Arbetsuppgifter Tillsammans med övriga i gruppen kommer du ha en central och bred roll. Du kommer bland annat att: Ansvara för och driva upphandlingsuppdrag Medverka i hela upphandlingsprocessen från marknadsundersökning, upprättande av upphandlingsdokument, annonsering, kvalificering och utvärdering av anbud, avtalsskrivning och bidra till avtalsuppföljning Genomföra direktupphandlingar och avrop avseende varor och tjänster Utveckla och stötta i alla former av operativa och taktiska inköpsaktiviteter i nära samverkan med beställaren i verksamheten samt genomföra förnyade konkurrensutsättningar Vara kontakt mot leverantörer Utreda och ta fram förslag och beslutsunderlag för identifierade inköpsbehov i verksamheten Ta fram, utveckla och underhålla processer och rutiner för upphandling och inköp samt säkerställa att arbetet följer fastslagna metoder och rutiner Utbilda och informera verksamheten inom området Samverka med andra myndigheters upphandlingsfunktioner Krav Vi söker dig som har: Högskoleutbildning inom t.ex. juridik eller en YH-utbildning med inriktning upphandling eller annan relevant utbildning som vi bedömer likvärdig Flerårig aktuell erfarenhet från att självständigt genomföra avrop/upphandlingar inom offentligt styrd verksamhet Aktuell erfarenhet av att genomföra entreprenadupphandlingar samt IT-upphandlingar Goda kunskaper i LOU Genomfört upphandling inom ramen för lagen om upphandling på försvars- och säkerhetsområdet (LUFS) Erfarenheter av upphandlingsverktyget TendSign eller liknande verktyg God förmåga att hantera Officepaketet och andra digitala verktyg och programvaror Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i såväl tal som skrift Det är meriterande om du utöver ovan även har: Projektledarerfarenheter Upphandlingserfarenhet från statlig verksamhet Mer om dig När vi anställer lägger vi stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper och förmågor.
