Senior Product Manager — Growth 🚀 About Nivoda Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry. We connect thousands of suppliers and retailers across 100+ countries, processing $300M+ in annual transactions — and we're just getting started. The gemstone industry is a $350 billion opportunity, and we're building the infrastructure to unlock it. We move fast, hire exceptional people, and give them real ownership over meaningful work. If you want to join a company at the inflection point of exponential growth - where your decisions show up in the numbers - Nivoda is your place. 🎯 Our Mission The traditional diamond supply chain is broken - opaque, slow, and inaccessible to anyone without deep industry connections. We're changing that. Nivoda's mission is to make the global gemstone market accessible to every business, regardless of size or location. We democratise access to inventory, pricing, and logistics so that a jeweller in Boston has the same power as a trading house in Antwerp. ⭐️ The Growth Team You'll be joining a high-visibility growth pod that owns some of the most critical parts of the Nivoda funnel. The team works at the intersection of data, design, and engineering — and operates with the urgency of a startup inside a scaling business. This is a new co-located team - right in Boston. There will be some flexibility, but we believe that working together in person will help deliver the most speed and impact. 🤔 About the Role As Senior PM for Growth, you'll own the metrics that determine whether Nivoda grows. You'll lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers to ship fast, run experiments, and relentlessly improve conversion and retention across the funnel. This isn't a role for people who want to write specs and hand them over — it's for someone who thrives in the middle of the action, connects data to narrative, and leads their team toward outcomes with clarity and pace. You'll report directly into the VP of Product and have a high-visibility seat at the table. The work you do will directly shape Nivoda's growth trajectory. You'll have autonomy to ship fast and lead the direction of your pod. 😎 What would YOU be doing? * Own key growth metrics across the funnel — from acquisition through to conversion and early retention — and drive measurable, sustained improvement. * Define and execute a roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term structural improvements to the customer experience. * Partner closely with engineering and design to ship experiments and features at pace — you know how to move fast without sacrificing quality. * Use data, customer research, and qualitative insight to identify the highest-leverage opportunities in the funnel and build a clear case for prioritisation. * Leverage AI tools to accelerate your own work — from writing specs, to running analyses, to generating test variants — and embed AI-powered features into the product where they create real value for users. * Tell compelling stories with data — whether you're presenting to the exec team, aligning engineering on priorities, or writing a one-pager that builds momentum. * Run structured experiments: define hypotheses, design tests, measure impact, and translate findings into product decisions. * Lead your squad toward outcomes, not outputs — you set the destination, remove blockers, and create an environment where the team does their best work. * Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand friction points across the funnel and translate customer insight into product improvements. * Monitor key metrics weekly, build dashboards, and maintain a shared view of funnel health across the organisation. 😉 What do we need from YOU? * 5+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrable track record of driving growth or conversion metrics at a B2B or marketplace company. * Strong bias for action — you default to doing, not deliberating. You ship, learn, and iterate. * Exceptional storytelling and communication skills — you can distil complex data into a clear narrative and align stakeholders at every level. * Proven ability to collaborate at speed with engineering and design teams — you know how to build trust quickly and keep cross-functional work moving. * Deep comfort with data: you're proficient in SQL or equivalent, confident building dashboards, and able to design and evaluate A/B experiments. * Experience using AI tools to accelerate product work — whether for research, spec writing, analysis, or feature ideation. * High energy for new problems — you're energised by ambiguity, not paralysed by it. You find a way. * Strong ownership mentality — you treat metrics like they're your own business, not a metric someone else will worry about. ✨ Nice to have * Experience in a marketplace or two-sided platform business. * Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) methodologies and self-serve models. * Background working at a high-growth startup or scale-up where speed of execution was a competitive advantage. * Experience building or optimising in-product flows, lifecycle messaging, or conversion journeys. 🌍 Our culture and what we offer Nivoda is a place where smart, curious people do the best work of their careers. We're flat, collaborative, and deeply invested in each person's growth. We don't have a lot of rules — we have high trust, high standards, and a shared obsession with impact. We believe great products come from teams that feel ownership, have context, and are empowered to act. If that sounds like your kind of place, we want to hear from you. 