To set goals and to reach those goals together with my team is true motivation for me. What you'll do as a Software Engineer within AI and Analytics: We are looking for more than one new colleague. Depending on your profile and interests. As a software engineer in our team you will be responsible for the software design and implementation in a solution. We are working on Linux systems. We are working on the vertical in the software stack (mostly C++) and we are also working with the web based interfaces using Typescript and React. Cyber security is important for us. Git and Gerrit is used for revision handling and review of the C++ code. We are writing test cases in Python. Debugging and fixing bugs is part of everyday work. Accuracy of our solution is a big part and a challenge. Together we find solutions to complex problems in a complex code base. Who are you? You are newly graduated or an experienced software engineer feeling ready for the next step in your career. You are stimulated by challenges and love to solve problems together with others. You have a positive mindset and are a true team player. We'd love to hear that you have: A strong personal drive and are communicative. Experience from school or from the industry in C++, Linux and Python. Interest to learn more about cyber security. Experience of or want to learn Typescript and React. PostNord is making a significant investment in strengthening its sustainability and ESG reporting capabilities towards customers as part of our data‑driven transformation. To support this journey, we are building a new ESG data foundation – and we are looking for an ESG Data Engineer to help define and build it. This is a key role in a new setup, where you will contribute to establishing trusted, scalable and auditable ESG data pipelines that sustainability reporting across the Group will rely on. You will help turn ESG reporting requirements into reliable data solutions from the ground up. The role sits within the Analytics Center of Excellence, responsible for shaping the future data and analytics landscape at PostNord. You will work with our Azure‑based data platform and collaborate closely with sustainability specialists. Your role As a Data Engineer working with Sustainability & ESG, you will design and maintain data models and pipelines that support: Regulatory and statutory sustainability reporting (e.g. CSRD) Internal sustainability KPIs and performance management Management and operational insights related to climate impact, energy, transport, suppliers, and social responsibility You will work closely with sustainability experts, business stakeholders, Power BI developers, and the central data platform team to ensure data quality, traceability, and scalability.
