MEET BOB BOB is a free finance employee for businesses. Bob does the books, pays vendors, chases invoices, and answers any money question you throw at him. He works through regulated financial partners, with the controls and approvals needed to move real money safely. Our whole philosophy is that Bob is real. When work comes up, we ask one question: why not just give it to Bob? We believe AI agents are becoming economic actors. Done right, that gives every founder and business more leverage—not less control. We’re building the financial infrastructure that makes that future useful, safe, and available to anyone with a business to build. We’re backed by Circle Ventures and founders of PayPal, Zynga, and Plaid—including Peter Thiel, Mark Pincus, and Zach Perret. THE ROLE You’re an early full-stack engineer, but infrastructure is your home base. You can ship the product end to end. Your center of gravity is the machinery underneath it: money movement, provider integrations, the ledger, and the production systems that have to work when things get weird. This is not a narrow DevOps job. You’ll write product code, touch the dashboard, design APIs, debug financial workflows, and own infrastructure in the same week. You’ll own: * Go and PostgreSQL systems that execute and track money movement. * Payment lifecycles: approvals, idempotency, retries, webhooks, reconciliation, and durable events. * The ledger and treasury primitives behind balances, holds, settlements, and reversals. * Financial-provider integrations and the isolation boundary around payment execution. * AWS infrastructure: ECS/Fargate, RDS, networking, secrets, observability, and deploys. * Full-stack product work when the job calls for it—from the data model and API to the Next.js interface. * The tools and runbooks that let a small team understand what happened and fix it fast. WHO YOU ARE We hire for three things: * You really care. You care about the mission, the customer, and the quality of the system. It shows. * You have taste. You know the difference between a clean system and a pile of abstractions. You make hard things simpler. * High agency. No layer of the stack is beneath you. You find the problem, cross the boundary, and own it through production. You’re a full-stack builder with platform instincts: pragmatic enough to ship and rigorous enough to protect the infrastructure underneath it. You stay calm when systems fail. You can follow an ambiguous problem across the UI, API, database, provider, and AWS account without throwing it over the wall. You’re deeply fluent in Go, strong with PostgreSQL, and comfortable in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You understand concurrency, idempotency, failure recovery, and why “probably executed” is a real state when money moves. Payments, ledgers, financial infrastructure, or another high-trust system is a big plus. Perseverance is not optional. A lot of the important work is the last unglamorous 10%. THE OFFICE In person at our Miami office on the Venetian Islands. Small team, high trust, zero bureaucracy. It’s a fun place to work. COMP $170K–$220K base + equity. Early hire, real ownership.
Zynca is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Front-end Developer to join our growing team in the labor market services and recruitment domain. In this role, you will play a key part in building and shaping modern web applications that directly impact how candidates and employers connect. We are looking for someone who not only delivers high-quality code, but also actively contributes ideas, improvements, and technical direction. As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable front-end solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to turn ideas into well-crafted user experiences. A significant part of the role involves building reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS, integrating applications with GraphQL APIs, and ensuring high standards in performance, accessibility, and code quality. We expect you to take ownership of features from early concept through development and production, proactively identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions that enhance both the product and the development process. You will have the autonomy to influence technical decisions, challenge existing approaches when needed, and help evolve the front-end architecture in a sustainable way. Staying up to date with modern front-end trends and best practices is an important part of this role. The ideal candidate is a Senior Front-end Developer with strong experience in React and Next.js and strong TypeScript skills. Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and GraphQL is required, along with a good understanding of modern web performance, accessibility standards, and responsive design. The role demands a strong eye for visual detail - spacing, typography, alignment, and motion and the ability to translate complex designs into clean, performant, and maintainable code. You will apply advanced frontend techniques, including modern CSS, layout systems, animations, and performance optimizations, to achieve pixel-perfect design fidelity without compromising usability or scalability. We value a proactive and independent mindset, ownership of delivered solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team. At Zynca, we offer a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative, transparent work environment where your ideas and initiative truly matter. You will have a real impact on both the product and the technical direction of the company while helping transform the recruitment and labor market landscape. To apply, please submit your CV along with a portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing your recent front-end work. Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar. Vi är öppna för att anpassa rollen eller arbetsplatsen efter dina behov.
