overall growth year over year.

The Orthodontic Manager supports a Specialty Team by providing proficient, trustworthy dental services and care to patients, and effectively and efficiently communicating with team members to align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This position will be reporting directly to the Specialty Regional Manager and will play an instrumental role in the guest experience for Ideal Dental. Responsibilities * Greet patients with a smile * Answer phones and schedule appointments with a positive attitude * Maintain flexibility regarding scheduling changes, communicating changes to patients and staff * Work to maintain full schedules and maintain office schedule flow * Collect balances and verify insurance when needed * Present accurate patient treatment plans, determine insurance coverage & patient financial responsibility for procedures, assist with insurance pre-authorizations and review finance options with patients * Review upcoming schedules and audit accounts as needed * Coordinating patient check in and check out * Perform all duties relating to supporting the office * Overseeing schedule of staff/doctors/patients * Motivate the Endodontic Team to ensure daily/weekly/monthly revenue goals * Manage Endodontic front office and back-office staff * Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development of Endodontic Team * Complete reports as needed in an accurate and timely manner * All other duties assigned What do you need to have to be a part of our team? * Minimum of 2 year of Orthodontics, experience required * Minimum of 1 year dental management experience preferred * Experience with treatment plans required * Insurance verification experience required * Digital practice software experience Why You’ll Love It Here: At Ideal Dental, we’re committed to helping you grow professionally, providing you with opportunities to expand your skills, work with cutting-edge technology, and make a lasting impact on your patients. The best brands are built by the best people. Come build with us. Overview of the Role * C.A. BUILD is seeking an experienced and driven CPG sales professional to join its Sales Team. The Sales Manager at BUILD is responsible for leading the sales process at regional specialty/conventional retailers for a portfolio of innovative and growing brands. Their account responsibility is focused on managing a list of accounts and/or distributor warehouses that take strategic priority for BUILD clients. From driving new business to leading the key account management processes, the Sales Manager is in charge of developing strategic go to market plans for BUILD clients, selling to key retailers, and leading the execution level steps at all times. Fortune * Provide experience and data-based insights into the best possible approach to driving sales at both existing and new retailer partners.
