We are looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing Systems who will lead and develop the systems our sales and marketing colleagues rely on every day, all over the world. This is a senior role, part of the global Information Systems management team, reporting to our CIO. Do you want to work for a company where the demands are high, the atmosphere is warm, and the opportunities are enormous? Who is your future team? Information Systems is Axis's largest cross-functional department, intensely woven into every part of the company. Managers at Axis are one of the team, with a strong focus on coaching colleagues and helping people get the best out of their own abilities. The level of knowledge here is high, and we are happy to share what we know. At the same time we are unpretentious, and we hope you will teach us something in return. Axis is a global company with a presence in 180 countries and our own staff in 52 of them. Your primary collaboration surfaces will be here in Lund, but the purpose of the role reaches much further - the systems you are responsible for support our sales and marketing colleagues in every region we operate in. We who will become your colleagues are glad and confident - we have already made a fantastic journey together, and with your help we will write the next chapter in it. Your teams cover a broad and connected landscape: the technical web team behind axis.com, our marketing automation systems, our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, our support systems, our translation and localization agenda, and the many other systems that help our marketing organization work efficiently across languages, markets, and time zones. These systems sit like levers in the company's business processes. Get them right and the whole of sales and marketing moves faster, smarter, and closer to the customer. That is the heart of your job: to make sure they keep doing exactly that, today and as the landscape keeps changing. Lead and develop the teams responsible for Axis' sales and marketing systems Drive the direction of systems including CRM, marketing automation, web, support systems, and localization Turn business needs into practical technical solutions and architectural initiatives Contribute to moving the department towards ownership of whole information flows - where systems talk to each other, share data freely, and keep our colleagues and customers at the center Collaborate closely with global sales and marketing organizations Support technology planning, prioritization, and investment decisions Take good care of your staff and make the most of limited resources Who are we looking for? We think you are forward-looking and proactive by nature, used to collaborating in a global and multicultural environment, and genuinely at home in the combination of activities that sit across sales and marketing. You understand the business - what sales and marketing are trying to achieve, and how they actually work day to day - and you are equally comfortable on the technical side, driving change and positioning an organization technically for what comes next. You adapt as conditions shift and keep leading with both compassion and result orientation. It matters that you communicate well and have a real ability to understand and solve problems from many different perspectives. Join Telavox as a Security Engineering Lead 🔐 Are you a hands-on security engineer who enjoys being close to the code, the systems, and the teams building them? At Telavox, security is not a gate at the end of development. It is an embedded capability that enables us to move fast, safely, and at scale. Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco that combines the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS across Europe and across the globe. As our platform grows, security becomes a force multiplier - not just protecting what we build, but actively enabling engineers to ship better and safer software every day. We are looking for a Security Engineering Lead to join our engineering organisation. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our platform, working embedded across product and platform teams to make security a built-in property of every system we ship. About the job As a Security Engineering Lead, you are the engineering execution layer that makes security real across the Platform organisation. You work embedded with product and platform teams - detecting and responding to threats, building tooling that improves security posture at scale, and enabling engineers to own security in their domains. You bridge the gap between the CISO’s strategic direction and day-to-day engineering reality, turning security goals into concrete engineering outcomes. Your day-to-day work includes: Triage and coordinate responses to emerging threats – assess severity, involve the right teams, and drive issues to resolution Own and evolve vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and infrastructure scanning across code and production systems Drive concrete security initiatives such as unified RBAC, network segmentation, and service-to-service security models, from concept to production Work directly with engineering teams to translate risk into actionable work in the product development process Embed security practices into engineering workflows so teams can ship securely by default The role is based either at our new HQ in Malmö or in our Stockholm office. About you You are a pragmatic, hands-on security engineer who thrives working deeply in systems and closely with engineering teams. You are comfortable moving between code, infrastructure, and architecture discussions, and you care about making security scalable, practical, and usable. You believe security works best when it is distributed, automated, and embedded, not bolted on in the end. You think ahead about what embedded security looks like when engineering is increasingly AI-augmented — agent credentials, MCP and tool-use boundaries, and secure-by-default workflows for code that humans and models write together. We are looking for someone with: A hands-on background in software or platform engineering, with real comfort in the terminal - able to run scans, inspect output, and file a PR when needed Demonstrated experience with the security tooling landscape: vulnerability management, SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and infrastructure scanning - understanding trade-offs, not just installation A teaching and enabling mindset - sharing knowledge, running hands-on deep-dives, and leaving capability behind rather than creating dependency Strong ability to collaborate with engineers and translate security risks into practical engineering work Fluent English, written and spoken. Swedish is a plus Join us at Telavox 💚 Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform for businesses. As a digital mobile operator, we develop and own our all-in-one communication platform, which integrates telephony, PBX, messaging, meetings, and contact centers, giving businesses a smarter way to connect. Today, we’re a thriving company with 1.9 billion SEK in revenue and 500+ Telavoxers across nine countries. We embrace AI and automation to push the boundaries of business communication. We offer flexible