Vill du arbeta nära forskning och utveckling av framtidens läkemedelsprodukter? Vi söker nu en analytisk kemist eller laboratorietekniker som vill bidra med sin kompetens inom provupparbetning och HPLC-analys och vara en viktig del av vårt utvecklingsteam. I rollen arbetar du med att säkerställa högkvalitativ och tillförlitlig analysdata genom provberedning, haltbestämningar, upplösningsförsök och impurityanalyser. Du kombinerar praktiskt laboratoriearbete med datagranskning, dokumentation och samarbete med kollegor inom analys, formulering och projektledning. Hos oss får du arbeta i en utvecklingsmiljö där dina analyser bidrar till viktiga beslut i prekliniska och tidiga kliniska projekt. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Du kommer bland annat att: Utföra provupparbetning inför analytiska körningar, inklusive haltbestämningar, upplösningsförsök och impurityanalyser. Genomföra HPLC-UV-analyser enligt etablerade metoder och protokoll. Granska och bedöma analysresultat samt uppmärksamma och rapportera avvikelser eller oväntade resultat. Förbereda mobilfaser, buffertar och reagens för laboratoriearbetet. Delta i planering, genomförande och dokumentation av experiment och studier. Granska data och säkerställa att analyser genomförs enligt gällande kvalitetskrav. Bidra till stabilitetsstudier och tvärfunktionella utvecklingsprojekt. Delta i den dagliga driften av laboratoriet, inklusive instrumentvård och enklare underhåll av HPLC-utrustning. Vi söker dig som gillar att kombinera noggrannhet och struktur med nyfikenhet och problemlösning. Du trivs med laborativt arbete och har ett naturligt fokus på kvalitet i allt du gör. Samtidigt tycker du om att samarbeta med andra, dela kunskap och bidra till att utveckla både metoder och arbetssätt. Oavsett om det handlar om rutinmässiga analyser eller nya utmaningar drivs du av att leverera tillförlitliga resultat som bidrar till att föra projekten framåt. För rollen ser vi också att du: Har en akademisk utbildning inom analytisk kemi, fysikalisk kemi, materialkemi, farmaceutisk vetenskap eller motsvarande. Har erfarenhet av analytiskt laborativt arbete, gärna med HPLC eller andra kromatografiska tekniker. Har mycket goda kunskaper i engelska och kan kommunicera väl i både tal och skrift. Har goda kunskaper i svenska. Det är meriterande om du har Erfarenhet från GMP-reglerad verksamhet eller andra kvalitetssystem. Vana att arbeta enligt etablerade analysmetoder och instruktioner. Erfarenhet av kromatografimjukvaran Chromeleon. Erfarenhet av provupparbetning, HPLC-UV eller närliggande analystekniker. About the role: You'll be part of a small but growing R&D team of six people dedicated to our sensor development. Develop and validate new product prototypes for various applications. Maintain laboratory notebooks and electronic records in line with data quality and integrity standards. Lab Technician – Extraction & Analytical Lab At Supernormal Greens, we develop high-performance active ingredients and botanical extracts for applications in cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and pharma. Our platform combines controlled plant cultivation with advanced extraction and analytical capabilities. As a Lab Technician at Supernormal Greens, you will be responsible for executing and supporting extraction and analytical workflows, while ensuring that the lab operates at a high technical standard. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, where you will manage both daily lab activities and the performance of our analytical and extraction setup. Key Responsibilities Perform extraction of plant materials using lab-scale methods Conduct analytical measurements, including: Spectrophotometric assays HPLC LC-MS Take full responsibility for lab equipment, including: Calibration Maintenance Troubleshooting Performance monitoring Ensure reliable and reproducible execution of analyses and extraction processes Support method development and optimization in collaboration with the R&D team Maintain structured documentation of experiments, protocols, and results Contribute to building and improving lab workflows and standards Profile & Requirements Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field Hands-on experience from an analytical or extraction lab environment Experience working with: HPLC and/or LC-MS Spectrophotometric methods Experience with lab equipment calibration, maintenance, and operation Ability to execute structured lab work with high accuracy and consistency Who You Are Curious and motivated to learn and explore new methods Comfortable working in an R&D environment with evolving processes Hands-on, responsible, and detail-oriented Able to balance execution with continuous improvement What You Will Be Part Of You will be part of the R&D team, working closely with scientists and engineers to develop new extraction processes and analytical methods.
