This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, working on-site in Malmö while collaborating closely with colleagues globally. 🌍✨ About the role 💼 As a Service Desk Technician, you will support end users with daily IT incidents and requests. You’ll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage accounts, document cases in ticketing systems, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and innovative projects. You will be part of a team distributed across 8 different countries, making collaboration and communication a key part of your daily work. Key responsibilities 📌 Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (OS, applications, network) Manage user accounts (password resets, access permissions, etc.) Document and track incidents in the ticketing system Escalate complex cases and collaborate with other IT teams Support setup and configuration of new hardware and software Provide guidance and training to users on IT systems and tools Contribute to improvement initiatives and innovative projects We are looking for someone who has ✅ Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with common software applications Basic understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively A structured and proactive mindset with strong initiative 💡 A service-oriented approach and consulting mindset Education 🎓 Degree in Computer Science or proven experience in a similar IT support / Service Desk role. About the role Wrknest is looking for a Dutch-speaking HR Assistant on behalf of a well-known international company within the sports industry. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who is self-driven, takes initiative, and wants to play a key role in supporting the Dutch side of the business. You’ll be working onsite 1–2 days per week at their office in Frösundavik. Your future work tasks In this role, you’ll support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks, with a special focus on the Dutch part of the organization. You’ll handle various internal and external HR-related matters and contribute to the company’s HR processes.