work options and adaptable hours, giving you the freedom to balance life and career while staying connected to our vibrant Telavox culture. Read more about our new HQ in Malmö 🏠! About 0TO9 0TO9 is a bank for entrepreneurship, built by and for financial innovators. We provide infrastructure for entrepreneurs ready to start and scale the next generation of financial products and platforms. Founded in 2025, we're already 75+ co-workers across Europe, and growing fast. Our name reflects our mission: from zero to success, from idea to impact, from now to what's next. The Role We're looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer who enables our organization to grow. You'll be part of a team that delivers IT and cybersecurity to the companies in our portfolio, supporting them whether they're onboarding a new team, setting up a new office, or choosing the right tools. This is a senior role with real strategic weight. You'll shape how we make forward-looking IT decisions on integrations, platforms and tooling, drive the development of our IT operations, and help us navigate technology choices as we scale. At the same time, you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, when a new office needs screens, conference systems and a printer up and running, you're happy to make it happen. You take ownership, drive work forward independently, and work closely with the rest of the team on IT processes, security and regulatory work like GDPR and DORA. What you'll do Own IT operations for both central IT and our portfolio companies as they grow, from day-to-day support to being their long-term IT partner as their needs mature. Deliver hands-on IT setup and support to our portfolio companies: onboarding, tooling, office setup, meeting and conference systems. Drive a methodical, consolidated approach to software licenses, how we buy, manage and follow up on them, and manage the vendor relationships behind our IT portfolio. Make sure the services we buy actually deliver on our contracts, requirements and expectations. Be part of the team responsible for IT and cybersecurity, working hands-on with technical support and integrations and bringing a senior perspective. Build the operating model for how we scale IT support to new portfolio companies as we grow today it might be five companies, tomorrow twenty. Who you are A senior IT operations profile with broad, hands-on experience, comfortable being third-line support one moment and a strategic sparring partner the next. Experienced with Google Workspace and at least one major cloud platform (AWS or GCP). Structured and methodical in IT administration: licenses, vendors, agreements, follow-up. A relationship builder who enjoys being the face of IT toward colleagues and portfolio companies, proactive, approachable and service-minded. Project-oriented and self-driven, you can run initiatives end to end, but you're a doer at heart, not a pure project manager. Comfortable in a fast-growing environment where things change quickly and no task is too big or too small. Bonus points Experience with cybersecurity operations, endpoint monitoring (e.g. CrowdStrike), code scanning, or guiding developers on secure practices. A background close to development or IT product management, giving you an eye for how technical decisions play out over time. Why 0TO9? Shape a role and a function that's being built from the ground up. Real ownership from day one, no layers, no bureaucracy. Work directly with the companies in our portfolio and see your work enable their growth. Grow with us as we scale across Europe. Find out more at 0to9.com, we'd love to hear from you!
At Qred, we’re building the world's best bank for small businesses. Since launching 11 years ago, we’ve grown from startup to profitable fintech scale-up, now generating over 1 billion SEK in annual revenue and supporting 50,000+ entrepreneurs across Northern Europe. We combine smart technology, real data, and human judgment to make financing simple, fast, and fair. With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for an Engineering Manager for Cloud & Platform Operations for the next phase of growth. About the Role As the Engineering Manager for Cloud & Platform Operations, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business impact by taking end-to-end ownership of our foundational internal systems and workplace technology architecture. This is a mission-oriented leadership role where your strategic planning directly empowers employees across the bank. Key responsibilities Own cloud infrastructure operations across all markets - availability, performance, resilience, and disaster recovery. Run FinOps: cost visibility, forecasting, Reserved Instances/Savings Plans, and per-account budgeting - with clear reporting to leadership. Build self-service platform capabilities (CI/CD, IaC, observability, secrets) that reduce friction for product teams. Embed regulatory controls (DORA, EBA outsourcing, GDPR) into how we operate, with audit readiness as a default. Manage data residency, IAM, least-privilege, and third-party/concentration risk. Implement and govern privileged access management (PAM) - just-in-time access, and audit trails for sensitive systems. Drive workplace IT automation and run a set of internal services streamlining employee permissions, SaaS management, and the day-to-day tooling the company relies on. Hire, grow, and retain a strong team while managing a broad ownership scope. What we’re looking for We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a structured approach to technical operations. You have a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment with legal, security, and engineering teams while maintaining a strong proactive mindset. You are motivated by building scalable frameworks, minimizing security risks, and automating manual workflows to eliminate operational friction. Qualifications Several years of technical leadership or people management experience within a Cloud Infrastructure function, with a style that's hands-on enough to be credible and strategic enough to scale a lean team. Proven experience with cloud environment billing structures, specifically AWS cloud, GCP/Google Workspace, and SaaS license management. Strong grounding in platform/SRE practices: IaC, observability, incident management, and automation for access management and identity provisioning. Background working in regulated environments, banking, or fintech, with a solid understanding of ICT compliance, audits, and security controls is highly preferred. Why Qred? This is the place to be if you’re looking for a place to grow. Qred is growing fast, and our Qredsters along with it. With a non-bureaucratic organization and delegated responsibilities, we make sure there’s a short path from idea to action. In addition to our great culture, you get to work with the latest cutting-edge techniques, full ownership, and last but not least a bunch of great competent colleagues to learn from! One Last Thing This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach. To balance this with some flexibility, we have the option of working remotely one day per week. We review applications on a rolling basis and while the start date is flexible, the right candidate can join us immediately.
