The Business Recruiting team helps Robinhood hire exceptional talent that enables our business and operations organizations to
scale responsibly. The team partners closely with hiring leaders to plan hiring efforts, identify strong talent, and create a
consistent candidate experience across the recruiting process. Recruiters on this team support large hiring initiatives and help
ensure Robinhood continues to grow with talented, mission-driven people!
As a Recruiter, you will lead high-volume hiring efforts across our business organization, while building strong sourcing
strategies and scalable recruiting workflows. You will partner closely with hiring managers and other recruiters working on the
same roles to coordinate hiring activity, maintain strong pipelines, and keep hiring processes moving efficiently. This role
requires someone who can navigate evolving priorities and high volume, introduce structure where processes may not yet exist, and
use modern recruiting tools—including AI—to identify and engage top talent.
This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, and Westlake, TX offices, with in-person attendance expected
at least 3 days per week.
