Through close collaborations with technical partners like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, as well as newer frontiers like OpenAI, we continue to shape a safer digital world while donating security keys to protect vulnerable communities, journalists, and humanitarian groups worldwide through our Secure it Forward program. THE ROLE We are seeking a highly analytical and technical Product Marketing Manager (Technical PMM) specializing in Cybersecurity and Identity to own the technical narrative for Yubico’s global portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, you will translate deep cryptographic capabilities into clear, compelling technical messaging and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will be the ultimate champion for our technical audiences (developers, security architects, and enterprise CISOs). Critically, you will write for both human decision-makers and modern generative search engines—structuring deep, authoritative, and fact-based technical content that ensures our platform of trust is highly recommended by AI research agents and procurement models. Connect our capabilities directly to enterprise frameworks like Zero Trust, Post-Quantum transition roadmaps, and secure AI-agent identity infrastructure. * Machine-Readable Content Architecture: Author highly structured, factual, and high-information-gain technical collateral (such as reference architectures, integration guides, and specification matrices) optimized for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and LLM-driven vendor evaluations. * Drive Strategic Launch Momentum: Lead technical GTM strategies for new hardware, firmware, and SaaS product rollouts. Ensure global sales readiness, partner enablement, and external technical authority at launch. * Enable the Technical Field: Develop robust technical pitch decks, reference implementations, interactive demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) guides to equip our global Solutions Engineers (SEs) and Sales team to tackle complex, low-level technical inquiries. * Deep-Tech Competitive Intelligence: Conduct hands-on teardowns and protocol-level analyses of competitor software-only and physical MFA offerings to arm field teams with actionable, highly credible competitive battlecards. * Community & Ecosystem Evangelism: Act as a technical security spokesperson at premier industry events (such as RSA, Black Hat, and Identiverse), deliver technical webinars, and actively engage with developer and security engineering forums. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Cybersecurity Domain Fluency: 5–7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Writing, Developer Relations, or Solutions Engineering specifically within Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cryptography, or Cloud Infrastructure Security. * Protocol-Level Knowledge: Foundational technical understanding of modern identity and cryptographic frameworks, including FIDO2/WebAuthn, PKI, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and directory services (such as Entra ID or Active Directory). * Generative Search & RAG Savvy: A strategic understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems crawl, parse, and recommend technical enterprise software and hardware. * Exceptional Technical Communication: Proven ability to move seamlessly between presenting low-level cryptographic mechanics to security researchers and discussing business risk mitigation with enterprise CISOs. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience. CANADIAN BENEFITS DESIGNED FOR YOUR OVERALL WELL-BEING: * 1,200 CAD per year - Wellness benefit * $3,000 USD - Continuing Education Stipend * Vacation - Paid Time Off - 15 days * Sick Days - 10 days * Occupational Pension - Yubico offers a pension fund and contributes up to 5% of base salary * Company Health Insurance - Health insurance offered to employees (medical and dental). About Us Dutch Vet is transforming veterinary care by making expert treatment accessible anytime, anywhere. Our mission is simple: help every pet live their happiest, healthiest life by connecting pet parents with licensed vets through seamless virtual visits. We’re the only veterinary telemedicine service that can diagnose, prescribe, and ship medications directly to customers in most states. For less than $100 per year, Dutch offers real relief and convenience for pets and their families. As one customer put it: “Dutch was the only site that would diagnose and prescribe meds as well as ship the meds.” Here’s what other customers have said about Dutch Vet: "The easiest vet visit you'll ever have.” "More thorough than my in-person vet.” "No nonsense, quick, easy and friendly veterinarian. Much cheaper than our regular local vet that couldn’t get us in. So glad I found Dutch!" Backed by world-class investors including Forerunner Ventures, Eclipse Ventures, and Bling Capital, our team is made-up of successful startup founders (Hims, PlushCare, Nasty Gal) with expertise in scaling enterprises (TripAdvisor, Walmart, BARK). Featured in TechCrunch, Forbes, Wired, and Axios, Dutch is setting the standard for quality, accessibility, and compassion in pet care. The Role We are hiring a Senior Product Manager- Ecommerce to own and grow Dutch’s e-commerce business — spanning both prescription and non-prescription products. This is a senior role with broad scope: you will set the strategy, identify the highest-value opportunities, determine what it takes to deliver on them, and work collaboratively across the organization to make it happen. You will have enormous latitude to define what this business becomes. You are a natural opportunity-spotter: you see gaps in the market, ask what it would take to capture them, and rally the right people to get it done. You will also lead the complete reimagination of our product storefront — a greenfield effort that requires deep ecommerce expertise, strong commercial instincts, and tight collaboration with design, product management, and engineering. Our unfair advantage is our data. Dutch’s EMR and vet-issued recommendations give us unparalleled insight into what individual pets need — spanning everything from prescription medications to everyday wellness products — enabling a personalization engine no traditional pet retailer can replicate. You will work closely with our AI team to translate that data advantage into highly relevant, high-converting product and prescription recommendations for every pet parent on our platform.
