At Catawiki, every day brings the extraordinary! Whether it’s Daniel Ricciardo’s Formula 1 Car, a Woolly Mammoth’s Skeleton, Lady Gaga's Jumpsuit or Usain Bolt’s running shoe, we encounter exceptional objects every day. We’re a one-of-a-kind marketplace for buying and selling special objects. Each week, more than 100,000 unique items are auctioned, all carefully curated by our passionate in-house experts. Having sold over 25 million unique objects, our mission is to become the world’s most popular destination for special objects. As a growing, diverse and sustainable scale-up, we proudly live by three core values. If these values resonate with you, we’d love to explore how you can join us. * Taking ownership and driving impact * Being open to change and feedback * Being passionate about our mission and our customers. What you will do Winning an object at Catawiki is an exciting moment, but the real excitement comes once the object has been delivered. Whether it’s a classic car, a watch, a painting or a rare stamp, they all need to arrive in the hands of the buyer, and only when the item is according to the description, will we proceed with the pay-out to the Seller. As simple as this sounds, there are many things that can go wrong in this process and with hundreds of thousands of objects in all shapes and sizes, we need to ensure that we help this process go smooth and easy. As we’re rapidly expanding, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager Shipping to strengthen our team of high performing Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Data Scientists to scale our business. As a Sr. PM Shipping at Catawiki, you will work with a multidisciplinary team within our Fulfilment vertical to: * Relentlessly focus on what’s best for our customers and our business. * Empower our Sellers and Buyers with the most convenient ways and processes to ship and receive their desired object. * Responsible for selecting new, and maintaining the relationships with existing, shipping partners. * Manage the process of giving and receiving feedback to the seller. * Understand and identify customer behaviour and needs through research and analysis. * Analyse, understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base of the product. * Contribute to the overall Product Vision and Strategy for this core part of our value proposition. * Strong stakeholder management and partnership with the commercial organization in Catawiki and specifically the shipping operations team * Take ownership of anything related to shipping, the roadmap and prioritisation of new features and enhancements to existing features. Examples: * Working with various carriers across the world * Working with shipping aggregators * Find projects to make shipping costs more fair * Improve the quality of the overall shipping experience for buyers and sellers * Execute on that roadmap with clear expected outcomes and meticulous measurement. * Empower your team and cross-collaborate with other teams and stakeholders across the company to unlock their full potential. * Manage and work closely with your stakeholders: the commercial teams, Customer support teams, and the experts, to get the best ideas in and subsequently get everyone aligned for fast implementation. * Get. Stuff. Done. Who you are In addition to your demonstrable experience as a Product Manager in a fast growing online company, you also have: * A strong belief in Customer Centric product development. * A data driven approach; You base your decisions on facts rather than opinions. * Familiarity with a/b experimentation; You’re aware that valuable information comes from both positive and negative results through experimentation. * An interest and curiosity in the world of (online) auctions. * An intrinsic motivation to drive operational efficiency improvements and overcoming resistance to change. * Energy, a commercial focus, and a sense of urgency to everything you touch; You’re a self-motivated and results driven person who is not afraid to get their hands dirty to solve a problem. * Natural collaboration and communication skills, fluent English, and good in posing probing questions to quickly and fully understand what someone's talking about. * An agile and innovative mindset with the tenacity to thrive in a constantly changing environment plus the ability to deal with complexity and ambiguous situations. * An eagerness to learn; You seek continuous feedback and input. * 3+ years experience as a Product Manager ideally e-commerce focused. * Experience in the Shipping/ Logistics domain WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US * Create a visible impact by working at scale in a global organisation serving millions of customers across 80+ categories. In our flat structure, every role has a broad scope and directly impacts both our customers and the business. * Learn and grow through our Learning & Development initiatives, including clear development plans and mentorship programmes to support your career progression. * A culture of connection defines us. We’re a passionate, diverse team of 800+ Catawikians representing 60+ nationalities. We foster an inclusive and queer-friendly environment where everyone is encouraged to bring their full self to work. * Celebrate life’s moments with us. You’ll receive a €100 Catavoucher when you join, a €50 Catavoucher on your birthday, and an extra day off each year to “Pursue Your Passion”. We also offer additional leave for key work anniversaries and important life events. Benefits may vary by location. OUR OFFICES AND WAY OF WORKING Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based. INTERESTED? Apply with an English CV and Cover Letter. By applying, you agree to Catawiki’s Applicant Privacy Policy. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

