I detta ligger att: Tydliggöra processen för godkännande inför produktionssättning Säkerställa adekvata mallar, checklistor och mötesformer för CAB Utbilda i processen Implementera och driva regelbundna CAB-möten med intressenter och beslutsfattare Säkerställa professionell dokumentation och spårbarhet före och efter möten Först upprätta CABen för ett system och därefter stegvis bredda den till att omfatta flera system Kontinuerligt vidareutveckla processen i samklang med övrig metod- och processutveckling Vem är du?