🎁 Our current benefits Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture Competitive salary: $170,000 – $190,000 USD 💻 Remote work 🏥 Medical (United Healthcare), Dental & Vision (Guardian Life) benefit 💸 401K benefit (US) 🧠 Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning 🏖️ Unlimited holiday allowance 🚀 Chance to join and contribute to a company during its exponential expansion phase 🤝 Equal Opportunity Nivoda is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences — even if you don't tick every box. If this role excites you, apply. Please submit your CV in English. 📬 Not quite the right role? If this isn't the perfect fit but you're excited by Nivoda, join our Talent Pool and we'll reach out when a role that suits you opens up. YOUR MISSION AT VOI Voi is maturing fast. We've issued bonds that are traded on Nasdaq Stockholm's regulated market, and we're now taking our Finance function through the next phase - building the processes, controls and reporting needed as we continue to grow and mature as a company. As Financial Controller, you'll join our Group Reporting and Control team in Stockholm and play a key part in that journey, with a strong focus on group reporting and consolidated financial statements under IFRS. Reporting to our Head of Finance Control, you'll take ownership of financial reporting and compliance for your jurisdiction(s), and be the go-to expert making sure our financial results are accurate, timely and built to the highest standard - working closely with accountants, FP&A and external auditors as we scale across markets. This will include: * Playing a key role in group reporting and the preparation of our consolidated financial statements under IFRS, as we continue to build the maturity and processes needed to meet the highest standards of financial governance and external reporting needed for full IPO readiness. * Driving alignment on new regulations and IFRS standards across jurisdictions, and making sure accounting policies and processes stay streamlined and consistent at group level, whilst maintaining compliance on local statutory reporting. * Mapping risk and strengthening internal controls across the group, escalating anything that needs attention and driving improvements to our accounting and financial reporting processes. * Owning and running group finance projects independently - from new reporting standards to assessing the impact of new business lines on our consolidated reporting. * Championing the use of AI and automation across Finance Control, identifying where they can speed up reporting, reconciliations and controls, and raise the quality of our output. * Owning specific, assigned areas of group reporting - spanning both our consolidated accounts and processes that run across all jurisdictions - while also taking ultimate responsibility for financial reporting and compliance in your assigned jurisdictions, such as annual reports, VAT and corporate income tax. * Leading the relationship with external auditors across your jurisdictions and playing a key role in the group audit. * Planning and coordinating the month-end close at group level, setting direction and distributing work across contributors based on workload, complexity and seniority. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We're looking for a senior, structured finance professional who takes ownership and thrives working across teams and jurisdictions at group level. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has: * A university degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field. * 8+ years' experience in financial reporting and controllership, with a strong track record owning group reporting, consolidation and external audit processes at a senior level. * Solid working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with hands-on experience preparing or reviewing consolidated group financial statements, annual reports, VAT reporting and corporate income tax filings. * Proven experience leading external audit relationships end to end, including the group audit. * Experience working across multiple legal entities or jurisdictions in an international organisation, with a strong understanding of group-level consolidation. * Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP, consolidation and financial reporting systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP or similar). * The ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional work without formal people management authority, and to translate complex financial detail for senior, non-finance stakeholders. * A proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, and a drive to streamline and improve accounting processes at group level. * Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality. * Experience from a listed company environment, or from scaling finance functions to meet public-market standards, is highly meritorious. * A track record of preparing for and adopting new IFRS standards is a strong plus. Don't meet every requirement? If you're excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply - even if you don't check every box. WHY VOI? Working at Voi is more than just a job. Our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you'll grow as a professional and be part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this, you'll have the opportunity to: * Join Europe's #1 micromobility company and one of the fastest-growing scaleups. * Be part of an exciting growth journey - we've issued bonds traded on Nasdaq Stockholm's regulated market, and we're now taking Finance through the next phase of maturity as we build towards full IPO readiness, with this role at the heart of that work. * Get “skin in the game” through our employee options programme, and take real ownership of financial reporting and compliance across our markets. * Work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business, and collaborate with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues working towards a common goal. * Join the micromobility revolution and help create cities made for living, free from noise and pollution.

