Strong understanding of BIM, Digital Engineering, or engineering project delivery environments. Experience working in global and multicultural organizations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage people, priorities, and resources to achieve business goals. Experience with resource planning, workforce management, and organizational development. Fluent in English; Swedish is considered an advantage.