SEATGEEK BELIEVES LIVE EVENTS ARE POWERFUL EXPERIENCES THAT UNITE HUMANS. WITH OUR TECHNOLOGICAL SAVVY AND FAN-FIRST ATTITUDE WE’RE SIMPLIFYING AND MODERNIZING THE TICKETING INDUSTRY. By catering to both fans and rightsholders, we're powering a new, open entertainment ecosystem where fans have effortless access to experiences, and teams, venues, and shows have seamless access to their audiences. Because everyone should expect more from ticketing. We are looking for Product Managers with varying levels of experience to join SeatGeek’s R&D team. This role will own SeatGeek's Catalog — the foundational data layer that defines what exists on our platform. Every event a fan can shop, every seat they can buy, every venue map they navigate, and every attribute that makes a ticket more than a dot on a map starts here. Catalog is the ground truth that everything else — shopping, fulfillment, and eventually attending the event — is built on top of. This is a high-leverage, deeply cross-functional role. When the catalog is accurate, complete, and fresh, fans trust what they see and every downstream experience just works. When it isn't, the cracks show up everywhere. Your mission is to make SeatGeek's understanding of the live event world the most accurate, comprehensive, and richly detailed in the industry — from getting brand-new onsales live the moment they're announced, to modeling complex venues seat-by-seat, to capturing the features and attributes that help fans find exactly the right spot. SeatGeek is where passionate fans and ambitious builders come together to reshape live entertainment, and if you're excited to build the data foundation that powers it all, we'd love to hear from you. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own the vision and strategy for SeatGeek's Catalog and define how we build the most accurate, complete, and fresh representation of the live event world in the industry * Raise the bar on catalog coverage and freshness: get new events and onsales live faster, close inventory and matching gaps, and reduce the errors and staleness that erode fan trust and downstream conversion * Blend user, data, and domain knowledge to identify where better catalog data can redefine the fan experience (think seat features, views, maps, and enriched event content) and where it unblocks partner and operations workflows * Partner closely with operations and marketplace teams to design tooling and processes that let SeatGeek ingest and maintain catalog data at scale * Partner with analytics to define the metrics that matter for catalog health — coverage, freshness, accuracy, match rate — and build the dashboards and monitoring to hold the platform accountable to them * Advocate for and act as an ambassador to the rest of the company for Catalog, evangelizing work and celebrating wins; collaborate with PMs across the entire shopping funnel and post-purchase experience on dependencies and shared opportunities * Stay ahead of where AI, machine learning, and emerging technology can automate ingestion, improve matching, and enrich our representation of the live event experience * Provide mentorship to junior product team members and contribute to enhancing our product team culture and best practices WHAT YOU HAVE * 5+ years of relevant product management experience with a strong track record shipping impactful products at scale, ideally in marketplace, platform, or data-intensive contexts * Experience owning foundational data, catalog, or platform products where accuracy, completeness, and freshness are core to the value you deliver — and where downstream teams depend on what you build * Comfort operating in complex, ambiguous problem spaces: you can take a messy real-world domain and design systems and processes that make it structured, scalable, and trustworthy * A strong fluency with data: you're equally at home defining quality metrics, diving into analytics, and partnering with analysts to get the insights you need to make decisions from evidence rather than assumption * Experience partnering with operations teams and designing internal tooling or workflows — you understand that great catalog data is as much about process and people as it is about product * Strong customer empathy and a tasteful product eye, even when the "customer" is often an internal operator or a downstream team * Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proficiency in modern prototyping tools like Claude, Figma Make, Loveable, or similar to communicate ideas effectively to cross-functional partners * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with urgency and clarity * A demonstrated curiosity in new technologies and how they can solve user problems in new ways * Ideally, experience with products that leverage machine learning or AI to automate data ingestion, entity matching, or content enrichment at scale * Ideally, experience with marketplace or ticketing products, or other domains where a high-quality catalog or knowledge graph is a core competitive advantage * This role requires candidates to be based on the East Coast, with preference given to those in the New York City area OUR STACK You absolutely do not need experience with all of these, but we thought you might be curious. Tools can be learned, so we care much more about your general engineering skill than knowledge of a particular language. * Languages: Python, Go, C#+.NET Core, Swift, Next.js, TypeScript * Client Platforms: iOS, Android, Web (Desktop/Mobile) * Technologies: OAuth2.0 & Identity Management, Payment Tokenization * Event-driven Technologies: RabbitMQ, Kafka * Datastores: Postgres, Redis, Memcache, Elasticsearch * Cloud: AWS * Version control: Git (Gitlab) PERKS * Equity stake * Discretionary annual bonus * Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely * A WFH stipend to support your home office setup * Unlimited PTO * Eligible for the SG discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance * Up to 16 weeks of fully-paid family leave * 401(k) matching * Student loan matching program * Health, vision, dental, and life insurance * Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender-affirming care * $500 per year for wellness expenses * Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical * $360 per quarter to spend on tickets to live events * Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The salary range for this role is $116,000 - $220,000 USD. This role is equity eligible. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location. SeatGeek is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment regardless of race, color, religion, creed, age, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, military or veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