So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. BACKEND ENGINEER - GROWTH EXPERIMENTS We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Growth Experiments team in the Consumer Product group. You'll work on the systems that power experiments across Wolt's consumer app, helping millions of users discover the value of Wolt and building the habits that keep them coming back. This is a team that believes the fastest way to learn is by doing. We prioritize high-velocity experimentation over long development cycles, relying on rigorous A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes. Beyond the team, you'll collaborate with platform teams and tap into Wolt's engineering community for shared tooling and best practices. 👥 DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL: * Design, build, and operate backend services that power growth experiments across the consumer app, primarily in Python, Kotlin, and/or Go. * Implement A/B tests, feature flags, and experiment infrastructure that let the team validate hypotheses quickly. * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, iOS, Android, Web, and Data to ship experiments that drive measurable impact on user growth and retention. * Balance speed with quality: write clean, testable code that's easy to ship and easy to remove when experiments conclude. * Drive reliability, observability, and efficiency through automated testing, logging, alerting, and incident response. OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS* Backend development experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, Kotlin (or modern Java), or Go.Experience building and operating production services at scale.Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar), RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.Comfort with experimentation infrastructure: A/B testing, feature flags, or similar.A strong ownership mindset, someone proactive, curious, and eager to ship.A pragmatic approach to quality: you ship fast, encapsulate experimental code properly, and avoid over-engineering.Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English. Optional, but great to have Experience in a growth or experimentation-focused team. Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or event-driven architectures.Experience across multiple backend languages. WHAT WE OFFER ✨ Ship and learn fast: See your work in production quickly and let data guide what's next. 🤝 Collaborate across disciplines: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Design, Data, and mobile engineers. 📈 Drive real impact: Your work directly influences user growth and retention metrics. NEXT STEPS* This role can be based in Helsinki or Stockholm ONLY. We're reviewing applications as they come in, so if this sounds like your kind of challenge, don't wait too long. We'd love to hear from you. The hiring process typically includes an initial chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by technical interviews, a team conversation, and final alignment. Feel free to check the Wolt Tech Blog for more about our culture & technology. You know that bit where every company says they’re “changing the world”? Yeah, it can feel a little forced. But we like to think our story actually has some realness to it. Our story begins with Shadi Bitar and Ninos Malki, who came to Sweden from Syria as kids and discovered that books could be a bridge - helping them learn the language, understand the culture, and explore new worlds. A thought emerged, what if everyone could have that? And just like that, Nextory was born - your all-access pass to read, listen, and discover new perspectives without limits. And now, we're on a quest to find a Design Engineer. Let us tell you about the role 📖 As a Design Engineer at Nextory, you’ll be working at the intersection of design and engineering, you’ll help turn ideas into fast, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable experiences. Together with our six product designers, product managers, and engineers, you’ll take ideas from rough concepts to polished features in production. Frontend development is your craft, and you care deeply about building high-quality user interfaces with thoughtful interactions, great performance, and attention to detail. You’ll have ownership throughout the entire journey, from the first sketch to the final release, caring just as much about the technical implementation as the user experience. Your story so far 👀 You thrive at the intersection of design and code. You move fast without losing your eye for detail, and you're equally energized by building tools other people use and great experiences for the users. We also believe that you have: Strong fundamentals in modern frontend development - Vue, React or similar architecture Experience building and extending design systems and component libraries in code, including working with Figma's developer tooling (Code Connect, Dev Mode, variables, component properties) to keep design and code in sync. We also believe that you have: * Strong fundamentals in modern frontend development - Vue, React or similar architecture * Experience building and extending design systems and component libraries in code, including working with Figma's developer tooling (Code Connect, Dev Mode, variables, component properties) to keep design and code in sync. * A track record of building internal tools, prototypes, and design-to-code infrastructure used by people across Nextory * Skillset to take promising prototypes from rough exploration to polished, production-quality features, owning both the technical implementation and the end result. * Good judgment on when to build for speed (a throwaway prototype) versus when to build for scale (a reusable component) A bonus if you also have experience and a keen interest in motion design.
