Missa inte chansen! Om rollen I rollen som konstruktör kommer du att vara delaktig i hela processen, från tidiga skeden till färdig projektering. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: • Dimensionering och beräkningar  • Projektering och uppritning i Revit eller Tekla • Modellering i olika material: betong, stål och trä • Deltagande i tidiga skeden, skiss och utredningar • Tekniska utredningar • Rapportskrivning • Samverkan med uppdragsledare och andra discipliner • Delta vid kundmöten och platsbesök Om dig Vi söker dig som är en driven och nyfiken konstruktör, antingen är du nyexaminerad eller har du arbetat ett par år. Du är ansvarstagande i ditt arbete och har en hög yrkesstolthet, där du strävar efter att leverera kvalitet i det du gör. Samtidigt är du ödmjuk inför att varje projekt är unikt och ser värdet i att fortsätta utvecklas. Du är strukturerad i ditt arbetssätt och ser värdet i att bygga upp egna metoder och verktyg för att effektivisera ditt arbete över tid. Som person är du ambitiös och vill framåt, samtidigt som du har ett nyfiket och lösningsorienterat förhållningssätt där du vågar testa dig fram och ta ansvar i dina uppdrag. Skallkrav • Civilingenjör eller högskoleingenjör inom relevant område, till exempel Byggnadsingenjör eller Väg- och vatten. • Erfarenhet av att självständigt ha arbetat med projekt inom konstruktion • Goda kunskaper i Revit eller Tekla • Svenska i tal och skrift Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt säkerhetsskyddslagen. Meriterande • Civilingenjörsexamen med fördjupning inom konstruktion • Kurser inom statik, byggmaterial eller konstruktionsteknik • Erfarenhet från både husbyggnad och industriprojekt Om företaget Vår kund är en ledande aktör inom konsultbranschen. Introduction to XYZ XYZ Reality are the creators of the world's first and only engineering-grade Augmented Reality solution, purpose built for the construction industry. Not only have we created this holographic technology, that sits within The Atom – a smart, site-safe headset/hardhat - but we implement it on projects, utilising the power of AR to ensure that all schemes are completed in line with the delivery timescales and budgets. XYZ has grown to over 100 staff across the UK, US & Europe and is working with Mission Critical organisations & construction companies to successfully deliver major projects. Role Summary As a Site Surveyor at XYZ Reality, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining both primary and secondary control on-site using a Robotic Total Station to enable the usage of the Atom. Once established, part of your daily tasks will be to wear the Atom, using it to eliminate construction and design errors on-site, which would otherwise lead to costly and time-consuming rework. Key Responsibilities * Using a Robotic Total Station to establish primary and secondary control via traversing / resection. * Conducting daily site inspections using the Atom (Augmented Reality headset) to ensure works are installed/being installed correctly, as per the BIM Model. * Client communication and reporting * Producing reports based on the inspections from that day. * Attending meetings to coordinate with contractors to plan daily activities. * Processing and reviewing all acquired data to ensure it is accurate and reliable. * Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, maintaining an efficient workflow and ensuring all requested inspections are conducted within the specified time frame. * Working with the Contractor to devise a weekly lookahead of inspections in line with the master construction programme to de-risk incorrect installation from taking place in the field. * Obtaining and preparing the latest approved Revit models to export into HoloSite Skills, Knowledge and Expertise * Experience in construction surveying or engineering surveying. * Strong experience using Robotic Total Stations for construction layout and control. * Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred * Knowledge related to 3D software (Revit, Navisworks etc) or BIM / BIM360 is desirable but not essential and can be taught * Must be confident in using Microsoft Office * No previous Augmented Reality experience is required – full training will be provided * Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required. * Applicants must hold Malaysian citizens.
