Rollen kräver att du kan samarbeta effektivt med flera funktioner och intressenter i en global och tvärfunktionell miljö. Arbetsuppgifter ⚖️ Ge juridiskt stöd till tull- och handelsfunktioner, inklusive förbättring av processer. Bevaka och bedöma regulatorisk utveckling inom ESG. Stödja implementeringen av en styrmodell för 3PDD, inklusive CSDDD. Ge juridiskt stöd vid implementering av EUDR och EUBR. Hantera och följa upp nationella regelverk kopplade till modernt slaveri. Genomföra och stödja riskbedömningar inom Trade Compliance och leverantörskedjan. Kommunicera regulatoriska krav och rekommenderade åtgärder till relevanta delar av organisationen. Obligatoriska krav ✅ Minst 4–6 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom både Trade Compliance och ESG. Praktisk erfarenhet av Trade Compliance-frågor, gärna inklusive operativt arbete och relaterade riskbedömningar. Erfarenhet av regulatorisk due diligence i leverantörskedjor. Erfarenhet av arbete i tvärfunktionella miljöer. Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga. Självgående arbetssätt. Engelska på expertnivå i tal och skrift. Meriterande krav ➕ Erfarenhet av CSDDD, EUDR eller EUBR. Erfarenhet av att utveckla processer inom tull och internationell handel. Erfarenhet av globala organisationer och regelverk i flera länder eller regioner. Erfarenhet av nationell lagstiftning kopplad till modernt slaveri. We're looking for a Manager to lead our Industrial Lead and Product Data Group team within Global Industrialization. Join us in Lund and play a key role in taking Axis' products from the drawing board to volume production! Who is your future team? You will lead a team of approximately 11 people, consisting of Industrial Leads and the Product Data Group (PDG). The Industrial Leads are creative and ambitious individuals who plan, coordinate, and drive industrialization activities across product development projects. They work at the intersection of R&D, New Business, and Operations - as well as with Axis' contract manufacturers - making the role highly collaborative with many interfaces. The Product Data Group consists of self-driven and highly dedicated individuals responsible for creating part numbers in PLM systems, building Sales Unit structures, designing product labels, and much more. Together, these teams are a vital part of Global Industrialization, which also includes Production & Test functions, Quality and Packaging engineers - a department of around 150 skilled colleagues working together to bring Axis' innovations to life at scale. What you'll do here as Manager Industrial Lead and Product Data Group? As a manager, your primary focus is to develop and lead your team. You will work in close partnership with the other two Industrial Lead managers, always striving to simplify and make ways of working more efficient across the teams. You are expected to coach, challenge, and support your team members in their mission of making innovations come true. Your responsibilities will also include: Shaping the direction and strategy of Global Industrialization by taking an active part in collaborating across the department's management team Representing Operations in project steering groups, actively contributing to the management of product development projects Driving continuous improvement within industrialization to ensure efficient and high-quality output, including maintaining the Industrial Leads' parts of Axis product development processes Building strong cross-functional relationships with R&D, Axis' contract manufacturers, and other departments within Operations Collaborating across Industrial Lead teams, partnering with the other two IL managers to align ways of working and drive efficiency Managing budget and resource planning for your teams, ensuring optimal allocation to support project delivery and team development Who are we looking for? About the role As a Marketing Manager B2C, you play a key role in driving the growth, relevance and customer value of our consumer products in the market. Who you are To succeed and thrive in this role, you have a deep understanding of the entire customer journey, from acquisition and activation to loyalty. You are constantly up-to-date on new trends in B2C marketing, changes in consumer behavior and new marketing channels. You are used to managing both internal and external stakeholders, including media partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, technology/engineering or equivalent. More than 5 years of relevant experience in B2C marketing in a fast-paced environment, preferably in fintech or e-commerce. Fluent in Swedish and English at a professional level. Documented experience in successfully running and scaling consumer-facing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, CRM, etc.). Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with product and sales teams to drive holistic growth.
